Have known the owner for a while, but this was the first time I've actually used his business for handyman services.  The project was a dishwasher installation (remove old, install new).  It was completed without a hitch!  Eddie was on time, did an excellent job, verified everything was OK, and cleaned up afterward.

I've used Qualtire in the last 20 years for everything from very small plumbing fixes to complete bathroom remodels. Never received anything but impeccable service. This week my 80 year old house needed a little piping repair. Well, it's that holiday week between Christmas and New Year's. Wasn't sure what would happen. I am so happy with my experience with Prestige Building!! As a single woman the little jobs really started to add up around my aging home. I was appalled by some of the bids I got from other companies and was disgusted by the lack of manners exhibited by men I spoke to. I had almost given up until a friend recommended Terry from Prestige. He was AMAZING and so reasonably priced. In one weekend I got all of my odds and ends handled and am getting pavers put in all for less than other bids for 1/4 of the work. Terry was honest and saved me some cash where he could and best of all, he wasn't a creep! I strongly recommend!

I found Manny through Homeadvisors.  I got a couple of estimates for what was a pretty big bathroom remodel.  The job was to expand the bathroom and tear down a wall and gut the entire existing bathroom.  The price was not the cheapest estimate I got, but I felt that he would do a good job based on interviewing him.  The entire project was done faster than he promised, stayed within budget, and Manny and his team cleaned up every day to try to reduce the impact on our home.  All of Manny's workers were pleasant, and skilled.  Most have worked with him for many years, which shows how good a company he operates.  I unequivocally recommend him for any job, big or small!

After searching many vendors for the purpose of getting new granite countertops for my kitchen and hall bathroom without finding the kind of quality stone I wanted, I found Petrus Countertops and was immediately well-impressed by the slabs at their warehouse. They hand-pick only the best granite and quartz. I was able to find exactly the kind of grey granite with white streaks that I had in mind. Compared to big box stores and chains, their granite seems more like marble, and can provide unique slabs that bigger chain stores can't. I also was very happy with the quality of the installation work, and the fact that they provide removal of old countertops, the option of adding sinks, and an in-house plumbing service to disconnect and reconnect the sinks and fixtures. If you are good with a company whose project manager of your job NEVER communicates with you unless you reach out ... if you are good with a company whose project manager didn't know the scope of the job when coming to see the site ... if not having consistent workers each day who know what was done the day before and what needs to be done that day ... if clear communication with the workers on 'who will be here tomorrow and what work will they be doing' ... if none of these things are important to you then Go To Services is the company for you!  I also had multiple emails with one of the leaders of the team at GTS who assured me that the President of the company takes these concerns seriously and that he is good on following up on things and would be in touch with me to discuss.  That was 8 weeks ago and I have never been contacted by the President of the company.  The project manager never came back to walk the job at the end to be sure that everything was done that was scoped.

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.
