I would give 10 stars if I could! This business is absolutely amazing from start to finish. Tim was in charge of my project and nailed it perfectly. He made sure everything was done right and on time everyday.
The owner David also very helpful with all questions and anything else I needed before , during and even after they finished.
Tim has been Back multiple times to ensure the yard was getting enough water but not to much to ensure the new sod grows perfectly. If you're considering using this company then move forward without any worries because they are the perfect company and will not let you down. You will be glad you went with them.

Our irrigation system had a back up problem. We went to Sprinkler world and asked for a recommendation for a qualified service. Sprinkler repair was one of three they gave us, and we were very pleased with their service. It took three days to get an appointment but Noel showed up at 6:30 am as promised, and was very detailed in his explanation of the problem and offered several solutions. He was very professional in his demeanor. We are very pleased to recommend this company to others and we will call them again if we have the need .

We called Sprinkler Repair to complete some irrigation work in our yard, they completed that promptly and exactly what they quoted. After that we had them complete some landscaping with pavers in the backyard. We are extremely happy with the work and the crew was great!! I would recommend them highly for irrigation or landscaping.

I really appreciate companies that communicate well and respect customer time. Had an early morning appointment, earliest I've ever been offered, and Jacob texted  when he was 20 minutes out and then called  when he arrived. He even was fastidious enough to read my sign that asks that the doorbell not be rung, and honored it. He made very strong efforts to repair my system enough to have a stop gap since I needed some time before putting in a whole new system. His answers to questions were solid and he made the effort to demonstrate and point things out.

Will be taking this step by step and getting a quote and likely proceeding with a new system soon. Will need to do my due diligence but they left things better than when they came, came when they said they would, and so far, things are on a positive trajectory.

AJ and Dakota both came to fix a sprinkler issue for us we've been dealing with for months. Both were extremely knowledgeable, friendly but professional and educated on their line of work. Sprinkler Repair redid my backyard.  Took a space that was overgrown with bushes and transformed it into a desert oasis.  I couldn't be more pleased.  I appreciated AJ, Dakota, Jake, Marcus, and of course, David, for their honesty, work ethic, and wonderful design.  They were an absolute pleasure to work with.  They worked quickly too.  I was surprised at how quickly things came together for my backyard.  Now that it's nearly finished, I can tell you that they helped me capture the essence of my personality and exactly what I wanted in a little outdoor getaway.  I couldn't be more pleased.  I completely trust these guys and think I have the prettiest yard in Sun City thanks to Sprinkler Repair.

He was thorough, courtesy, and explained everything to me so I could understand. I will definitely call them again if I have any other issues.

I had a leaking pipe in my valve box and after struggling for a couple hours to it fixed I decided to call sprinkler repair. I picked them based on all the five star ratings and these guys are legit!  They arrived right at 8 AM and said it would be an easy repair. Well ...when you meet Noel and Dakota you will notice that they are polite, efficient and talented. So happy with their repair. All completely done in under one hour. Thanks for the great service.

I contacted Sprinkler Repair yesterday and they responded today and set an appointment for a few days in the future.  However, the dispatcher/scheduler said she'd reach out to the technician who was working a job near me to see if he could work-me-in today.  So, an hour later, she called me back with good news that the technician could get to me very shortly.  I lucked out, the technician was Noel Gonzales, as I've seen his name mentioned positively in many other reviews.  Noel was very knowledgeable and friendly.  He assessed, gave me a price and got the work done in about 1 hour.  When I'm needing sprinkler repairs in the future , and I'm certain I will, I will contact this business again in the future and hope that my technician is actually Noel, or as competent and knowledgeable and friendly as Noel!

They showed up as scheduled, diagnosed the problem and repaired it. I liked that I had an estimate before he actually started the work.

My 15 year old sprinkler box began working intermittently. Every day was a surprise whether or not it was going to work. Normally I like surprises, but my landscaping did not.
Aj and Dakota arrived promptly at the exact time that was promised and checked the sprinkler box out. I expected them to tell me that I needed to replace the sprinkler box due to its age. Instead, Aj explained to me that a simple repair to the circuit board was all that was needed and it would work just fine. He was right. This saved me hundreds of dollars in the cost of replacing a sprinkler box. So if honesty is important to you, as well as excellent and efficient work, you might want to give them a call for your sprinkler repair needs.

