Best Concrete Pool Installation in Phoenix AZ

We recently hired Greenheart Landscapes to spruce up our back yard from dead grass to turf and enlarge patio.  They were great.  We are snowbirds and knew we wanted something done by Thanksgiving so began researching early October from our home in Indiana.  We set up 4 appointments for the week we arrived in Phoenix. Greenheart was the first we contacted via email for a quote. They called right away and scheduled appointment for the day after we arrived here.  Irene the owner herself came and immediately understood what we wanted.  Her responsiveness and arrival with turf samples, suggestions for us, were on spot and we were very impressed.  And she said she could get us done by the holiday if we didn't mind crews working all weekend. The next appt. called to change the time till following week , so nope, crossed them off.  The next was due at 6a.m. a few days after Greenheart was here.  My husband was up waiting in the dark for a no show, so down two.  The third while told we wanted to discuss turf and pavers for patio, sent someone who only measured for turf and knew nothing of pavers or design.  Owner called apologized and wanted to come in next few days.  In meantime Irene called and had a cancellation and could begin project that Monday.  Done, no need to look further.  Quotes were written, some corrections and adjustments but crew arrived Monday. There only snafu was the dumpster did not arrive till end of day, out of their control.  Without dumpster only so much could be done on day one.  But they were back at it Tuesday and project finished in 4 days as promised.  Lawn and new patio pavers look great . Best of all no more hot days on knees weeding and trying to get winter grass going.  Very happy and highly recommend Irene and Greenheart Landscapes.

We just moved in to our new home in Gilbert and were in need of landscaping in our yard. After doing some research online we reached out to Paul who quickly responded and came over and provided the most reasonable estimate we received. Even with a kink on our side, (had to get approval of the design from our HOA) he got the job done quickly as soon as the HOA approved our plan. Such an accommodating guy to work with! I'd highly recommend him and his team.

We had them out to trim the hedges and in the front lawn and back yard  clean up all the weeds and trim up a few other trees and bushes. Overall they did a great job cleaning everything up and the front and back yard look great and for a good price as well. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Absolutely amazing experience for my first big home renovation ever! I reached out to JNK back in November 2020 to get an idea of what it would take redo my entire backyard. I wanted to do about 1400sqft of turf and about 350sqft of pavers in various places. Devin came out and we walked my backyard and I laid out the design plan I had. Devin provided some great recommendations for some areas that were a little tricky (I have palms trees very close to the rear wall so getting a paver border behind them wouldn't have worked).

I thought the initial quote was very reasonable, but since it was my first project I wanted to do my due diligence so I spoke with 2 other companies. JNK absolutely blew those quotes out of the water and I didn't feel as comfortable with either of those reps as I did with Devin. I reached back out to Devin on Thursday, February 25th (the delay from November to February was all on me, not on JNK) to let him know that I was ready to schedule my project, but that I had some changes to the design that I wanted to discuss.

Devin came back out to the property on Thursday, March 4thand we discussed the changes I wanted to make and an overall timeline of when the project could be completed. I also asked specifically about grey pavers because both of the other companies told us that it would take 4-6 weeks to get them due to the high demand. When I asked Devin about this, he assured me that they would be able to get them in a timely manner.

Let me tell you, a timely manner is completely underselling how fast we had them. I paid the deposit on Friday, March 5th and later that day 4 pallets of grey pavers arrived at my house. Devin reached out and told me that they would be installing them somewhere between Monday (March 8th) and Wednesday (March 10th). Devin and his crew arrived Tuesday, March 9th and installed all of the pavers. They then arrived on Wednesday, March 10th and installed all of the turf.

The whole yard was done in 2 days and in less than week after I paid the deposit to get on the schedule. These guys were so great and super communicative throughout the whole process! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to due a project on their yard. When I do the front yard next year I will definitely be calling JNK.

Robert handled a backyard patio paver project for me. It was a ton of work but he got it done in the time frame that he promised. It looked beautiful.

We had to resurface and retile a very large diving-board pool several months ago. A friend, who was very pleased with using Innovative to resurface her pool, recommended Innovative Pool and Spa Systems to us.  They provided an estimate and we evaluated it among several others.  They were  competitive and exhibited excellent follow-up.  The input they provided helped to select the appropriate surface and tile. This was a very large project, but they handled it flawlessly.  The large working crews, from beginning to end, were professional, cordial and efficient. We unhesitatingly give them five Stars.  We also heartedly recommend them without hesitating.  They did a superb job and will do so for any one who uses them.  Prior to calling them, we never met anyone at Innovative.

Today we had Nick Everett and Spencer out from Big Nick's Landscaping and Maintenance. They did an amazing job! It had been a while and many of our plants and bushes were way overgrown. They took their time and trimmed most everything by hand.

Nick completely understood when I explained I wanted the plants to look natural, not trimmed flat and square. Hedges aren't my thing. If you want a family man that will understand what you want, give you top-notch service, and be someone you can count on, Nick is your guy.

Jason came out to perform an emergency repair. He was through in his approach and resolved the issue quickly. The quote was fair and the work was high quality. I highly recommend The Hard Works.

We needed fast service to avoid an HOA fee at one of our properties. I reached out to Adal Landscape Services and got a response right away. They are based out in Mesa but travelled all the way over to the west valley same day. They provided quick service at a reasonable price! We are very happy with their service and will definitely use them again.

Dennis actually referred me to fixing an irrigation issue myself rather than spending too much money on a service doing it for me. He even went over the basic steps to do it. Thanks for saving me some money

Called to have some grading work done and he was able to walk my property and get me a quote. Then he blew me off 2 appointments in a row and he didn't even realize he used the same excuse both times (woke up sick) but still no call to let me know he wasn't coming and on the third no show he decided he didn't want to come to Holbrook anymore. UNPROFESSIONAL.

Your reply is hilarious. Why do you assume I can't afford it??? I thought it was a good price. You're the one who made excuses and didn't even call when you weren't going to show up. That's OK I got All Custom Exteriors to do it. Don't make excuses for your incompetence.

I was scammed by him and his Mexican partner Anthony Diaz. Took my deposit $3,500. And never returned.. they've blocked me. I'm elderly and saved for years to get my backyard / sideyard landscaped only for these heartless excuse for human beings to take advantage of me.
There are many scammed in Phoenix. mesa. Maricopa by them.. many police reports and small claims filings. The DO NOT TRUST THEIR SAD SCAMMER STORIES TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE PRICES BECAUSE THEY'RE SCAMMETS
