I would highly recommend using Frank's Demo Grading and Hauling. I was searching for a company to help me move items from my garage late at night and Frank sent me a message within an hour. He quickly said he could provide me with help the next day at any time. I received a call 30 minutes beforehand and a man by the name of James came to help. James was very friendly, accommodating, quick, efficient, and even asked if there were any other additional items I wanted him to take. I was thoroughly impressed. Before I spoke to Frank I almost decided to haul my items with my dad to a landfill, but am so happy I used Frank and James. Additionally, Frank offered me a VERY reasonable quote for hauling my items. I'm easily deterred by companies who overprice and then do an average quality of work. Not only did Frank give me a fair and reasonable initial quote, he price matched another quote I received and worked with me based on that. And to repeat, the quality of work was amazing. I was looking for a landscaper to remove a dead citrus tree and overgrown shrubs, grind a palm tree stump, remove weeds and do general cleanup of my yards.  I also needed five new plants to be planted to replace the ones being removed.  Omar was one of the few landscapers to return my request for a quote.  He met me the next day, and his quote was less than any I received.  He began the work per my schedule and completed quickly.  His work was excellent--exactly what I asked for.  I plan to use him on future landscaping projects.  I recommend him and his crew highly.

I asked for quotes on my 3 car garage, Mario was quick to respond, and came out the same day to take measurements and talk me through the process.  Knowledgeable and freindly, competitively priced.  After talking to five different companies, Mobile Blasting was the clear winner.

Once the job started, I was impressed by the amount of effort put into prepping the garage floor - our house was built in 1979, and that floor has seen some things.  Stains, holes, cracks everywhere.  Nothing was rushed, and they meticulously restored the floor to the point it was unrecognizable...and that was before the epoxy went down.  These guys care about quality.

I can't say enough how happy I am with my garage floor, and my genius decision to choose Mobile Blasting.  Hell, yes - I recommend them!

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

Juan is responsive and did a good job on my yard without any direction from me in person.  We only exchanged photos and texts.  He completed work on time for a fair price in this market.

I hired for their handyman services. They were on time, friendly, shared knowledge and reasonably priced. I would hire again.

I should have taken the reviews seriously. This guy came out to take a look at our project, even after I posted that our job wouldn't be the largest and he talked a good talk but never gave us an estimate. I even followed up with him a couple days later by text. Again he said he'd get it to me the following day and nada. If a company can't even follow through with an estimate I've learned not to trust they'd do a good job or be able to communicate with their us about our job. Just don't trust them.

I thought they did a fine job cleaning our yard. Considering that I was working on the house and had tools and materials around. They always returned my calls in a timely manner. I will definitely call them again.

Gave a VERY competitive quote and agreed to come back at 9 a.m. on Saturday to prune the palm trees. He never showed up.