Irrigation at my home was over 10 years old, found this company on Yelp.  They did a complete replacement which was badly needed.  They were friendly, clean, fast, courteous.  There were several installers at my house, my back yard is pretty huge.  Hard to remember all of the names but I did want to recognize Brian and Anthony who walked me around the yard to see the final work and showed me how to use the timer and answered all of my questions.  

I would definitely recommend this company.  My yard looks better after they finished it than it did before.  Very please.

These are the hardest working guys you'll ever meet.  I brought them in mid-project, explained what I was doing (without any drawn plans) and they nailed it.  New sprinkler system, LED lighting, and sod... absolutely perfect (and fast).

I usually do my own repairs but could not figure out the source of my current issue.  I scheduled Sprinkler Repair to come out based on other Yelp reviews.  AJ came out this morning and walked through the issue I was having and what I had done on my own.  He checked my work and then did some more diagnostics and figured out the real problem quickly and demonstrated to me why he was confident that was the issue.  He was honest about it and gave me options for making the repairs that included me doing it on my own as it was a pretty easy fix after he did the tough diagnostic.  I decided to do it on my own.  I had one follow up question later and he called me back and walked me through it.  Super honest.  Super customer friendly.  I highly recommend this company based on my first experience and will go back to them when I need professional help.

We've used Sprinkler Repair a couple of times and they are top notch! They're reliable, knowledgeable, polite and friendly, and actually fix the issue! They don't just bandaid the issue with a cheap fix, but they know what they're doing and do it well and honestly. Highly recommend!

Received a quote first but when the installation crew came they figured out they didn't need to run everything from the back to the front and saved us over 40% of the original quote! And they finished the job the day BEFORE it was scheduled to start. Now that's what I call STELLAR service!

Do not call anyone else for sprinkler repair!!!  This company is fantastic,  I was quoted $700.00 to repair my system from another company  but Noel from Sprinkler Repair fixed it in 10 minutes and did not charge me for anything. Its no wonder they have over 100 5 star reviews.

David and his crew did an amazing job preparing our front and back yards for major planting. I can not speak highly enough about these guys. The team was on time, organized, worked hard and friendly and polite. True professionals, I highly recommend this team.

Our irrigation system was struggling and needed some immediate attention and potential rework. Our previous service provider (who also does landscaping) didn't have our trees set up correctly, so we had Sprinkler Repair come out and check everything.

Within a couple hours Sprinkler Repair had reworked and set up new emitters according to our watering needs at all locations in question. They evaluated our water programing and made some tune-ups at the timer box which they took the time to explain to us in detail. We feel better about the new set up knowing that it was thoughtfully and knowledgably installed and programmed.

Worth sharing on larger trees and shrubs, is the importance of getting the irrigation distributed into the plant's root zone, near the foliage drip line. From there, the correct amount of water for each plant type, (by size) must be established and adjusted accordingly. This is where the previous company didn't quite have things correct. Sprinkler Repair noted that in addition to mixing and matching some components that were causing literal geysers upon failure, not getting the water right at these high demand locations, in addition to leaving things turned off (like our landscaper did) can really do some damage. I feel Sprinkler Repair set us on the right path moving forward.

Upon collection of payment, their lead installer mentioned that they went over their not to exceed price.  In my book, this defeats the purpose of walking the job the day before and giving a not to exceed number, which generally includes some level of built-in contingency by nature.  Before starting work, we discussed that if they ran into anything major, they would get my approval ahead of time. When they asked for 30% over their original quote (without preauthorization) all it took was a raised eyebrow on my part and a reminder of what we had discussed.  I'm giving the benefit of the doubt here and not knocking-stars-off because the team lead was reasonable when I also pointed out that they saved labor by coming in under the timetable they had originally estimated.  At that point there was a genuine realization and acknowledgment of my perspective, and they honored their quote. I'm chalking this up to the team working daily on multiple jobs, using round numbers, and trying to remember what was discussed with each client. That said, this is something to watch for so that both parties are crystal-clear on the scope of work, price, and materials being used... and this applies to any company honestly; it really needs to be fair for both parties.

All told, we are happy with Sprinkler Repair for the work they did on this project. I plan to have them out twice yearly for seasonal changes and for system health checks, which they offered to perform at a reasonable price when I inquired about follow-up services.  There was no pressure in any of our interactions with both field and office, and their payment methods are modern and convenient.

