They were good at communicating before the cleaning, showed up in time and did a great job with our condo! Even folded the paper and kitchen towels into bows which was a cute touch!
I own a str and Goat was cleaning for us for all of the units we have (4). Goat's team stopped doing laundry and complained that it was someone else, however, they were the only ones doing cleaning and using laundry. They complained about supply issues, but they were caused by the team not washing linens (no clean linens to put on beds). Cleans were not done to checklist or completed by the scheduled time, causing refunds and bad reviews from guests. They entered units without knocking scaring guests which is a huge issue for short term rental, and entered units before checkout without verifying the checkout. There was always an excuse/blame it on the guest when issues were brought up. When I raised the issues, the owner complained about the rate and said she'd come deal with the back linens, and then did not do so. Additionally, Alex the husband sold me some handyman services, and then didn't perform them as agreed or refund for work he didn't complete. I was stalled on a refund to the point where I couldn't get refunded through the platform and then ghosted. I made the error of paying in advance, something I did becasue there was a high level of trust with the owner at that time. I literally have nothing good to say about this service/the owner and her husband.
Goat owner called and offered a free full house cleaning after my review posted. I accepted, but the day before arrival a water pipe burst and I called to postpone. Response was positive, but they never called to reschedule despite two requests to do so. Nicholas takes the message but nothing results.

I was able to book a same day appointment the day before moving out of my apartment. The staff were friendly and worked really fast. The price was great. I got quotes from other companies who charged way more and had no availability. I would recommend and use this service again.
On time, courteous professional. Very nice crew. Will be using these folks every other week.
