Travis and Lisa painted our home exterior and also did some interior painting. They were fast, reliable, detailed, and very reasonably priced. Good, honest people with a great work ethic. I'd recommend them without hestitation.

Have known the owner for a while, but this was the first time I've actually used his business for handyman services.  The project was a dishwasher installation (remove old, install new).  It was completed without a hitch!  Eddie was on time, did an excellent job, verified everything was OK, and cleaned up afterward.

Our bathroom was stuck in the 80s and now it's not! We are so happy and don't even think we could be happier! Qualtire came in and got rid of our big tub and everything else and put in a water closet, put in a beautiful walk in shower, new cabinets, new flooring, new paint, everything is new and beautiful and such high-quality. Thierry and his team have helped us with everything from changing lightbulbs (in vaulted ceilings and lights with uncommon bulbs), to installing a pool heater, custom building a pool fence, and fixing our outdoor electrical issues. Whenever there is a need for any handyman and building services, Prestige Building is my family's go to. They are professional, the prices are fair, and the work is done beautifully!

If you are good with a company whose project manager of your job NEVER communicates with you unless you reach out ... if you are good with a company whose project manager didn't know the scope of the job when coming to see the site ... if not having consistent workers each day who know what was done the day before and what needs to be done that day ... if clear communication with the workers on 'who will be here tomorrow and what work will they be doing' ... if none of these things are important to you then Go To Services is the company for you!  I also had multiple emails with one of the leaders of the team at GTS who assured me that the President of the company takes these concerns seriously and that he is good on following up on things and would be in touch with me to discuss.  That was 8 weeks ago and I have never been contacted by the President of the company.  The project manager never came back to walk the job at the end to be sure that everything was done that was scoped.

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.