I called Sprinkler Repair to come and repair an existing sprinkler system in our front and back yards that we inherited from the previous owners of our home. David (the owner) was extremely responsive from the get-go. Tim, Jake and his crew came out and realized that they could easily repair the front, but the back was tricky. They spent the day digging up the yard trying to figure out what the problem was in the back and found broken pipes leading to sprinkler lines that went UNDER a very large palm. Digging out the palm was not an option. David laid out my options very clearly and told me the pros and cons of each (along with the costs associated with each option). In the end, we chose to replace the system in the backyard. Tim, Jake, and their crew came back out and put in another long day of digging up the backyard and installing the new system. They also replaced our ancient control panel and explained how to use it. Each day they were here, our yard was cleaned up completely. In the days following, we had some hidden sprinkler heads pop up that needed to be capped - AJ was out FAST both times this happened. He spent the time to explain the issues, fixed them, and gave me his card to give them a call in case anything else popped up that needed their attention. I very much appreciated the transparency and honesty of everyone I talked to with Sprinkler Repair. They're hard workers and they kept smiles on their faces the whole time. A pleasure to work with them. We will use them in the future for any services we can.

I had all Sprinkler system redone and new pressure valve's installed.  Al's 16 ton of rock installed.  They were very responsive and professional.  They were an all English speaking team  and obviously full time employees.  Not just daily workers.  The owner David was always on top of everything and professional. I have only one complaint and that is I can't rate them higher.  So pleased I put them in my contact list.  Fully cleaned up when done.  Fairly priced.   I seldom review but this company deserves the review.

I called Sprinkler Repair LLC a few days ago and they sent Jacob out today to diagnose & fix our irrigation system. Over the years we have experienced numerous issues with our complicated sprinkler system. After losing our hibiscus hedge & numerous pigmy palms we asked our landscaper why this was happening only to learn the line had been broken & leaking for months & he neglected to tell us.  Jacob immediately diagnosed and repaired the leak in a very short time. When I looked at the bill I was shocked to see how reasonable the bill was. Sprinkler Repair LLC is the only company I will call for any future problems that arise, I will also always request Jacob, he is so knowledgeable, professional & friendly.

I had an emergency situation which I explained to the Scheduler.  They fit me into their schedule, came in record time, made the repairs and I was able to attend to personal emergency situation.   I very highly recommend this company for any sprinkler needs or repairs.

I used their service four years ago when I had a broken sprinkler valve. Recently I had an issue where one station wouldn't come on and another would cycle on and off repeatedly. I was assisted by Tim, who showed up on time and inspected the system and fixed some wiring issues. He wasn't able to replicate the issue with the on/off issue, but recommended that perhaps the water pressure was too high (seeing that the sprinklers were running off the house water supply) and to adjust it using the existing supply valve, and that if I experienced that issue again to replace the solenoid and the diaphragm within the sprinkler valve. He quoted me for that it said it was something I'd be able to do myself if I wanted.

I recommend them if you have any sprinkler or irrigation issues.

I had other people come in to fix sprinklers, paid out 1200.00 for nothing, I called sprinkler world as to fed up with run around. Gentlemen gave me the phone number to sprinkler repair llc, spoke with Jackie and set up for review of my sprinklers. Jonothan came out on time and was very understanding to my needs. Figured out the problem and all is very well. I will never call anyone else but this company. I can't thank them enough.

Our front yard had constant irrigation leaks and after a leak under my concrete slab we decided to use sprinkler repair to replace entire front yard with pvc pipe. They arrived as expected at 0500 and went straight to work. I even added to their scope by requesting wired spot lights that morning. Sprinkler repair team did an awesome job communicating with me throughout the day and made adjustments when requested. My front yard looks amazing with new spot lights that change colors and we don't have to worry about leaks for a very long time. I would highly recommend Sprinkler Repair to anyone. I used this company for the first time by calling on Saturday of Labor Day weekend.  My irrigation controller malfunctioned and was not watering my trees.  I was so thankful that Dave answered the phone (most places are closed on a holiday weekend). Dave said he had a couple of teams working Saturday and Sunday and was able to send Tim out to check my controller.    It was broken, but unfortunately Tim did not have a RainDial controller with him.    I was put on the schedule for Wed and Richard came out and installed the new RainDial that I picked up.  I was very pleased dealing with this business simply because Dave was very responsive and helpful.  Their team members were a pleasure to work with.  Arrived within their time frame and did a thorough job.

