Best Odor Removal in Phoenix AZ

I highly recommend Carpets of Arizona.  The team at Carpets of Arizona was extremely courteous and professional.  Overall, my experience with Carpets of Arizona exceeded my expectations.  There is not enough positive feedback that I can provide regarding Carpets of Arizona and its amazing team.

The first "crew" to come out was one man subcontracted to hang the drywall. As you can see in n the photos, large oblong cuts were made for plugs, the shut-off valve for the water supply for the fridge was covered, broken drywall, torn drywall and drywall kicked into place. Jennifer and Michelle came out after I took the key out of their lockbox and complained about the work. I was told I would be happy and they would get a new crew in. The second crew did all the mudding on Tuesday broken drywall, sealed my Ethernet connection in the wall destroyed my vanity light and the list goes on. Oh they also unplugged my drop in freezer and all the food spoiled. When contacted about this, I got radio silence. The next response I got was when I emailed in question to whether permits had ever been filed and asking g for them to stop work until I knew if they had permits. Jennifer responded threatening that if I went to get permits I would have to bring the entire house  up to new electrical standards, and tear out the walls. That's fine there are more waves in my walls than in the Atlantic ocean anyway. If you want your home to look like a mirror funhouse go with these guys. Being told how I should feel better and being dismissed for my concerns and doing fast sloppy work is just sub par business ethics. Threatening a homeowner with even more of a financial loss because you cut corners and didn't apply for work permits is unethical.

Rob is a professional and went above and beyond for us. He understands different kinds of carpets and did a beautiful job. We are planning to hire him to clean our tile/grout. We highly recommend I Clean Carpets!

I work as a property manager and have had many jobs that needed remediation and repairs from water damage.  Zona Restoration has blown any restoration company out of the water! Daniel Briggs who was our project manager handled the details from working with tenants, insurance and the owner, answering many questions from owners, his responses were also detailed and not just one liners.   Amazing team ! That handled the work from start to finish.  I am recommending them to the other managers in our office.  Thank you Zona for taking care of the tenants, owners, and me.  You all are the BEST!!

First, let me say that he came out and did an estimate right away and seemed incredibly knowledgeable. I was so excited to hire this company to remodel the kitchen in my mother-in-law suite. Unfortunately it took two weeks to get the initial estimate rather than getting it by the end of that first week as he had stated. Then the estimate was missing some major components... The install of a gas stove and stainless hood (and that's really a BIG part of this project).
When I emailed him about this, a week later I still had not heard back with an updated estimate so I emailed him yet again and left a voicemail. His response was that he thought the vendor would install yet he and I had very clearly discussed that Dynamite would do the installation. Bottom line is that he added another $250 to the estimate and still didn't give me any info on his availability (which I asked for a few different times). As much as I would love to hire this company because I really genuinely think he knows what he's talking about and the price is reasonable, I think he is just far too busy and may not do a good job on my project because he didn't care enough to get me the estimate when he said he would, missed major components on the estimate, didn't  respond to my email for over a week, and he also didn't  answer his phone or return my call. I know my project might not be as big or important as his other projects, but it is very important to me and I would have been happy to schedule this several months out if needed. I just want a company that I can count on to pay attention to detail and communicate in a timely manner. Very disappointed this didn't work out.

I bought a sectional sofa from a consignment store. It is a high end sofa but was very dirty. I was able to make an appointment in a very reasonable period of time and Starr Cleaning did a great job. It turned out that there were a couple of spots still on the arms. They came back right away and now the sofa is magnificent. I will definitely use them again!
