These folks have been so very helpful, on a couple of occasions 1.  Getting a key made, which they did very quickly/cheaply.   2.  Went in to see about getting special-order locks for the cargo carriers on my motorcycle. They are made in italy.  One helpful & friendly employee told me how I might go about it, but also offered to clean it up with graphite and oil it too.  Really helped!  Hardly need new locks for the time being.  Didn't charge me either.

We just bought a house and all the locks needed to be rekeyed. In addition, I wanted an keypad-style lock for the front. When the technician arrived, he quickly evaluated the variety of locks and keys currently in play, came up with a strategy to make them all as uniform as possible, and then got to work. He replaced or repaired about 10 total locks and got the keypad installed in less than a two hours. He was friendly, personable, provided excellent advice, and threw in a discount without me asking.

Great service! While there was a delay in returning my initial call, Ben explained the office was closed. Once we did arrange for service, they called enroute and arrived early! Manny did an excellent, quick job rekeying the house and installing a new front entry door handleset. Would use the service again!