Showed up, early for the Estimate and on the Day of the Repair. Gave a Reasonable Estimate, Noel came and fixed it really fast and came in under the Estimate. These are the Guys I'm calling from now on.

I am VERY impressed with this company!!! We had a landscaper install a new timer and set the timer for our yards. Big FAIL. We had a different landscaper program the timer. Big FAIL. We had multiple other landscapers attempt to program our timer. ALL FAILED!! Our grass was flooded or left with an inadequate amount of water. We had MULTIPLE plants die!!

We had to completely replace all plants in our front yard!! Granted our big tree got blown over in a storm. Anyhow, we watched as our new plants slowly were dying!! The neighbor's landscaper attempted three different times to properly set the timer to water our plants. I gave up on a landscaper being able to help us!

I looked under Sprinkler Repair on Yelp. I discovered Sprinkler Repair Company. So many good reviews!! I knew it was a good option. I called and explained that all of our new plants were dying. There were out two days later, on a Saturday!!

The guy showed up and I immediately knew that he was VERY knowledgeable based on just a few minutes of communication!! He had a can do attitude!! He identified several problems. He changed out drip system pieces to the correct size, front and back. He found problems we didn't know we had. He discovered that not only that our timer wasn't programmed correctly, but he also identified that our drip system wasn't done correctly in the front yard. Some plants were not getting any water!! We had been hand watering knowing that there was a problem, but not realizing it was the drip system itself.

Fast forward. An hour later, ALL PROBLEMS FIXED!! I am confident that our plants will thrive!! I highly recommend this company!!

I noticed my tree wells were not filling up with water this morning.  We had another major power outage a couple of days ago ... and I made the connection ... it has been two years since I have required the services of David at Sprinkler Repair.  I made the call, they scheduled me for Monday, but indicated they may be able to fit me in today.  Within a few hours, Ken came by and reset/reprogrammed my sprinkler box.  Ken was kind, efficient, professional, and there was no charge!  These are the reasons I continue to refer individuals to Sprinkler Repair, LLC.

I had been calling around to have someone come fix the sprinkler/drip system at the house we just moved into, and was having a hard time getting someone out in a timely manner! I was getting anxious about the grass, trees, and plants dying; luckily, when I called these guys, they could get someone out the next day.
They were only here a few hours and got everything fixed and working! Richard & Gage were great, and I am glad to have found our go-to sprinkler guys!

My sprinkler system has been having issues for the better part of a year. I started working with one company, they ended up ghosting me. Then I switched to another guy, he did some work which he said had a 1-year guarantee; however, when it came time to honor that guarantee, he also ghosted me. I had AJ come out and give me a quote to finish all repairs in December, $405 for 3 new valves. Since I'd already invested a fair bit of $$$, I wanted to hold guy #2 to his guarantee. After 2 months of him not returning my calls or texts, I got tired of waiting and called David at Sprinkler Repair LLC. Though it'd been over 2 months since AJ provided my original quote, they still credited me the $85 service fee that I'd paid in December, and they honored the Yelp offer of $25 off $125 or more, saving me $110!!!

AJ showed up on time, clearly explained the work he was going to performed, cleared the valve box of mud and roots, and demonstrated that the sprinkler system was working correctly before he left.

I feel much better knowing that I won't be paying a bigger water bill due to a leaky system and that my landscaping plants won't die.

Really happy with the service I got from Sprinkler Repair LLC.  Daniel thoroughly fixed my irrigation system including drip system, sprinklers, and the installation of a new timer.  I definitely recommend them for irrigation problems big and small.

The team here is really friendly and professional. I had multiple issues with my sprinkler system. Was able to schedule someone to come out for a quote within a couple days. AJ arrived within the allotted timeframe and did a thorough inspection. He was able to fix one issue on the spot and scheduled time for a follow-up service to address the others a week later. Again, AJ was on time for the follow-up appointment. He did a walk through with me once the work was done. True professionalism the whole way through.

The good news is that they showed up .I would never  use these folks They charged me $ 400 for a 3 hour job. They were suppose the check for all leaks but left and never fixed one of the leaks and I ended up with a $ 400 water bill . They may sound sweet on the phone but beware

I've not yet had any GPS or Mapquest not find our address.  Maybe this company had a bad day or is simply incompetent.  But with address in had in a upscale development existing for over 15 years, this representative's excuses are just that.

