Awesome service. He was prompt, courteous, and did the job quickly. Chris was extremely polite before, during and after the service, and that means a lot. The price was fair and the results were great. If my dumb dog ever tears up my carpet again, I know who I'm calling.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. This company has taken excellent care of my home and our rental properties. The dogs who lived with our last tenants ruined the carpet. Urine everywhere and even a few spots where they had clearly dug or chewed holes in the carpet. Dave came over with a blacklight and urine treated the entire house at night. His crew was then there for several hours the next day. The carpet looked and smelled new again. Thanks.

The service and professionalism that was shown John was outstanding. My tile is almost 10 years old and looked every bit of it. Today it looks brand new. I highly recommend this outstanding work.

We had Ray from Hydro-pro come out to give us a quote for water damage repair.  We were either going to pay out of pocket or go through insurance.  Ray came out on time and was friendly and knowledgeable.  Ray suggested we pay $300 for a mold inspection but we declined and asked him to include that cost as part of his quote.  A week later we contacted Ray and asked if he had a quote ready for us.  Ray called us back and left a message:  i'm not going to put my time and energy in...if you're not willing to spend the money then I won't do the report. (these are exact quotes from his voice mail).  All we were looking for was a quote or estimate range, but he refused to give one.  We contacted a couple other water damage restoration companies and neither one required us to pay anything up front for a quote.

HD Restoration is AWESOME!  The house my wife and I purchased has unfortunately had a few water leaks so I have had multiple contractors in and out of the house over the last two years.  HD Restoration is the first company I have been really impressed with.  They have been honest, on-time and looked to find ways to save me money.  Rodney is the owner and he has personally come out to my house to inspect when there was another potential water leak.  Jake and Hugo were great on the job.  Hugo actually caught a second leak which he could have covered up as it was not covered under insurance.  I would highly recommend them. The work they did at my house included a remodel of kitchen (replacing countertops, installing a vent hood, rebuilding kitchen cabinets, installing a new sink, drywall, painting, plumbing and electrical work).

I live in northern Arizona and finding advise to finish my new Saltillo tile floor was difficult for me. But Dave was great in giving me the help I needed to install my new saltilo floor with the finish I was looking for.  He took the time  to explain in detail  everything I needed to know and answered all my questions.  He told me how to keep my floors looking their best for years to come. After discovering a busted pipe which caused flooding & other damage, these guys have provided outstanding customer service & work ethic. They are extremely friendly & informative. They are thorough & clean up after themselves well. In fact, they even wipe the floors before they leave so they are cleaner now than before they came to work. While the restoration & repairs have only just begun, we are thankful to have such a phenomenal company taking care of our home. Thank you for caring for your customers!
