Three Trees Service

My Palo verde trees need a good trim and doing the storm a Middle branch broke. I called the company long story short.. Mike send out a crew of 3 man .. I called them the mighty 3 what awesome work and so knowledgeable about what to do.. it was explained to me what was going to happen and what to expect.. I wish I had known this company last year.. Mike didn't over price me. I highly recommend them they are excellent.. will be using them from this day forward.  Thank you Mike God bless

Jim is a great guy!  Always answers his phone and personally does all the tree spraying.  He's been out to my house the past two years and did a great job with my olive trees.  He's very reliable and charges a fair price.  I was struggling to find a tree spaying service.  Jim answered on a weekend and got the spraying done within a week.  The following year he emailed to remind me that it was time for spraying again.  Great service - highly recommend!

Rich and his crew did a great job trimming six 40 foot Mulberry trees on my property that had been neglected for years.  They spent several long days thinning and removing dead branches and one entire tree.  They went above and beyond to remove plant debris and weeds. Prices are fair for the amount of effort they put forth. I will use them again.  Thank you!

I had the pleasure of working with Miguel this week and can't say enough good things.  He was quick to reply to my request via Yelp and was able to get the job completed much sooner than I had expected when reaching out.

Miguel and crew did great work on our backyard project. He came out right away for an estimate, listened to our ideas and gave helpful tips. He was very responsive and able to get started right away. Even though we already agreed to the work, I decided at the last minute to add a wall to separate a shared side yard from our neighbors. He was able to accommodate this request with no problem! I am having them come out for regular maintenance and will definitely use them for any future landscape projects! These guys are awesome!

We had a great experience with tree trimming. Miguel was responsive and nice during the estimate and scheduling process. The crew was on time and very efficient. They cleaned up everything! Will definitely use them again.

Sent a message to request a quote for some work. They showed up promptly enough, but when we asked for a written quote we never got one and never heard from them again.

Horrible Service!!!!
Underestimated our rock and we got left with having the yard to finish our selfs . Said they would be giving us 200 dollars back. They still have not. We have been getting a run around of excuses.  I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Rich did an awesome job with the tree stump grinding it down and pouring the tree stump killer over it.  He explained what he was going to be doing and how it worked. It's like a tree never existed there. I asked if he could provide a quote to landscape front and back yard which he did and I signed up for it. Rich will also be doing the monthly maintenance on the yard. He is a very nice guy, the job he does you can tell he luvs doing it.  Thank you Rich for an awesome job!!!

Sylvester was on top of it! Responsive and professional, both he and his crew member were then very efficient in the job. Trimmed, trimmings collected, swept up and it looks great!

Wow! Alex and his crew arrived early with pleasant smiles, worked carefully among my other plants while removing the featherbush and several other trees, meticulously cleaned up, and were all done in less than an hour!!
Then came Armando to grind the stump. Another professionally friendly young man!
Took the time to knowledgeably answer a few questions I asked and then quickly got down to business.

Got an estimate from the estimater Dan S. Was scheduled to get tree done for $2300. Waited 2 weeks and the day of apparantly the crane that wasn't even Jason's tree service llc, caught fire. Then it broke down according to the owner Jason. Then after pressing him he said no cranes would come out. Basically argued back and forth over trying to get my tree cut down before it fell and hurt someone or I got fined. Apparently this owner told me he couldnt cut the tree down because he said I bullied his estimator into a cheaper price. I told Dan S. the estimator that if he gave me a deal I would get 2 other trees trimmed up. Dan S. was the estimator that emailed me the estimate. The owner Jason wouldn't honor it and was very rude. He said he could care less and wouldnt basically honor the estimate from his employee. Then Jason called and tryed to raise the estimate another $1000. Basically the ol bait and switch. I wouldnt recommend this guy to my worst enemy. He cleary has no business running a tree cutting business or any business for that matter. His customer service skills are sub par. He is rude and also doesn't honor his estimates obviously. Then raises the price after the estimate to get you to go elsewhere cause he cant handle cutting down a big tree. Maybe thats why the estimates are free. Free numerous emails to make up numerous lies as to why he wont come cut down your tree. I definitely wouldnt use this company unless you want lies, runarounds, and epic stress because this guy makes promises he cant keep. Not at all a way to run any business. I would have given him a zero if I could.

Our trees took a real beating this summer. Rob came out immediately and let us know that they were beyond treatment. He was very informative and out of 4 bids, (And not the cheapest bid) we went with Jason's! The crew was in and out like nothing I'd ever seen, but did a very professional job and clean up was immaculate! Thanks guys!! We will forever be a referral of your great service...

do not use these people for your tree removal. the owner jason is completely rude and unprofessional. he sent his people to remove our tree and when they got here they said they couldnt remove it and jason would follow up with us. he said he would get someone out the next day and no one ever came. we tried contacting him but couldnt get through and when he finally called back he was extremeley rude and unprofessional and blamed my wife for his unprofessionalism. jason is a rude and unprofessional person and should not have a business of any kind. stay away from here much better tree removal services!!!!!

They came out and removed the trees in the little yard I have did a great job. The previous owner in stalled a sprinkler system for a patch of grass they laid down, so the ran into the pipes but got most of the stump out. Then they cleaned up thank you guys, took a while for me to find a company to come out and service me.

Disappointed! I really wanted to give a good review since they did a great job of removing two trees after a storm the night before.  I wanted them to come back out and do some more work and after having a conversation with Rob, he said needed to come back to look at my trees which I didn't understand why because this would have been his third time back out to my home.  They scheduled a time that did not work for me and didn't bother to coordinate with my time so I called him directly to tell him that time will not work.  He said he would call me back to schedule another time and I never heard back and never got a call back from the office.  Very disappointed.

