Best in Phoenix AZ

I have been using Next Level for Years and I have several rental  houses as well as my own residential home that I have had them do every type of job imaginable. He has done drywall, tile, yard clean ups, painting, plumbing, water heater installation and the list goes on. I have never had a bad experience and even when I have to have something done a second time I have never gotten anything but exemplary service. I even refer NLR to my friends and family.

Michael was incredible !! We are based in California but have a few different units out there in Gilber, AZ. Michael was so understanding and very reasonably priced as far as what needed to be done. He was very helpful in sending us pictures of the damages as well as what he had done to put us as ease. He was very easy to get a hold of and made it simple to work around our schedule. Our tenants as well as ourselves were very happy with the work he did.

Great Job!

Trevor has done several projects for us over the past year and each one has turned our amazing! Definitely recommend him for any remodel project you might have. He has built a new stairway/banister for us, kitchen cabinet remodel, wainscoting, home bar, shiplap walls, and built us a custom media cabinet. Super happy with how it all turned out!

Jeremy is great at his craft. He is extremely friendly and very reasonable. Helped me mount a tv properly and fixed a few other things in my house for a very low price. I will definitely keep him in mind for other fix ups in my house and will absolutely refer him to my friends and family!

I called Larry Hempen for a small window repair job. He answered right away and was very professional.  The reason I gave him five stars was that he told me right away that he knew someone more qualified than himself to do the job I needed, and gave me the other man's number.  So even though he didn't do do an actual paid job for me, I did appreciate his honesty and his service.

What a great array of quality, affordable services this company offers! I have used them for over two years now for inside and outside projects from a shed tear down to repair of my sliding glass door, to a leak in my kitchen sink. Not only are they quick to respond, quick to compete the job, polite and good at cleaning up after themselves, but it's always at the best price I find anywhere. I think what I like most about Linda and her team - what makes it really stand out - is that she is just plain helpful and as concerned about my bottom line as her own. I have called her several times to say 'This is what is happening, what do you think it is?" and she'll say "It's probably this or that. Try this and see if it works. If not, call me back." She could just as easily have said, "We'll come over and charge you $x but she didn't and doesn't." That's nice!

I own a small business too, and I know that for every 19 nice customers there are bound to be one or two that you can't please no matter how much you stand on your head for them. And they're often the folks who vent their spleen unreasonably on these review sites. So I thought it only right to take the time to tell you how great this company is. I thoroughly recommend Arizona's Mr. Fixit to any metro-Phoenix business or individual.

Jim was to be here at 9 a.m. to discuss the work I needed him to do. We set the appointment a couple of days ahead of time and he picked the date and time. He finally called at 9:34. I don't understand why people can't be on time, or at least call before they are late to say that they are going to be late. If I can't depend on him to be here when he says he will and he doesn't even have the courtesy to call me to let me know he is going to be late, then that tells me I can't depend on him.

I see he did the same to another person. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.
