We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Did some drywall work. Used our garbage (and yard) to dispose of the trash. Left drywall in our side yard, front yard, all down our driveway and to the street-then stopped showing up for a week. I had to call THEM to ask what was going on 5 days later, they were aware no on was showing up but no one reached out to us because we were scrambling to find you a new contractor before we reached out. Communication and respect for my home would be great. A 2 day project had been 2 weeks and counting. Do your research everyone.