They called Thursday 7-25 and changed my appointment from Thursday 7-25 to Friday 7-26 then after I sat around waiting Friday and nobody ever did show up for a estimate.

This is NOT a company or service I would recommend.  Very overpriced.  Used car salesman techniques to get you to commit.  
I had another company come over and they gave me a quote of 40% less!  
Get another quote.  Use any other company.  
You've been warned.

I wish I could give six stars I'm so glad we found this place. My husband and I bought a home last year that had 7 huge and beautiful but way overgrown eucalyptus trees, the biggest was 85' tall and was dropping branches too heavy to move which made us super nervous for roof damage or even hurting someone. We got quotes from 4 companies and had bad experiences with unreliable contact and feeling as if we were having to chase down companies to do a pretty expensive job. We called Jason's tree service and the very next day they showed up on time and gave a quote as well as providing great suggestions as to how we could help our trees grow back healthier and seemed much more knowledgeable than any other tree company while being $2000 cheaper than the next cheapest quote we got. They were able to schedule us within a week, showed up right on time and finished the job in a few hours. Our neighbor even commented on how great of a job they did tidying up her side yard. The next morning we realized that one of our sprinkler lines had cracked due to the crane needing to park on our lawn to reach a tree and although this was an understandable accident they were incredibly nice about coming out the next day and fixing it right away for us. We will definitely be using them again for regular tree trimming and it's so nice to work with someone with such good integrity and customer service.

Recently, a tall Eucalyptus tree in my yard died. It was in a hard to reach area - near a high fence and growing through thick Ficus trees, with a trellis of Bougainvillae in front of it.

I called Jason's and an estimator came out and gave me a decent estimate. A few days later, the crew arrived - on time - and less than two hours later the tree was gone. They managed to cut it down and remove it without damaging the foliage around it. All waste was cleaned up.

This was a very professional job, and I thus highly recommend them.

I HIGHLY recommend Jason's tree service! Awesome price for a huge job, they were easy to work with, and they did exactly what they promised when they promised.
I recently had Jason's tree service remove two pine trees (one that was huge), three very large ficus trees and 8 palm trees (to get ready for a construction project). I got two other bids and theirs beat the others by a significant amount. It took a ton of work to remove all those trees and dig out some stumps and grind down others but their guys did it quickly and did a great job. Both Jason, the owner, and Rob his brother were on the job and were helpful, accommodating and friendly. It is refreshing to work with a company that delivers great service for a great price.

Shout out to Jason's Tree Service. We hired them to remove a 40' acacia willow from our front yard and grind the stump this afternoon. You can't tell there had ever been a tree there. They are fast, professional, and reasonably priced licensed arborists. If you're looking for someone to do tree removal, I recommend them.

Jason's Tree Service did a wonderful job with trimming 3 of my mesquite trees. They thinned them out and cut them away from my roof. They were very professional and friendly. Also, I found their prices to be very reasonable. I was quoted by another company and Jason's Tree Services' prices were significantly cheaper. They were easy to schedule with and I felt like they really cared about whether I was happy with the end product. I will definitely be using them again!

I highly recommend this company!! We recently bought a house and had 5 palm trees we wanted removed. The crews came out and removed the palm trees and ground out the stumps for an amazing price!! The staff is friendly and was accommodating to our schedule. Should we need any more tree help we will be sure to call Jason's Tree Service!!

My wife called these guys. She was told it would be a week before they could come out. But they called and said they could fit us in early. They came out on Saturday May 5th. They told my wife the tree stumps were too tall and needed to be cut lower but that they would do it since they came out earlier than expected.  Then they told my wife they didn't have a chainsaw.(a tree service with no chainsaw?) My Wife being the kind person that she is let them use our brand new chainsaw that we had purchased on April 27th. They used our saw until they couldn't use it anymore, added some type of fuel to it that wasn't what we use, and told my wife they sharpened the chain. And then surprise they produced a chainsaw of there own, finished up and left. 3 days later I tried to use the new chainsaw and couldn't get it started. I took it where I had purchased it from because it is still under warranty.  The repair man said that the clutch had been burned up, the spark plug wire had been damaged and that the chain looked like it was from a 3 to 4 year old chainsaw. He said it would not be covered under the warranty.  With that information I contacted Rob with Jason's tree service and explained what had happened. Rob apologized and said he would take care of it and would call me in a few days. A week passed and no call, so I called Rob back. He again apologized and said he was going to take care of it bit was waiting on the person that maintains their equipment and he would call to schedule a time for him to pick up the chainsaw. Well after several other attempts and promises to me and my wife that this would be taken care of, it is now August 10th and we haven't seen nor heard from Rob or anyone else from Jason's Tree service. So we still have a chainsaw that is broken along with the broken promises from Rob. I will never use and or recommend this company again.

I couldn't be happier. From the kind person on the phone who arranged everything (Jennifer) to the men who did the work (removing a large old tree, and grinding the stump), everything went smoothly, and the results clean. Wonderful job, and I'd heartily recommend them (as Badger did to me). Thank you!

I just moved to AZ from CA. We bought a house that had over 8 fruit trees, 5 palm trees, a tall bush/tree and huge tree in the front yard. With dogs we wanted all the fruit trees and brush gone with the palms and front tree trimmed. I called Jason's Tree Service at 7:00am for a quote by 9:15 Rob was at my house and by 7am the next day they were doing the work. They were quick and excellent. I came home to see the finish work and was blown away at the amazing job they did. NO leaves or anything on the ground, trees removed and nothing but dirt in its place. They made over grown trees look brand new and alive. I would highly recommend them to anyone! We even shopped around and they were the best price with the right insurance!
