Parker's Commercial Cleaning is WONDERFUL! We called and spoke with Daniel about cleaning our office. Daniel was polite, professional and was punctual. After discussing our office cleaning needs, Daniel went above and beyond our expectations. We will continue to use Parker's Commercial Cleaning.

Paid $350 for deep clean on a home we were about to move in. Came back after the two hour service to find spider webs in plain sight, shelves either not wiped at all or given a quick once over missing the corner. Counter top was supposedly wiped but debris and dust could be felt when we ran our hand over it. The price and the fact it was a deep clean made us think they would clean the appliances but they only wiped the exterior of them. We called and were told they would come back to make it right. Did not hear back from them but at this point we are moved in and did our own cleaning. Do not recommend. Waste of money.

Nicole was totally awesome! On time and professional was just the beginning. She was terrific. When we finally got everything out of the house I realized just how much I needed help with the move-out cleaning. Nicole went back home to get her carpet cleaner/steamer and worked doubly hard to remove pet and traffic stains. That was without me telling her in the beginning that I would need carpet help. She always had a smile on her face regardless of what needed done. I wish there were more words available to tell you just how terrific she was. What she did for us was more than just a cleaning, it was well beyond. And all was accomplished for an extremely low price and done with a smile and friendly attitude. If you ever need regular cleaning, or a move-out, or move-in cleaning, Nicole at Proficiency is who to call. After I get this new house un-packed, I will be calling Proficiency for a regular clean monthly.

The Yelp reviews are accurate and this company does it right!!  Rose was prompt and quick to respond and she worked with me and my budget! I used her crew for a move-out clean of a rental I was in. They were quick and thorough and knew all the areas to focus on! My property manager even asked what company I used because they did such a great job!!  Will def use them again!

Phenomenal service and very flexible! They truly do make your house sparkle - notably the floors, windows and shower doors (hard water is GONE). I've had them over 3x now and it's consistently great. Hire them, don't hesitate.

A horrendous experience. Paid $250 for 2 women cleaning empty house for 2 hours. That's $62.5 per hour. They cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen appliances, mopped and vacuumed. No dusting of window sills or anything else. No wiping of any cabinets or draws. Only accept cash so I had to drive 10 miles to pay and reclaim my house keys. Called them based on positive yelp reviews - I think most are fake. My regular cleaning lady is about $20 an hour and has taken 6-8 hours to clean the same house.

I contacted Cornhusker Cleaning via Yelp messaging and received a response within minutes!  Since then, their communication has been consistently immediate.  When discussing my projects, Maya was very helpful and accommodating.  Within the first hour of correspondence, I was able to book them for the exact date and time frame I wanted and for a more than reasonable price.  The team showed up promptly at the scheduled time and worked diligently for HOURS.  I was extremely impressed with the outcome and would absolutely hire them again.  They were personable and did a phenomenal job!

Tabby did an amazing job with the deep cleaning service. She was patient, friendly and very thorough in her work. She spent almost half a day and did her work exceedingly well.

I own a str and Goat was cleaning for us for all of the units we have (4).   Goat's team stopped doing laundry and complained that it was someone else, however, they were the only ones doing cleaning and using laundry.  They complained about supply issues, but they were caused by the team not washing linens (no clean linens to put on beds).  Cleans were not done to checklist or completed by the scheduled time, causing refunds and bad reviews from guests.   Stained linens were put on beds.  Cleaners entered units without knocking scaring guests which is a huge issue for short term rental, and entered units before checkout without verifying the checkout.   There was always an excuse/blame it on the guest when issues were brought up.  When I raised the issues, the owner complained about the rate and said she'd come deal with the back linens, and then did not do so.  Additionally,  Alex the husband sold me some handyman services, and then didn't perform them as agreed or refund for work he didn't complete.   I was stalled on a refund to the point where I couldn't get refunded through the platform and then ghosted.  I made the error of paying in advance, something I did becasue there was a high level of trust with the owner at that time.    I literally have nothing good to say about this service/the owner and her husband.
