We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

I hired Chris Riggs at Priority One to do some bathroom remodeling work on my sisters' home in July of 2017. I needed to have the old bathtub removed and a walk-in shower installed. The plumbing was (as far as I know) the original circa 1964 plumbing that came with a John F. Long tract home. In retrospect, Chris may have under-bid the job not knowing some of the issues he'd encounter. However, I thought his pricing was reasonable and the work was completed timely and for the amount he'd originally quoted.
Fast forward to February, 2019, when I asked Chris for a quote to re-tile the other shower in the home. He provided an estimate which I thought was slightly high at the time so I thought I'd get a few more quotes before making the decision. He said the shower I wanted to have worked on (shower #2) was "leaking badly". After getting a quote from my regular plumber (who said he also did some shower work), I found out it wasn't shower #2 that was "leaking badly". It turns out the drain from shower #1--the one Chris had worked on--was the one that was leaking under the pan and under the wall into bathroom #2. Apparently, the drain had come loose somehow, thereby causing the leak.
I contacted Chris who, much to his credit, immediately said: "I stand by my work" and who scheduled a visit to inspect what had gone wrong with shower #1. After doing so, he agreed the drain had come loose and he needed to make things right. He scheduled a time with my sisters to fix the issues from his original work. A medical emergency on Chris's part prevented him from getting the work done on the originally scheduled date but Chris texted me right away, advised me of the situation and said he'd reschedule as soon as he was medically able to go back to work. All of that happened within the time frame he provided. He did exactly what he said he'd do and as soon as he was able, he returned to my sisters' house and spent a significant amount of time doing tear-out and drain repairs, and then putting everything back the way it should have been in shower #1.
Because I was so pleased with Chris's "I stand by my work" approach, his timeliness and his attentiveness, and because subsequent bids for shower #2 were coming in only slightly lower than Chris's shower #2 estimate from February, 2019, I decided to use him on shower #2 since I knew he'd stand by his work if anything went wrong. By then, it was early August of 2019 and because months had passed since Chris provided his original shower #2 estimate, I wrote to him to make sure his quote was still valid. Three weeks later, after getting no reply, I e-mailed him again, and got a bounce-back. I then texted Chris to see if he was still in business since my e-mail hadn't gone through. He contacted me within a day, said he wasn't sure what had happened with the e-mail foul-up and said he'd schedule another inspection at my sisters' home to make sure his pricing was unchanged from the preceding February.
According to my sisters, Chris showed up as scheduled at their house on September 6. And that was the last I ever heard from him. He never provided a new estimate, and never wrote, called or texted to say whether or not he'd still honor the pricing from the old estimate. I texted him on September 21 asking him if he was still interested in doing the job. Again, I got no response.
So, that's the story of my experience with Chris Riggs and Priority One. Take it for what you will but be aware you may get the "I stand by my work" Chris, or you may get the one who simply, and inexplicably disappears. Hopefully, you'll get the former, not the latter.

Ed and Frank came in to refinish my door and repair a little bit. They did a fantastic job. They were very easy to work with. It took a long time for them to sand , stain and then polish just because they were so detailed and letting it to dry after staining and polishing.
I would highly recommend them. Will hire again in future.

I contacted Redline Handyman fairly late on a weeknight and was impressed that the owner (Jeremy) responded quickly and even fit my project into his schedule the very next day. I needed some fans put up, and he was able to do it without a problem. He got them all installed and working for a reasonable price, and even took a look at some other small things I forgot to mention over the phone. Very happy with his work, would definitely recommend!

I hired Terry to perform some basic dry wall repair as I prepared to list my house. His sheetrock repair skills were exactly what I was looking for. In addition Terry had alot of good advice to help my house achieve that "WOW" factor when potential buyers come through.
