They are not worth it for the price you pay. They did an okay job. The workers don't come on time and don't respond once the job is done.

My husband called Montoya's after our backyard went without trimming/clean up for probably about 3 years (our own fault of course). Raul responded promptly, and came to our house the next business day to provide a quote. We agreed with his quote and he and his team came the next day. It took them about 3.5 hours to clean up our mess (they even picked up our dog's poop - which I tipped them for), and they did a spectacular job. We know exactly who to reach out to in the future! I have had a lot of experience with landscapers In rental properties as well as primary residences...some good, some meh and more often than not, really bad! Finding an honest landscaper in today's market is hard, finding a reliable AND honest landscaper is winning the lottery! I called Nicos about two months ago and  won the lottery. I spoke to Ruben. He showed up on time and gave me a reasonable estimate on irrigation installation. I called him again to hire him a month later, he showed up on time again! he did a fantastic job installing commercial type PVC irrigation with a FIVE YEAR WARRANTY and he has show up three times after installation on his own merit to tweak sprinklers and quality check the systems.
This guy and his crew are amazing. They knocked out my .30 acre yard in two days and didn't ask for a penny until they broke ground.  My highest recommendation goes to these folks. I even retained them for my regular maintenance and will have them do all my planting in the fall!

Robert did a wonderful job with my yard. He was very professional and I felt like he went above and beyond what I expected. I posted a project on Yelp to get quotes, he responded within an hour and was able to come the next morning! Will definitely hire him again.

We wanted to extend our driveway and create a path with embedded glass block lighting from the driveway to the backyard door. I solicited multiple call requests, send pictures, measurements, architectural drawings to everyone. Testa came in with a good value, and a commitment they would be able to get this done before our backyard housewarming party.

Due to everybody having a very busy schedule, they committed to me they would come by earlier if there is a cancellation. Sure enough they did. I had pre-ordered all of the paving stones and solar light inserts and they arrived at 7 o'clock in the morning and we're done by 12:30 in the afternoon. Very efficient, pricing exactly as quoted, left the work area clean and even took the pallets that the paving stones came on with them. Very happy with their service, respectful of property, good communication. At the end, extremely happy with the service provided.

David did a great job repairing my irrigation system.  I am a restaurant owner and my system is many years old with multiple leaks and other minor issues.  Sprinkler Repair arrived within 2 days of my phone call, diagnosed the problems quickly, and repaired all of my issues.  I highly recommend Sprinkler Repair and I will definitely be calling David back if and when I need other services done.

My husband found Citiscapes to come give us a quote for our front yard landscape. I was skeptical thinking someone was coming over to upsell etc. Kendall arrived at our home and I was pleasantly surprised! Came the day we called.  Fixed the problem on the spot.  We thought it would be a big expensive job but they were well prepared with all the equipment they needed and immediately saw the problem.  Really nice people too.  Will call them again if I have any landscaping or irrigation needs.

Isai and his team did a wonderful job waterproofing outside of my house.  It was a large job requiring trenching 5 ft deep trench around outside basement wall.  They installed plastic, foam, stucco, tar and some additional plastic.   They also connected the gutter system in backyard to have water run out to front yard and away from house.   They completed the job in a couple weeks, I thought it would take much longer.   Prior to this work, we would normally get seepage inside the house with water accumulating on basement floor during storms in several places.    After this work was completed, we had 0 water coming into basement after this last storm in Mesa.

I am very satisfied with their work and would use them again in a heart beat.

I eventually got a quote based on the pictures I sent and the brief explanation I gave but I really wanted someone to come out and walk with me so I could explain fully so the contractor could give the most accurate quote. Nobody showed up and the quote I got was very vague.

Eddie did a great job from the beginning. We had a 25 year old pool that needed to be remodeled. We added Baja step and bar stools. Great service, price and done quickly. Turned out awesome. Highly recommend Eddie and entire Innovative team!