I had Sprinkler Repair out to my house for the first time to check on a possible leak. Tim arrived on time, did a thorough inspection, and determined there was no leak.  He did offer a couple recommendations to achieve more efficiency in the system which we'll do next week. There was no charge for the inspection and his plan estimate was reasonable and should be a big help.
I was very impressed with the service and would recommend Sprinkler Repair to anyone needing an honest review of their system.

From the first phone call I made to the service being provided, this team has been very efficient and effective. I called them to help me fix a sprinkler head issue and while they fixed that, they spotted a second problem I had that I never knew. It was a small leak from one of my other sprinkler heads.
They were able to come out the following day and get that addressed as well. The team is very knowledgeable and courteous. If/when I have more issues, they'll be the first call I make.

Our drip system was not operating, Dave suggested how to fix it and proceeded to explain cost/time before going forward to repair the system.  His pricing was very reasonable.  Once fixed he checked the yard for improper performance of the lines and repaired any that weren't dripping.  I will definitely call them again when the  lines aren't dripping correctly.

Sprinkler Repair did a really nice job repairing our busted sprinkler lines.  Jose came out gave a quote then found it was a much larger repair job than expected but he didn't charge me much more than what we originally discussed.  He did the job thoroughly.  I would absolutely use these guys again and totally recommend them.

This was the second time I used them and after dealing with those other companies that charge service fees only to price the job so ridiculous that you are left with less money and no completed work. Its nice to have a company who earns your business honestly and fairly. I'll recommend them to anyone.

Daniel came out to check our sprinkler system as the front sprinklers would not shut off and we had one break in the back.  When he checked the system at first, he thought we would probably need a new valve, but then he said he would open it up and check it out to make sure.  When he opened it, he said there was debris and rocks inside the valve and that cleaning them out should actually fix the problem.  He then proceeded to show me a few different tricks and things I could check myself and showed me how to replace the broken sprinkler head for the future!  Super helpful and obviously not trying to swindle as it ended up costing less than he even said at first.  Also probably saved me lots of time and money for the future by showing me how to do those things!  Will definitely call again for future sprinkler needs.

Highly satisfied with all aspects of this company. We needed a plumber for a quick job in a pinch. They answered right away when I called (which is very important to me) and they were able to give me a quote and get out to fix the issue the same day. Work was done quick and neat. Very impressed with this company. Easy to schedule an appointment. Jose came on time, even calling to tell me when he was a half hour out. He replaced multiple broken sprinkler heads and adjusted both my front and back sprinklers so they provided full coverage of the lawn without spraying the patio and rocks. He took the time to carefully replace the grass around the new sprinkler heads. He was professional, customer oriented, and knowledgeable. Great price for great work. Did not exceed the price he quoted before beginning even though there was quite a bit more to do than expected. It's hard to find a good company, but these guys take pride on their work. Glad I called them after reading through all the Yelp reviews.

David called back right away, and Daniel came out and repaired both of my valves, and also solved a water pressure issue caused by one of my trees.  Fantastic work, even better then the folks who put in my original system 6 years ago.

I'm not sure why but before I went on Yelp, there were 2 different landscapers who disappeared before even coming to give me a quote. One set up a time to come over and didn't show up or message me at all. The other one said they'd get back to me and then never did. So I looked on yelp knowing that businesses on there would probably charge more, but I was tired of being let down.
Sprinkler Repair was responsive and sent AJ out for a quote as scheduled. Then we agreed on a price and scheduled him to do the work.
We had them install new gauges and a new timer for us. AJ was good at communicating and really hard working. He was running about 15 minutes late, but called to let me know. He showed us how to program the timer and gave us some advice about watering the trees. They also include a 1 year warranty on parts & labor.
We probably would have been able to get someone to do the work for less money but SR was reliable and friendly. In the end their quality, friendly service was worth it.

The team is very friendly and AJ does great work. There was a bit of a mix up with my initial appointment but the manager (owner?) called a reassured me that it would not happen again.

I had a part on my sprinkler system that needed to be installed.  They came out immediately and took a look and gave me a quote.  Unfortunately I live in an older home and had pipes that were basically falling apart as David was trying to install the new part.  He spent the rest of the day trying to get the pipes replaced so he could actually replace the part.  The communication was great, and I don't feel overcharged even though the hours were longer and more had to be done.  Sprinkler Repair is in my contacts and I will only use them from this day forward! I can't hardly believe it! I contacted this company because I was having one leak after another and my gardener was making it worse and kept charging me repeatedly to fix it. Well I looked on yelp and called this company. They came out the next day and fixed the problem quickly. AJ was a very polite young man and didn't try to sell me anything. He just worked hard and it was done.  Another company couldn't get out until the next week. Finally, I got more than what I paid for. I'm delighted!

