I was able to get an appointment within the week which was great. Austin did a fantastic job cleaning our sofa, love seat and chair. He arrived on time and explained everything he was going to be doing. Will definitely use this business again and highly recommend their service!

No show, no call and when called, indicated he arranged an hour window to arrive, which is not true.  This appointment was made with him not through a service or other staff.  Total disregard for your time and your work schedule and with something as simple as arriving on time for a meeting in which he set the time, take note people.
