We love using Response Crew for all our handyman work. They are prompt, courteous and professional and are adept at any repairs needed. We have had George and Tom at the two times we've used them and they were both excellent. Jennifer is wonderful on the phone in scheduling and explaining their business. Taylor came out to our house same day, he was very communicative and responsive. He was able to help solve an issue with a leaky faucet in our shower. He responded quickly to my questions via text, showed up on time and was very professional. Highly recommend!

I asked Miguel to help me with another project - mounting two benches onto my cinder block backyard wall. Woah he did such an amazing job that I will let the photos speak for the quality of his work.

I was very impressed with Philip , my mom needed a faucet replaced in the kitchen and bathroom, he was quick and efficient and the price was very reasonable,  he also check for any leaks around the house and backyard, He definitely sold me on using all of his services as a handyman and his plumbing experience.

Steve spent a good 6 hours doing several little projects I needed help with.  He was on time, and stuck with it until he finished.  He did a good and complete job even though he had to run out for parts twice.  I will definitely call him again when I need something done again.

Donald is great! Friendly and hard-working he was able to do all the misc. jobs we had for him; building a gate, replacing doors, fixing a dryer vent, cleaning out our gas wall heaters, and replacing our bathroom fan. He carefully explains what he is going to be doing so there are no surprises. We will be calling him again!

I saw Tim's truck in my neighborhood and decided to call him for an appointment to fix a door. He arrived on time. He was ready to work. He completed the job quickly and even did a couple of other small jobs too. His price was reasonable and fair. I would definitely call him again!

When I read reviews, I tend to give more weight to those that are positive than negative. That's what I did when I looked at Awesome Home Repair. Unfortunately I should have paid much more attention to the bad reviews, because I find myself echoing Jeff W. and Zuma P. in their comments about this business.

On July 27 I contacted Lucien about a project, and after some discussion, on Aug. 3 we managed to get it scheduled--for Mon., 8/16. He didn't give me a start time and said he would let me know.

When I hadn't heard anything from him by the afternoon of Sun., 8/15, I texted him TWICE to finally receive a reply at 5:39pm that he couldn't come until Wed., 8/18. Then at the end of the afternoon on Tue., 8/17, he texted that he had to put it off again til Thurs., 8/19. When I replied that that would be the last postponement, he declined to do the job.

He shows no consideration for your time, your schedule, or the fact that his may not be the only project that you're trying to schedule--or, as a result of his last-minute postponements, to re-schedule. My advice is BEWARE.

This company was on time. The estimate was correct and completed quickly. A new toilet is always a nice addition to the house. Thank you.

We were very pleased to have Andy replace 4 bathroom faucets and install towel racks and accessories for two bathrooms.  He also adjusted the faucet in the 3rd bathroom because the water stopper was not working correctly.  We plan to have him do some additional electrical work after the first of the year.  He works steady and his rates are reasonable.  We highly recommend him.  Genny V.

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.
