Miguel & Manny were a pleasure to work with. Their prices were competitive and they were able to get their team working on our backyard within the week.

The hiccups: (1) the day they were coming to quote the work no one showed up at the scheduled time. When we inquired when we should expect someone, we were told there were car troubles (no idea how true that is since they seemed to drive well-maintained vehicles) but this was remedied quickly, and Miguel showed within the hour; (2) the dumpster they hired to remove our old cement, we were told would be picked up that same day. The following day it was still there, so we text Manny in the late afternoon just to make him aware. No response, but it was picked up the morning on day 2 , and we noticed Miguel oversaw the pick up; (3) when the cement was going to be laid about a week after the initial work, Victor showed up the day before to verify measurements. He said either Miguel or Manny would be in touch with us about the time they would arrive the following day (something they had also told us prior to leaving the previous week). When we had still heard nothing by the early morning that the work would be done, we initiated contact by text. Manny got back to me within the hour, and the cement crew arrived within 45 minutes of that text. That said, they both came and inspected the work both days prior to their crew finishing for the day.

The work: We had them remove an already fractured cement pad and old built-in fire pit we rarely used. We requested backfill dirt in the half of the area that we have yet to figure out what we'll yet do with it, and they laid new cement in the other half. They also removed an old lantana that had been planted far too close to the house by a previous resident, moved our old irrigation around the side of the house, and added an pvc spigot closer to what will be our gardening area.

Overall, we were content with the work and their prices. While communication wasn't 'terrible', there did seem to be an odd bit of disconnect. Still, our project was very basic and not overly time sensitive, so it was nothing that would keep us from considering them again for future projects. Probably my favorite aspect of the communication is that much of it was by text which is far more direct.

I have to say Raul and his crew did an outstanding job on all the things I wanted them to do!! Their masonry skills, landscaping and clean up after were impeccable. They will be my regular landscaping company!!

Fantastic is the word for Nico!  He went above and beyond in his work making our backyard beautiful.  He was professional, efficient and his prices were very fair.  He installed sod in our back yard and created a perfect area for our above ground pool.  It came out even more beautiful than we had imagined.  His knowledge and skills took our little idea and turned it into a beautiful space our family can now enjoy for years to come.  I do wish I had found Nico sooner as his pricing was much more affordable than I had imagined.  This guy is the landscaper you have been looking for!  Highly recommend!

I had a ton of yard work to get done. We had three 20 plus foot trees chopped down and we needed all of the branches hauled out as well as clean up done. It was a ton of work.. He came out and took care of it all and great pricing. Extremely nice and helpful and informative. Highly recommend if you need help with landscaping.

Made an appointment for 3PM to meet, at 3:30 when he didn't show up I sent a text asking if he was still showing up. He got back to me at 6:30 asking if we could reschedule, for real. He wasted my time hope he doesn't waste yours.

Absolutely the rudest company I have ever dealt with. So many landscaping options out there to use these guys. Don't remember the guy with the beards name but should never be allowed to talk to customers.

Ed the owner called me and offered to make good which I appreciate.  If I had complained before that would have given them the opportunity to resolve the problem, but I chose to move on and the problem is resolved.

Juan was fast to reply and came by at my convenience to provide a quote. The work was done quickly and within a few days my weed problem was gone. I've now hired Juan and Desert Sage to provide monthly services at my house. Great work!!

Pete worked very hard and finished when predicted. Very knowledgeable. Very personable. Quoted me a fair price.

Adal was did a great job removing 3 palm trees from my back yard. I was nervous because all three were right up against my neighbors shared fence and all of them surprised 60ft. Adal, showed up on time, expertly cut and lowered all 3 palms, and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely recommend and plan to use them again in the near future.

Called to have some grading work done and he was able to walk my property and get me a quote. Then he blew me off 2 appointments in a row and he didn't even realize he used the same excuse both times (woke up sick) but still no call to let me know he wasn't coming and on the third no show he decided he didn't want to come to Holbrook anymore. UNPROFESSIONAL.

Your reply is hilarious. Why do you assume I can't afford it??? I thought it was a good price. You're the one who made excuses and didn't even call when you weren't going to show up. That's OK I got All Custom Exteriors to do it. Don't make excuses for your incompetence.

Do not use this company for your landscaping needs! Unfortunately we did and we seriously regret it. They were contracted to put a putting green in our backyard. Joseph Benites came out to give us an estimate and stated that he would make sure that we were happy with the work when it was completed. First thing I questioned was the fact that they had the fill dropped off in the street and we weren't even told of a date that they would be here to do the work. It was more than a week before they came and of course we had rain in between so it was washing away down the street. When they finally arrived to do the work they didn't bother to go over the design shape with me, they were just going to match the rectangle area that was currently in place when we actually discussed with Joseph that we wanted curves in certain areas. The workers actually tried to tell me I couldn't have that because they weren't told about curves.  I told them to call Joseph and if there was a problem he could call me but I am getting the design that we agreed to pay for.  So they managed to get the shape somewhat correct and they had the fill in the backyard and said they would be back to finish the next day.  Well that evening we had that torrential down pour of rain and everything was just drenched so I figured there was no way they would be able to finish with the fill and put the green in place.  Well obviously they don't know the correct standards when putting in a green.  You don't do it when the soil is wet!!!!!  They showed up at 6:30 the next morning and finished installing.  I thought ok they will come back to roll out the lumps when everything dries out. For 5 weeks I have tried to get them out here to roll it and every time I am told they will be here they do not show up or they have an excuse as to why they didn't show up.  I have a very lumpy putting green in my backyard now and they don't care.  I am filing a complaint with the ROC compliance department.
Please, if you really want to have something nice for the money you pay for landscaping DON'T USE CUSTOM OUTLOOKS!!!!!!