Although it is the height of the season he was able to accommodate me within five days. I found him very helpful, straightforward, pleasant and a good person to deal with.

We had a major leak on our sprinkler system. After reading the good reviews here, I called Sprinkler Repair LLC.

I am very happy with the job the crew did. Not only they fixed the leak we complained about, but they also found (and fixed) another one we knew nothing about. They checked the general meter thoroughly to make sure it did not indicate any more leakage, reprogrammed the timer and made sure I understand how to do it by myself. I was really impressed by the level of care.

Regarding the price, I do not have much reference to compare but I thought this was fair. In any way much better than our outrageous water bill!!!
The repair came with one year parts and labor guarantee and I will certainly call them back if we ever need more work on our sprinkler system.

Oh, and the crew was courteous and friendly which is something I always notice because I've had some guys come to work in our house who were literally scaring me. Overall a 5 stars experience!

This company is 5 stars in every aspect! Over the past year they have done a couple separate jobs in my yard from small patches to putting in pressure regulators, fixing leaks and replacing clogged sprinkler heads. Scheduling is easy and they always show up when they say they will. Price is fair and I would recommend them to anyone needing sprinkler work done. Awesome people that do an awesome job!

So, I had a leak in my drip system and called these guys on a Monday.  They set up an appointment for three days later on a Thursday.  A couple of hours later, they called and said they could send someone over now.  Tim came over about thirty minutes later and fixed the hell out of the leak, on the spot, in about twenty minutes.  This company may be the greatest company ever created.  Five stars all the way, and I'll be calling again if this shitty ass drip system springs any more leaks!

Purchase a new home and the irrigation system was a mess and the trees/shrubs were dead. AJ with Sprinkler Repair came out and did a detailed inspection was able to provide me with a reasonable quote and started the work the next day to repair the system. He patiently went over both of the programming systems at the end and now all my plants have water going to them. Will definitely use them again.

Had them out today to fix a sprinkler shooting up like a geyser and two leaking pipes in our front and back yard.  The repairs were done super quick and WAY cheaper than originally estimated - they had given us a worst case scenario cost (basically a cost/time estimate) given that the two leaks didn't have obvious causes.  Super professional, punctual, and knowledgeable about landscaping repair.  We will definitely call them out if we have other issues!

From the first visit and consult, you know these guys will get the job done right.  They are true detectives of the sprinkler universe.   Leaks diagnosed with a job done in a reasonable amount of time at a fair price.  Daniel and his guys installed a complete system, leaving the yard in better shape then when they first arrived.  There's clear experience in play every time a shovel full of dirt gets turned over and replaced.

These guys are fantastic!  We've had them here a couple of times, most recently to troubleshoot our irrigation and to remove some (gigantic, concrete) planters.  The office person is organized, the workers show up as promised, they're terrific about explaining options, and they get the work done at a very reasonable price. After a lot of digging and demolition work today, they left our patio cleaner than when they arrived.

Dave and his crew did an absolutely great job installing a new sprinkler system at my house that for the most part replaced a 28 year old system.  It took one day and a couple of hours the next day, and when they left you wouldn't know that they had trenched a hundred feet or so.  I also had a water bib seal problem a crew member fixed a couple of days later.  Everything WORKS!!  Great job, guys!

Had a sprinkler controller issue.  Called a couple places and Sprinkler Repair LLC was the only one to return a call.  
Came out the next day.  Running a little late, but received a call from AJ.  The work was performed and explained to my satisfaction. Ended up needing new controller.  They did have to go get a controller as they did not carry any with them.
Not sure about the range of costs on the controller and the labor costs, haven't had anything to compare their costs too.
I now have a new controller that works, and have a 1 year warranty on parts.
I was pleased with AJ and Michael.  I would recommend them and I might need them for a future project.  Probably 4 1/2 stars, the cost was might only deduction.

