Rob is the best! My carpets are old and had not been cleaned in a long time. We have a dog who would steal food and eat under the table which left a lot of black stains. Made an appointment for the same week and he showed up exactly on time and gave me the best quote versus other tile cleaners. He started work after making sure the floor was ready to clean. His work was efficient and my tile looked amazing when he was finished. When the bill came, I wrote the check higher than the bill in error.
