I've been very happy with the cleaning service from Leslie's for the last few months.  They're prompt, hard-working and they do an excellent job.   Highly recommend!

Maya and her husband were absolute joys to deal with and they assisted my move out to make it look as good, if not, better than how it was when we moved in last March. I enjoyed speaking to them and they listened intently on what needed to be focused on and took care of it. They really took their time and they are dependable and reliable. I had to leave to go run a few errands and they promptly texted me when they were about to be finished so that I could take a look at it before they left. The system they use for payment is also very efficient and you can pay them through an invoice so everything is super quick and easy. I would highly recommend them for any cleaning or organizing services that you may need! Thank you so much again and I appreciate the help. Tabby did an amazing job with the deep cleaning service. She was patient, friendly and very thorough in her work. She spent almost half a day and did her work exceedingly well.

I own a str and Goat was cleaning for us for all of the units we have (4).   Goat's team stopped doing laundry and complained that it was someone else, however, they were the only ones doing cleaning and using laundry.  They complained about supply issues, but they were caused by the team not washing linens (no clean linens to put on beds).  Cleans were not done to checklist or completed by the scheduled time, causing refunds and bad reviews from guests.   Stained linens were put on beds.  Cleaners entered units without knocking scaring guests which is a huge issue for short term rental, and entered units before checkout without verifying the checkout.   There was always an excuse/blame it on the guest when issues were brought up.  When I raised the issues, the owner complained about the rate and said she'd come deal with the back linens, and then did not do so.  Additionally,  Alex the husband sold me some handyman services, and then didn't perform them as agreed or refund for work he didn't complete.   I was stalled on a refund to the point where I couldn't get refunded through the platform and then ghosted.  I made the error of paying in advance, something I did becasue there was a high level of trust with the owner at that time.    I literally have nothing good to say about this service/the owner and her husband.