This is my second time using sprinkler repair. I needed a new timer installed for my sprinklers and AJ was the technician. He had come to fix my sprinkler valves about a month and a half ago and I was so pleased with the job that I specifically asked for him to come back. I called these guys on a Friday late in day and they were able to get a guy to come on Monday. They gave me a quote based on a picture I sent and it was spot on. They got it done and work on a mans word which means a lot now a days. They extended credit without knowing who I was with the faith I would pay. I called and left a message about several irritation issues on our system that is getting old. In addition to the repairs we wanted rock and plants where we used to have grass. David called me back 25 hours later and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He added in conclusion that it was a minimum of $75 for the first half-hour even though we hadn't really gone over the scope of the work. I was confused how they were coming to charge me when they hadn't gone over what they were going to do. I called back and asked if they do landscaping he said they do clean up but not maintenance. I'm not sure how you can set up the irrigation without doing landscaping to install plants and planters dirst. I'm fine if they don't do landscaping just don't advertise that you do if you only do yard clean-up.

I called David because my sprinkler wires were in the wrong place. He did an awesome job guiding me through how to put them in the right spot over the phone! He always answered the phone right away and he showed genuine interest in trying to help me. I would recommend Sprinkler Repair to anyone with an issue with their sprinkler.

What a great company. My sprinkler system is 10 years old and was constantly running on the drip lines. Also a line broke under the ground making a nice hole. Was expecting to be told a total replacement was needed but they were awesome and explained the problems and it only cost $200 and my system is running great. Just replaced some valves and fixed the line. Would recommend this company to anyone. They were fair and honest!!!

David Edie installed my sprinkler system 4 years ago and I  was very impressed with his work ethic.  So, when a water eruption occurred I contacted him.  I felt very fortunate to hear from him the next day as 4 other companies never responded to my calls.

David attempted to fix the water eruption with no luck.  Then, he asked me if I  was  experiencing low water pressure.  Given my YES answer, he checked the main water valve and  found it was only half way open.  That solved the sprinkler problem.  Sadly, several plants lacking adequate water for too long didn't  make it.

I have been using sprinkler for a few years now, when we first bought our new house I had gotten several bids on turning my dirt back yard into something my kids and dogs could enjoy. This contractor has done everything he can to make this right for me- admitted fault and apologized which I am confident was absolutely sincere. This is by far more impressive and honorable than what I have experienced with other contractors. I did already make arrangements with another contractor but if they fall through (seems to be happening A LOT lately) then I will happily give this contractor another chance to perform the work. I will follow up again if necessary.

Great company and great people. I've had issues with my sprinkler and drip systems since I moved into my new house. Finally decided to bite the bullet and found sprinkler repair llc. They sent someone out a few days later for an estimate and Daniel arrived right on time. We toured the house and he gave me a run down of what needed to be done and approximately how much it would cost.
Daniel came back with another guy (who was also very friendly and helpful) and started my job bright and early. The repairs were extensive so they ended up not being able to complete the job in one day. Since they couldn't finish they offered to put a drip line in on two of my citrus trees for free. That what was much appreciated and a great effort on their parts. A few days later they came back out and finished the job. I ended up having to be at work while they finished so I didn't get an opportunity to test the system. Turned out there were a couple issues I wasn't totally happy with. Daniel came back out the next day and fixed everything to be just how I wanted it.

I called in the Tuesday after Labor Day and even though they were busy, they were at my house in a rainstorm the next day to evaluate our problem. They gave us an estimate that was not only very fair, but also below what I thought I was going to pay. They had to come back the following day (due to the rain) and not only fixed all the problems I had, but they also didn't charge me for things I didn't need. I thought I need a new control panel and it turns out I didn't. Anyone else might have charged me for one but not them. Sprinkler Repair exceeded my expectations. I just moved to Phoenix from the Chicago area and know virtually nothing about irrigation and sprinkler systems. The home I moved into had broken tubing, broken/missing emitters, and a leaky valve control box. I was afraid of the price of an estimate! I selected Sprinkler Repair because of the great reviews on Yelp. I am always a little leery of getting help with my home with a new contractor. Sprinkler Repair responded promptly to schedule my appointment and Timothy showed up early and quickly and efficiently understood all the issues with the current system. He scouted the yard and found issues I was unaware of.  He gave me a very fast not to exceed estimate that was very reasonable. I was surprised that he was able to perform all the repairs in the one single visit. And the bill was less than the estimate, which others have mentioned in other reviews. I will recommend Sprinkler Repair to others.

