Used them for years and I am an out out of state Landloard but treat the rental like a home.  I feel they treat their work the same way, business but personal.  Kangaroo staff are great communicators, workers are reliable and do a good job, as well as prices are fair.  I like their email weekly reports with readings and pics.  Those pics for an of state landlord are priceless.  Thanks Kangaroo and I would recommend you to anyone.  Keep up the good work!

Refinishing a pool is a daunting and expensive process that few homeowners look forward to. After owning the home for 4 years, I learned that a build flaw with a popular defective bond beam rounded edge style that our pool was installed with never should have been used in the first place as chunks of pebbletec and large cracks started to appear. Based on the cost estimates I saw online, I spent a month interviewing pool companies and collecting quotes (accidentally became a mini expert in all things refinishing in the process!) and after 5 different company visits, I chose Shane and Cool Blue Pools. His communication, professionalism, pricing and quality far exceeded our expectations and we're thrilled to have a brand new looking pool. At first they were great. But the last two months not dependable. We found plastic bags in both filters and alot of algae because they haven't shown up for three weeks!

Highly recommend Tony and his crew! The pool looks fantastic, he was very responsive and the timing was great. Our pool was 18 years old and looked pretty bad. I had been holding off on resurfacing the pool because everyone had been telling me it would be about 10 grand. Ugh, too much money. But Tony gave me the best quote than all the other estimates I had gotten when the pool started to look too bad, and I was skeptical it would not look that great since it was quite a bit less. He promised it would look like a brand new pool. And it totally does! It seriously looks like a brand new pool and it was done exactly when he said it would be done.

Rusty and his team provided our family a beautiful outdoor living space, as well as, a beautiful front yard. The design and implementation was easy to follow.  We have an outdoor kitchen, including a pergola and turf for our pupping to run around in.  We also have beautiful landscaping, including trees, cacti, boulders, and a river rock.  They were easy to work with and followed through with everything discussed.  We recommend this team!

I purchased my home November 2021 and Sonoran newly remodeled/resurfaced the pool before I purchased it. Within a month of owning the home a pool leak was discovered coming from the pool light, and skimmer throat seal. I contacted Sonoran Water Custom Pools and Spa and was told because I am a new owner that the warranty is not transferrable. I thought to myself okay that's weird that they don't stand behind their service. So I went ahead and spent over $1000 to drain the pool and fix the leaks. Additionally it was recommended that I fix the foundation bellow my pool pump because the pump was placed over unstable ground.
Now 5 months later another water leak is discovered. This time the tile is found to be cracked leading to the pool steps. Why is the pool that is newly resurfaced already having cracks in the tile and pebble tec? Both my leak detection professional and pool maintenance person were surprised that this is happening so soon after the pool was resurfaced. The only logical answer as to why is that the pool company didn't fix all the problems under and around the pool before it was resurfaced.
I have reached out the Sonoran about these problems and haven't received a call back. If they are a reputable pool company they should care about the quality of their work and stand behind their services. I am afraid what other leaks and cracks this pool will have in the future because in less than 6 months I have had 3 sources of leaks. I do not recommend anyone uses this company until they start taking responsability for the services they provide.
