These guys are the real deal! A/C started blowing warm air and they came out within an hour on a Saturday! They were already here by the time Goettl even called back to schedule an appointment. Todd Crawford was the most punctual and personable person. He made sure to educate us on the repair he would do. Pricing and customer service was great. I wanted to give a huge kudos to Brittany for her customer service! She was extremely pleasant and understanding. Secondly, I want to thank Chris the service tech for being amazing. The customer service and the whole experience with this company was amazing. I won't use anyone else but this company. We had an after hours issue and they didn't charge overtime rates as a lot of other companies do. I will not use any A/C company but this one! Huge kudos! Thank you

Bought a brand new home 2 years ago has two AC units installed by Chas Roberts and we have had nothing but issues with them. We have replaced 2 blower motors, have had Freon leaks, and now another motor for something else today. The kicker is....... they replace the parts through warranty but you end up paying over $200 for labor. Labor for brand NEW units. They tell us make sure you clean your air ducts, run the fan on auto, clean the traps etc do it all and still problems. Leaving me with the conclusion that they buy their products through a faulty distributor. Do NOT use this company. Run as far as you can. They use cheap, broke down, refurbished parts to continue to have to come back and make another sale
*UPDATE: I have never refused any kind of repair on my unit that wouldn't even make sense as I live in a state where I need air conditioning. Secondly we did refuse a repair plan because we are choosing to take our business elsewhere. I must add I don't care if the warranty covered parts or not if your parts weren't faulty I wouldn't need to be paying for your labor every 6-8 months. Also I think as a business owner it's important to teach your employees to clean the surrounding area they did work in, and to be professional enough to tell the homeowner if something happens. Your rep was at my house yesterday replacing the damper motor and got fiber glass all over my husband's expensive shirts. Attached is a picture of a Versace shirt that has particles of attic all over it. Like I said run as far away from this company as you can
