Eddie was prompt, polite and did a professional job with everything I needed help with! I just moved into a new house and needed help getting some things up! He hung a mirror, curtains, and multiple shelves throughout my house including two that are really heavy hard-wood & pipe that are difficult to hang.

Gilbert is fast & efficient! Work & Quote was quick and service was promptly delivered.  Gilbert was able to come out the same day to install a new fan! Excited for Gilbert to do other projects in my home. Definitely recommend!!

I recently bought a new place that had a variety of smaller issues that needed to be fixed before it felt totally livable.  Clayton was able to help fix all of them- he was able to fix the track on a broken sliding door, tightened some of the plumbing features, and checked that everything in the bathroom was water tight. I highly recommend Clayton and his services!

Gilbert, from Royal Construction Services, was great to work with. He helped me replace 3 wood porch and carport posts at my older home.  Unlike the old posts, the new posts have been installed on post bases, which should help keep them dry and secure for years to come. Gilbert was fast, flexible and affordable.

I had a great experience with Apro.  Ed (owner/operator) provided a prompt reply when I asked for quotes, showed up on time, was friendly and professional, honored his initial estimate, completed the project (RO installation), and followed up to confirm everything was working.  I'll use Apro again.

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

Jason helped me out big time.  I came home on a Friday to discover that my garage door wasn't closing and was so crooked it was bending the track that the wheels ran along.  Jason and I had just finished talking about how he could help a client of mine and he came highly recommended by someone who has regularly connected me with great people, so I figured I would give him a try.  Jason proceeded to come over at 8 pm on a Friday night to fix my original problem then follow that up with a 7:30 am start to replace my garage door opener on Saturday morning.  Jason was professional, affordable, and most impressive he dropped what he was doing to come and help me so I wouldn't have to miss valuable time during the work week.  Thanks again for all of your help Jason.

Requested a quote from the company. Two week after being asked what material my countertop was for a dishwasher install still no reply.

Call. Billie to fix a running toilet and help install some filters and a reverse osmosis system. Billie called right away after I inquired on yelp. She came by that day like that it gave me a quote and came back the next day and everything was fixed. Also helped refer me to someone for my pool. I was very happy with Billie and will definitely use her again

We interviewed several contractors to do plumbing and electrical work for our bathroom remodel.  Bob gave us a competitive bid and was highly recommended on Yelp.  (Don't know where those recommendations went!)  He showed up on time and worked tirelessly until the job was done to perfection.  We could not be more pleased with his professionalism and knowledge.  Wish we had found Tool Time sooner for other projects.  Bob is only handyman you will need.

We contacted Jesse to help us replace the door jamb after forced entry by EMS due to an emergency.

He took about 8 hours to do a decent job (or so we thought) and the service didn't include painting the strip of wood.

Days later, the jamb split from a weak point(as seen in the pictures) from over-chiseling the deadbolt and thinking caulk patch would hold..

Mind you at this point our door lock would no longer close as the plate could no longer stay in place.

So we contacted him giving the opportunity to make it right and he was keen to respond that he would be there the next day.

Next day came around and he let us know that he would not be available for the next week due to other commitments.

Monday - unresponsive

Tuesday - called us rude after asking him to have some integrity to  own up to the mistake and said it was not in his priority to come do it for free, immediately blocked our number.
