I needed to make some repairs in the home I rent out.  They responded promptly and showed up on time to give me an estimate.  Justin and Greg are a pleasure to work with. They repaired walls  to prepare for painting, helped with a lighting fixture, put in blinds, and a new closet door and flooring for a tiny guest house.  The work was done with care and turned out wonderfully.  Their pricing is reasonable and they patiently answered all of my questions.  I definitely plan on using their services again.

I wish I could give Phil -5. I have provided him with a list of thinks that I needed to be done and he estimated less than half a day.
Because he gets paid by the hour he stretched
the time . After 7 hours he has not completed the job, he left everything claiming he needs to go to pick up someone.
He came two days after and he did more work in 2 hours than what he accomplished in 7 hours.

Watch out paying by the hour is not always a good idea, you could be taken for a ride.

I needed 2 windows repaired and some new baseboards in our master bathroom replaced. Rick was very quick to respond and was able to do our project in less than week that I originally contacted him. He was on time, very kind and professional and did an excellent job! Would definitely recommend him!

Matty replied quickly and was able to come help us repair a warped cabinet due to a leak. He was nice, and helpful. He took the time to make sure the new fixture had support and was sealed with a waterproofing material. Prior to us booking him, I checked out his numerous positive reviews on Home Advisor as well. Robert helped with replacing a broken door, frame and jamb for our storage. He was transparent and kept up with communications before the project started and was prompted in getting work done. He performed quality work. His rate was straight forward, and went the extra mile to go to the store to pick up any supplies he needed with no extra charge, he even made multiple trips because a few things came up as the project was being worked that we didn't anticipate. He will even drive you to the store to help you pick out your supplies, or you can tell him his preferences and he'll pick them up and give you a receipt for reimbursement after.

I talked to a few different handyman/contractor on Yelp before going with Toolman Taylor, simply because he seem to be more personable instead of just someone sending out generic responses to your questions.

Highly recommended and I would use him again for other projects in the future.

came on time. installed a mirror perfectly fine and installed two new doors. estimated 4-6hr job but took much longer to finish. was also with a woman that got frustrated when i requested for them to use a white paint (that we already had) that actually matched the other doors in the house. they chose to use a matte white when our other doors were all a gloss white. was supposed to come a few days later to finish the service but he never showed up or called me back. installed a door that would not shut properly and gave us a bad paint job. i would not recommend his services.

Gave a call in an plumbing emergency and got a quick response on a holiday weekend.
Doug stayed and helped me through a tough spot.

A water shut-off sprung a leak in the attic. I woke up, stepped into the hallway and SPLOOSH. We had to have part of the ceiling and wall removed and replaced. Removal was easy, but finding someone to do the replacement was not going well. General contractors are backed up due to materials shortages and they're stretched pretty thin with subcontractors too.

Chris's work is beyond what I would consider a handyman. He's more of a small jobs contractor. Chris is reliable, punctual and runs his business professionally. The price seemed very fair for the work. The insurance company didn't balk at the quote. Also he's a very laid back and friendly guy. I really enjoyed working with him.

I'm attaching before and after photos. Great job. I look forward to having Chris do some more painting and tile work for me in the Spring.

Dror is awesome!

Prior to calling Dror, I purchased a used 48" hood/vent combo and did not really know much about what I purchased.

I had a few people quote the installation of my 48" vent hood and 'chimney'. Dror had competitive pricing. On top of pricing - he was the ONLY person to bring up certain pieces of the project I did not consider. Specifically the 'chimney' and hood I purchased was too tall/long for my 8' ceilings. Dror called this out during the quoting process and mentioned he would be able to cut the chimney I provided to fit the height I requested (see the left over metal chimney on my counter).

During the install, Dror also noticed the commercial motor I provided was meant for a top of roof vent, and would not work for the side of house vent I needed - as it would have been a fire hazard due to what is behind my wall and the original motor would drawn wayy too much power from the kitchen. Dror was able to customize and use a different motor to ensure the vent would work safely and draw a standard amount of power.

I am very happy i went with Dror, as he:
-centered the vent above the oven
-ensured the vent is level
-Ran electric through the wall to hide the power cables
-Installed the vent 3' above the oven
-custom cut the 'chimney'
-patched the drywall afterwards
-Reconfigured the motor
-ensured/tested the motor/lights/vent after installation

What a great experience!  Mr. Mac came out just as he said he would and ON TIME!  He actually did more for us than we expected!  Very professional and super friendly.  He knows his stuff!  Great guy with a great attitude.  I would most definitely call him back again for another project.  Very reasonably charge as well.  My husband and I both appreciated his experience and knowledge.

My wife and I recently remodeled a house and had a number of contractors come through over the last few months. Of all of them, our experience with Handyman Xtreme was the best. The attention to detail was amazing and the process was easy. I cannot remember the name of the handyman that worked on our house, but he was respectful, clean and punctual. They replaced a wall oven, fixed window screens, re-grouted the bathrooms and more. Everything turned out perfect!

Today was the second time we called JT to come help us out. The ballast went out in the laundry room and he replaced it in a flash! We also asked him to fix the outlet above our garage door opener since it had gone out a few months ago and we have had to use an extension cord. He came back in shortly after I left and said that it worked and had no issues! We are so thrilled that we found JT as he is honest and hard working! Thanks JT!!

My front door made a hole in my wall because it was swung open too hard. The response time was super fast and they were able to come out next day! I'm extremely satisfied with my service, it looks as if nothing ever happened. :)
