Our windows have never looked so good. Juan even cleaned intricate glass and wrought iron doors. He has a cleaning company also. After the great job on the windows, I have scheduled house cleaning with him. Quiet, nice and on time. Add that to a great job done and I will be recommending him to all my friends.

April is great and the team did a wonderful job.  I had a deep cleaning on my bottom level and they really pay attention to detail.  I will be working this them again.  They are communicative, accommodating, friendly and cost effective.

We have gone through 3 cleaners in 3 months, not one has stood up to be anything they say. No shows to complete ghosting and flat out lying. Lauren picked us up in a pinch ( we have a STR in Prescott) she is thorough and communicative. She can seem pricey but totally worth it to get what you want. So glad we found her! Best in Prescott. Our house is always ready to go and one time. She does thorough before and after pics perfect for our situation.

Reliable, congenial, hardworking. Definitely intrinsically motivated. Finds the spots the other maids missed and gives them a real cleaning! Has helped me with various tasks around the house and takes initiative to clean things she sees when she is awaiting a new task. I was planning on hiring help as a one-time thing to prepare for a family visit, but I think she is well worth the $ (reasonable rate, too) and I will be hiring her long-term for cleaning and help around the house every 2-4 weeks now. Her schedule is pretty packed, but she is flexible.

I just had them clean my home. Not even kidding, they did an exceptional job. That same day they reported with pictures of how things looked. I really loved that. It made me feel reassured. The customer service was exceptional. Torey is the gal I worked with and she was super friendly and I felt very comfortable with her from the get go. I will be having them back and will refer them out over and over again.

I had pop-ins come to clean my house, 2 women showed up I forgot their names. It had been a month since my house was cleaned, except for bathrooms, they'd been cleaned. It took 2 of them 3+ hours to clean...my last housekeeper cleaned it by himself in 3 1/2 hours for $80, he came monthly. Our house is 2000sq ft, We have no kids, no pets and generally clean people so I was surprised at their quote which I was given over the phone before they came, it was called a "deep cleaning".
  I was told by that person that the next time they came it would be "about half the price" since it would be monthly. They forgot to dust 2 pieces of furniture, dressers and totally smeared up my patio doors, they only cleaned one set of patio doors as agreed, awful job on the patio doors, left them all smeared.
They used a damp cloth to wipe down my new flat screen tv, which is a big mistake.
 They did wipe down my window blinds and do baseboards which was agreed upon. Knowing that no one is perfect and the floors did get cleaned I didn't complain to them.
  When some unexpected  visitors wanted to come I called them back...this was 6 weeks later and my husband and I cleaned the house in between their last visit but didn't have time to do it so I called Pop-Ins to set up an appointment, which I got within a couple days. They wouldn't give me a price on the phone so when the same 2 women arrived and looked around I got the "deep cleaning" price of $240, again is ridiculous for this smaller house we have...2 ppl and it would take over 3 hours! Rip-off! I did call the company and complain and they told me, "well I don't know how dirty your house is, the price is what they say it is".
  I wanted to put up this review for others, do yourself a favor and call someone else unless you want to pad the owners pockets, or maybe the cleaners, I don't know but this was my experience.
 I couldn't believe it and we certainly turned them away!

My mom purchased a 2 hour housecleaning Groupon from them for my family to use this weekend. After some thought, I don't feel as though the house cleaning that I received was fair. In the past, other companies have been able to finish EVERY room of my house beautifully in 2 hours with 1 maid so I thought this was perfect for us.

The day before, I got a text asking what my priorities for cleaning were and that they would send 1 maid. So I replied: master bathroom, kitchen, floors, and other bathrooms. Upon arrival, there were 2 friendly maids and they explained they would only be here for 1 hour since there were 2 of them. Im thinking, well if you can clean my whole house in 1 hour then go right ahead. They finished very nicely the master bath, kitchen, and kitchen/living room floor. But because the 1 hour was up, the other 2 bathrooms, all 4 bedrooms including the master, all carpets, and the rest of the dusty surfaces were left UNTOUCHED. And some of the other things that were listed on their website that should've been done in 2 hours, were not done. So pretty much only half the house was clean and half wasn't. I've never experienced that before where a cleaning company left half the job undone. My house is clutter free, not super dirty, and we get regular cleanings so it's not hard to clean our place. I emailed for a refund or for the rest of the house to be cleaned, but have not received a response. The maids were very polite and they clean well, but I just don't believe that a company thinks it is acceptable to only clean half a house and leave the other half dirty. Will not hire this company again.
