They did an excellent job - hired them for my move out and my move in, two days in a row. So thorough and super friendly, they even helped us move a few boxes at one point!  For our jobs they had two girls and took about 3-4 hours in each house. I will hire them in the future for sure.

Jessica from Reliable Cleaners is absolutely wonderful to work with! I live out of state and she takes care of my vacation rental in Arizona and I can't express my gratitude to her and her company for being so reliable, communicative, efficient (and affordable).  Without her, the stress of turning over the rental would be overwhelming. I know that I can count on her to show up and have it ready for the next guests. I am certain that you won't be disappointed.

Can't say enough good things about Prescott. He's very professional, always kind and courteous. Does a magnificent job of cleaning my apartment every 2 weeks. He's got my more organized and I enjoy my space more. He's always open to my requests for a new task. He's even hung pictures for me. I've been his client for about 9 months and can;t imagine my life without him. He's a keeper!

Very satisfied with our deep cleaning service. The lady that came in to do the job was very nice, appropriate, professional, & asked us to check the house to make sure she didn't miss anything.
However, after she left, we noticed 1 wheel to our vacuum was off. I'm sure it was a total accident but we wish we would've been told about it, even if it wasn't the cleaner's fault. This way we could've fixed the issue. Maybe even remove vacuuming from the tasks because it made the cleaner take longer on finishing. Anyway, we called the company to notify & we found out the cleaners are supposed to bring their own vacuum, so Carole's House Cleaning discounted how much our vacuum cost from the total price. :)

I was in a time crunch and needed a space I was moving into cleaned as soon as possible. QOM was very thorough and did a great job on my apartment. When there was a part of my house that they didn't put as much focus on as I wanted, customer service sent someone out the following day (a day they are normally closed) without hesitation. The end result was great and I am very happy with my service. I'm thankful for the quick correction and the great customer service overall.

I'm happy to report that Tabitha has been cleaning my house for over a year now. Not only is she super friendly, but she's exceptional at what she does and  one of her greatest strengths is her communication !

In fact, my dog always looks forward to her visits . She leaves my house impeccably clean.

We've been using them for about 5 weeks and love them! John has been very communicative and flexible as I work from home and we have a young baby. I've also appreciated that they go the extra mile to tidy up any clutter if I cant to get to it (kids toys in the bathtub, clothes on the kids floor). They were flexible with scheduling, right on time and very understanding! Price is great and the 3 people who came in to clean were respectful, hard working and quick! I'm an out of town owner and I asked for a flat rate quote for a move-out cleaning job in short order.
Many cleaning services were reluctant to quote a flat rate, and Mayra was the most responsive and reasonable among those that quoted a flat rate, and she demonstrated a can-do attitude.

In the end she and her crew did an excellent job, and she meticulously sent me photos of before and after on the work that she did as I requested, and was kind enough to clean things that were out of the original flat rate scope, but she cleaned them anyhow seeing the dirt.  She definitely went above and beyond on the work and she left the place spotless!

Mayra did an excellent job and was responsive, professional, and dependable.  I highly recommend them for any cleaning services!

I can't recommend this crew enough! I wanted to get my mom a birthday present that would make her life easier - so I decided I would get her house cleaned. I was so impressed with the care and efficiency of this team. They were friendly, easy to work with, and did a phenomenal job. When she saw the house after they left, my mom texted me saying "I don't think the house has ever been this clean!"

I communicated with Juan and he was able to accommodate my requested day and time. He was on time and with a crew of four to expertly clean our two story home windows inside and outside along with the tracks prior to our shutter installation. We hired two maids to clean our house once a month.  Today was the first time they cleaned and we are very satisfied.  Mindy and Heather did a real good job, and we hope to have them back.

I'm not going to lie, this was an odd morning.
Confirmed cleaning details & 2-3pm time frame for today's appointment. She contacted at 7am to say that she was on the way to the house, confirmed 6-min ETA for arrival and also said "I'm here" at 7:40.
We arrived to meet her at the house for the cleaning and not only was she not there, but also sent this random picture claiming her son was in the emergency room - but the image is from July 7, 2021.
After letting her know I was confused about the pics, date and all that, she stopped responding and no further texts would go through.
Total waste of time... and I'll be honest, this mercury retrograde  is reaaaallly starting to annoy me.
