They did a good job and price!
However, I asked them to send a letter to an H.O.A. stating that the tree is stable and not going to fall on the condo and they said  NO!!  WTF!  I paid $550 to trim that tree.  Not like I asked to guarantee it would never fall!!  Not happy and will never use them again!!!  I'll have to find a better tree service  to get this done now!!!

Edward helped tame a palo verde tree was was left un-kept for several years due to the fear of trimming after a previous poor prune.  With the recent storms several neighbors trees broke due to wind and limb weight.  I was nervous about trimming my great shade tree, but did not want it to also get broken.  Edward came out and explained how he was taught to trim my particular tree - pointing out the effects of the different cuts.  When he was done I was very happy with the results, and really like how the tree looks.

I had a great experience with Murphy's Trees. For the initial inspection an arborist came by to explain the various options for what could be done with my tree which did not do well with the heat this summer and provided a competitive quote (I love the bulk pickup discount). On the day of service, the team showed up on time with all the right tools for the job. I was very impressed with how skillfully and efficiently they were able to trim off the dead parts of the tree and clean up after themselves when they were done. The tree had some live branches intertwined with dead ones, as well as being in a narrow entryway surrounded by walls, windows, and bushes. None of the surrounding things were harmed during the service and I couldn't find a single cut on the live branches that had been wrapped around the dead ones which were removed. I was so happy with the job they had done that a few days later I had them do more work on the backyard for me. I highly recommend Murphy's Trees and plan to continue using them for my future tree service needs.

We recently worked with Hayward to remove a 50 foot tall eucalyptus tree from our backyard, and they were great!  The team member that did the estimate was on time and friendly, the schedulers were easy to work with (rain delayed our removal a few times, but they were in consistent contact with us to find new dates/times), and the removal crew was careful and meticulous.  We had a small issue with the giant crane compacting some of our driveway pavers (again, due to the recent rain), but Hayward had someone come out and fix the issue right away.  Hopefully, we won't be having any other trees removed soon, but if we do, I'll be calling Hayward again!

I received an unsolicited text message from Tree Pros advertising their services and requesting I contact them for more information and to set up a a time to get an estimate for any requested work.  I have never contacted Tree Pros in the past or have they ever performed services for me previously.  I texted Tree Pros back after checking recent reviews on Yelp that were less than positive regarding their customer service and their professionalism, to inform them that due to Yelp reviews, I would encourage them to address those areas of complaint before I would consider hiring them for work.  They responded that they had a 3.5 star rating with Yelp and appeared to be quite happy with mediocrity.

Friendly staff, fast response, fair pricing. Scheduling was convenient and easy, crew showed up right on time, and the quality of work was just right. Will definitely use Tree Pros in the future -- and recommend them to anyone who needs a palm tree cleaned up.

I sent out a request through Yelp for a landscaper to dig up my river rock bed in my front yard, clean it and set rocks down and add additional decorative gravel rock.
Geronimo responded the same day and I walked him through what I needed.  He told me what he believed was needed for materials and he could do the job 2-days later.  His bid was less than half of the nearest one.  HALF.  I accepted it.

He texted me the night before with his arrival time.  He and two others arrived early and continued working for hours.  Excessive heat.  They did a fabulous job!
When they finished, they cleaned up and blew all the dust off the walks.

Great job - I have lived here for 10 years and used a few services.  He has been the best.

This is my first time hiring a landscaping Company, and I'm very appreciative that it was so easy with Geronimo, especially as so many other Companies are not quick to respond to requests to quote and/or do not show up on time.

The team was responsive and did exactly what we discussed. We will be calling them again for our future landscaping plans.

We recently hired George and his team to remove two old, decaying sumac trees. We were immediately impressed with the care that George provided in detailing the scope of work, and in confirming our happiness with the completed project! George was also very honest, kind and considerate of our wishes - he provided his recommendations and was able to give us reasonable quotes in no time. We will happily be using Astonishing Landscape & Design for an upcoming project that will include installing a sprinkler system, sod installation, path pavers and more.

Joe is extremely awesome and dependable.  We have been having issues with our home in Arizona for the last few months and he always picks up the phone when we call & is out there the next day fixing the issue.

If you need some tree work done, call Joe.. Seriously!

Sergio always does an incredible job on our yard. He has helped us with a one time clean up, sprinkler issues, and ongoing maintenance-each time providing awesome service. I can't recommend his company enough!

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY.

We wrote a check to Miguel and he deposited the check for 6x the amount written. It took multiple hours on the phone with our bank to sort out this issue, along with all the bank fees we were charged as he drained our account negative. Miguel laughed on the phone and blamed the overcharge on the ATM. He offered no resolutions or apologies to over-charging us THOUSANDS of dollars and we were left hanging, dealing with the aftermath.

This business lacks integrity.

Still a great company!  I just messaged them on Sunday needing help with my sprinkler system and received a message back right away that they will be here the next morning. Quick service, very professional and knowledgeable.

Fernando and his team did a great job trimming Mesquite tree's in my backyard.  Called on a Saturday morning and he came first thing Sunday, assessed my needs gave me an estimate and came with his team to do the work Tuesday afternoon.  Quality job, and they were immaculate about cleaning up (even skimmed debris from my pool afterwards).  I couldn't even tell they were ever there except for the perfectly trimmed trees they left behind.  He also gave me lots of advice about how to care for my trees to avoid frequent trimming service.  Really nice independent company. Highly recommend.

They responded fast to my request for a estimate to clear my backyard of weeds and lay down weed preventer. Came to give a free, no pressure in person estimate. Pricing was very competitive, scheduled me for 3 days later.

They showed up on time to do the work as promised, was very detail oriented, worked hard, and did an awesome job.

I will use them again. And also recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I had a great experience with this company. Joe provided a quote immediately through yelp. It was just for the trimming of two palms,
and the quote was much more reasonable than others I have received. He sent Froylan out the same day. The trimming was completed quickly and he cleaned up after very well, even grabbing the stray fronds in the pool. Much better experience than last year when I went with a much larger and more expensive company. I will call Joe next time I have tree needs.

We hired this company after our landscaper stopped showing up. They get 3 stars because they did an excellent job when they came out to do the clean up, granted we did pay them $500

Today was the follow up to begin regular maintenance. Here is what sucked:

1. I had to contact them 4 weeks later. They did not proactively reach out to me.
2. They took a few days to respond but eventually gave me a time slot.
3. They were 2 hours late to the time slot with no communication which would not be a huge deal but considering they only accept cash I had to rush to the bank when they appeared.
4. I got told it would be $80 to maintain my yard. Then I got told $100 and today I got told $150. This is 3x higher than any other landscaper I have had.
5. I got told for the cost today it covered reseeding but it did not and when I explained that wasn't my understanding I got asked How long have you lived here, you don't reseed yourself?

Unprofessional, disrespectful, unreliable and unreasonable

These guys are great if you just need a basic trimming or removal. If you need anything else they're largely useless as they seem incapable of following simple directions.

The first time we had them out they were trimming some trees and were supposed to remove a dead one. The trees looked nice but they forgot to remove the dead one. The next time we asked them to come give us an opinion on whether one of our trees was killed by bugs or by sunburn from overtrimming (by a different company). They gave is a quote to remove the tree and nothing else. The wind a couple days ago partially knocked over one of our trees so we had them out to give us a quote on how much it would cost to save the tree. This was communicated to the office as well as in person and yet we only received a quote for removal. We'll be finding a different company with people that actually listen.
