We had 1 cleaner for 3 hours.

They did great! Took the time for the smaller details (vacuumed the couch/cute little designs in the TP and Kleenex). She went above and beyond getting calcium build up off my faucets, cleaned my oven and showed me how to get the old school burners off my 1960's stovetop!

Highly recommend!

Parker's service is so great! His work is very detailed and efficient! He makes the appointment so clean and bright! The move out cleaning is definitely recommended to everyone who needs!

This company is the best for house cleaning. We had used another cleaning service for over 2 years and over the last few months the quality had gone down dramatically especially for the price we were paying. I tried Simply Housekeeping last week for a change to compare the two. Team 7 (Gloria and Victoria) came and did a deep cleaning. They were here for almost 4 hours which tells you how much our other cleaning company wasn't getting done. It's been almost a week and house still feels amazing. I am blown away by their attention to detail and our fridge looks brand new. Since then I have cancelled the other company and signed up for bi-weekly going forward. Also, Rose and Maria in the office were great and explained all the costs up front. They even called me twice during the cleaning to make sure I was OK with them staying longer than expected. Awesome job!! I am a bit picky when it comes to having folks clean and I didn't need to worry. Melvin and Gloria are responsive , flexible and I highly recommend. Gloria and her team do an A+ job. I started off with the deep clean and today started the monthly cleanings and I feel so relieved that I don't have to try to keep up on my own!!

Saenz is the best.  We were a real problem client.   Had to change schedules and even asked for work on SuperBowl weekend.   Not a problem for Saenz.   Outstanding work.  The buyers of our home were comlpetely happy with the work.   And when additional projects pushed them two hours beyond their projected deadline, they did the work fast and hung in to finish the job despite it being our fault.  

Can't go wrong with Saenz.

Blanca is absolutely wonderful! Our family has used her for two years and she is always a joy to work with and have in our home. She takes a lot of pride in her business and will always deliver great results! My husband and I are always so excited for her cleaning days because our house looks impeccable! This company should be called domestic goddesss they have done an outstanding job cleaning my 1500 square-foot two bedroom two bath home in Mountainbrook Village, Gold Canyon. They did an outstanding job with deep cleaning my home. It has never been so clean. I have had three other services prior, and they were all lousy compared to this team. I highly, highly recommend Native Bee cleaners.
You will not be disappointed. And by the way. Their prices are very reasonable and worth every dime.

Tabby did an amazing job with the deep cleaning service. She was patient, friendly and very thorough in her work. She spent almost half a day and did her work exceedingly well.

I own a str and Goat was cleaning for us for all of the units we have (4).   Goat's team stopped doing laundry and complained that it was someone else, however, they were the only ones doing cleaning and using laundry.  They complained about supply issues, but they were caused by the team not washing linens (no clean linens to put on beds).  Cleans were not done to checklist or completed by the scheduled time, causing refunds and bad reviews from guests.   Stained linens were put on beds.  Cleaners entered units without knocking scaring guests which is a huge issue for short term rental, and entered units before checkout without verifying the checkout.   There was always an excuse/blame it on the guest when issues were brought up.  When I raised the issues, the owner complained about the rate and said she'd come deal with the back linens, and then did not do so.  Additionally,  Alex the husband sold me some handyman services, and then didn't perform them as agreed or refund for work he didn't complete.   I was stalled on a refund to the point where I couldn't get refunded through the platform and then ghosted.  I made the error of paying in advance, something I did becasue there was a high level of trust with the owner at that time.    I literally have nothing good to say about this service/the owner and her husband.

they ripped me off $120
