The customer service is beyond exceptional and the quality of the work is too! All who we interacted with were awesome, but Efrain and Tim deserve an extra shout-out! They were 100 percent committed to being sure we were satisfied and went out of their way to problem solve with us when the initial grout cleaning did not produce the results we were hoping for. Sorry this did not work out. They could not find a flexible grout with the right color (though another company found it, and I found it at Lowe's!) and left me in the lurch, pulling out right before we were about to make final arrangements.

Metro Concrete installed a complete front patio and overlay on my front driveway.  They were on time and on schedule for every appointment, and the job was done in a timely manner.   I am so happy with the finished product.  Thank you for all your help, making my front yard look amazing.  I will recommend them to everyone.

MacKenzie, Griffith and Brian polished our floors like they were in their own house, they taped cabinets and appliances to off to avoid overspray, moved furniture with a smile, and paid meticulous attention to detail during the entire process. As for the floors....WOW!! We can't stop talking about how our floors look better than new, they brought out a shine that I would never believe was possible without seeing it first hand! We opted to have the grout hand painted to compliment the shine, despite not being planned MacKenzie made a few calls and flipped her schedule to accommodate us! My original coating on my garage floor was an Epoxy.  I was put in touch with the Garage Cave.  Char came to my house, evaluated the job and gave me an estimate.  Char explained what would be required to grind off the old scratched epoxy and use their product, FLEXMAR.  Char explained the difference between the two products and application.  On the scheduled day her crew showed up on time eager to get hate job completed.  I was amazed at the professionalism, quality of work and the finished project.  I don't have the words to describe how good of a job they did.  They showed up on time, prepped the floor, protected my garage walls, grinned the old worn out epoxy off, and completed the job.  I am so Happy.

About two weeks ago, we started looking for a company that could "seal" outdoor travertine tiles.  Ours were installed beautifully around our pool, patio, walkway, edges of the driveway and front entry.  It was less than a year old and in great condition, but we wanted it to stay that way.  After an extensive search, we came up with three names - one was a national company that dispatched its crews out of Florida, two were local.  We ended up speaking with only two - the third couldn't get us a quote for several weeks.  The first thing we learned was "you don't want to just 'seal' travertine."  There's a process by which they fill in the naturally porous stone with a fine sand, then go through several other steps to get to the final reveal - a stunning look that brings out all the beautiful colors of the stone.  We told the two with whom we spoke that we especially liked the look of our travertine when it was wet, and both companies said that's the look we'd get.  While we believed both would have done a fine job, we felt most comfortable with Rob - an easy to talk with straight shooter.  He came out a week later with his son, Nick, and helper, George.  They completed the job in one day, and it came out exactly as expected.  Bravo!