I found David Edie on Yelp and the two reviews convinced me to give him a call.  Am I glad I made that call.  I purchased a house where the previous owner had installed the in-ground irrigation system himself.  It was not to code and the valves were a leaky mess.  There were also drip lines that were blowing off the manifold due to excess water pressure.  David, along with his crew, replace all the valves,  added backflow preventers to bring the system up to code and place an inline pressure reducer to reduce water pressure to the drip lines that kept blowing off.  The job was professionally done and they also cleaned up the yard where they had to dig.  I was completely impressed and satisfied and have no hesitation in recommending David and his company for your irrigation needs.

At first I gave this company 3 stars because I kept calling wanting to talk to a real person but finally had to leave a message. They got back to me the next day and set up a day and time to come over and fix the two leaks I had in my system. Right on time, a guy named Tim showed up and turned my system on and walked around looking things over. He fixed a bubbler head that had popped off, and told me a pipe was leaking. I had him turn the water off to the pipe as I no longer needed to irrigate the part of my yard it went to. After 15 min he turned the system off, reset it on timer and left. He never adjusted any of the other heads and water wasn't getting to the trees like they should. A little while later the company called to check and I told them everything that was bothering me about the service I had received. They sent Daniel out right away. He made sure the heads where adjusted properly and he even dug a well around both my citrus trees. He put the citrus on a different line and set the timer so all my trees would get the proper amount of water. He also made sure I knew how to work the timer so I could make any adjustments I felt were needed. This company stands behind their work and will make things right if there was a screw-up. The owner himself called and made sure things were right. I can't be happier with their customer service, they are honest and care about their customers. I would definitely call them again, and recommend them to anybody.

Dave responded back to my inquiry the same day and we set up the repair a couple days later. They were scheduled to come by between 9-11 am but were not able to show up until almost 12:30 pm due to the last job running longer than expected. I did receive a call before 11 am notifying me of the delay. Once arriving, they got to the job quick and were able to solve all of the issues - a valve repair, a broken line, and some crazy noises in one of the lines. Dave knows his stuff and both he and his assistant, AJ, were friendly and easy to talk to.

This rating is going to sound a bit odd as things did not go smoothly on the job, but the way David responded is why they deserve the 5 stars.  I had a lot of irrigation work that I needed done - 20 new plants needing lines, 4 leaks, and rerouting of 40 feet of irrigation line.  The crew arrived on time on July 3rd and before they started I asked for a price to upgrade the 40 feet to PVC. The job superintendent told me he would just charge for materials so would only be about $20. I agreed to it and later that afternoon, after that portion of the job was complete, he told me that he quoted the wrong price and needed to charge an extra $250 for that portion. I obviously said no way and that I would need to talk to the owner when they were done. They went back to work and when I looked outside later that afternoon, they had left the job site for the day without saying anything. The job was not complete and I was not happy.  I sent David an email and he immediately called me back.  Turns out they ran off to take one of the workers to the hospital who went down with heatstroke.  He apologized for the miscommunication on pricing and honored his original quote.  He then committed to send his best guy out the next morning, July 4th, to finish up and check the whole system.  That worker was right on time and I am very satisfied with the end result.  Things don't always go to plan, but when they go south I want to know that the decision makers are going to be responsive.  David cares about the customer and they do quality work so I would be very comfortable using them again.

Dave came out to my house and he and his crew took out old, old grass and installed a great sprinkler system and brand new sod. He further cleaned up the rest of the backyard with unusual attention to detail. He notified me of all charges and options as we went through the process of turning an old sad yard into a spectacular yard that gives my home a gorgeous curb appeal with new sod and beautiful plants.  He has been back to double check on the plants and the spray of the sprinklers.  He did a great job.  He and his crew were very professional.

I recently went searching for a company to find and repair a major leak in our lawn sprinkler system. I tried a couple companies, but none seemed interested in the job. Through Yelp, I finally found Sprinkler Repair LLC (602-367-6965). They had only a few reviews on Yelp, but they were all five-star reviews, and very enthusiastic reviews at that. So I decided to give them a try. They came out, found the leak (as well as a few other problems with our system) and did a great job with the repairs. This was not an easy or quick job, but they stuck with it, and even brought in extra fill dirt to fill and compact the resulting holes. At my request, they also replaced the old control timer, and came back after it was installed to walk through set up and operation. It wasn't a cheap job, but given how much work they did for me and their great attitude and dependability, I felt the price was more than reasonable. They were prompt, reliable, showed up when they said they would, stayed in touch by phone and by text, listened and responded thoughtfully, and did a great job. I highly recommend them.
