Alex and his crew did 2 bathrooms for us.  Main and Master.  Both turned out just beautiful (IMHO).  Alex communicated with me promptly throughout the entire process.  He showed up when he said he was going to and worked hard to get the job completed as promised.  I would recommend him and his crew to anyone!

My husband and I are so impressed with the service at All Pro Floors.  We discussed replacing the carpet in our all of the bedrooms in our house with laminate.  We had Rustin come out and less than a week later, we had an estimate and the project is complete.  They were so accommodating with my schedule and even sent out an "extra" guy to work on less than 24hrs notice to be able to complete the project all in one day instead of 2.  The installers that came were very professional and personable.  We love our new floors and could not have asked for better installation and customer service!  Thanks All Pro Floors Crew! We contacted Adis with Premier Concrete Resurfacing last October to have our concrete slab ground and leveled prior to installing large format porcelain tiles in several areas throughout our home.  Adis did a terrific job with our slab.  After he finished grinding our slab, the large tiles went in very flat.  Nine months later and we are very happy with the end result.

Adis was very careful to keep the dust either contained or routed outside our home.  However, when cleaning up after grinding for 18 hours, Adis' crew spilled concrete dust on our walkway,  We were a little concerned because water alone didn't appear to be able to remove the concrete dust from our dark pavers.  Adis assured us it could be removed and, true to his word, he returned the next day with a stiff scrubbing broom and some soap and personally scrubbed our walkway pavers clean.   We were so impressed with Adis' work as well as his work ethic and honesty.  

If I ever have a flooring issue I would definitely contact Adis first.  And I can confidently recommend PCR for demo, "dustless grinding", baseboard, and/or tile and natural wood flooring installation.

What an outstanding job they did to install hardwood flooring in our four bedrooms. They started early in the day and were always punctual. I can't say enough of their workmanship. Our floors turned out perfectly with absolutely no flaws. Let me repeat, no flaws. I highly recommend this firm for anyone who is in the need of new hardwood floors.

If you are putting in wood floors, this is the place.  They are very knowledgeable and have awesome customer service.  I purchased flooring from them but used my contractor for installation.  That was a mistake!  We had some issues after the installation with hollow spots. The contractor send someone out to fix it and he made it worse.  After 3 days of work and their "fix", I had a raised piece of wood in the middle of the floor, staples in the floor and hollow spots. I called Brian for advice and while he didn't do the install, he sent someone out to give me a plan on how to fix.  
I worked it out with my contractor and Brian's team repaired my floor in about 4 hours.  
I can't recommend this company enough.  I would give them a 10!

These guys are top-notch. After getting quotes from several different companies the customer service was really what won me over. It was so refreshing to feel like someone actually cared.

We had some 10+ year-old oak floors that were in pretty rough shape. Royal Wood Flooring sanded, refinished and restained them for us. The floors look BRAND NEW. The team was very professional, timely, quick, and Vinny was a joy to work with.

I found these guys as they were doing a job across the street from my house. I trust my neighbors and if they chose someone for their home I feel comfortable giving them a shot. The owner of the company came over to take a look at our hardwood floor (kitchen, dining area) which was probably 30 years old and may have been recoated once in that time. Needless to say, it was not looking very good. He quoted me a price which I accepted and he came to work two weeks later. It took him two full days and upon completion it was like we had brand new floors put in. My wife stays at home with our babies and they took great care to keep everything clean and enclosed as to not impact the rest of the home in any way. There was one minor item that when I flagged the guys came right back over and fixed it completely without any questions whatsoever. I would highly recommend these guys as their pricing is good and the work is great. Only issue is they are busy so don't expect them to be able to come out the next week. I have an after picture, but unfortunately I forgot to take a before picture which showed a very dramatic transition.

Olympic Harwood Flooring has exceeding my expectations. The owner Rafal is friendly and very helpful. He came out to measure our space and provided us a quote within 24hrs. Our hardwood floors were installed on time they even finished the job early. His crew showed up on time every day which was amazing! I am so thankful for their hard work and their awesome product. I have already referred multiple friends and family members. Thankyou!!!

WOMEN BEWARE

Do not book services through them. At first, this family business seemed like a great option for me, as I needed to use my vinyl for them to repair and redo my stairs. As a first time homebuyer, I was lost and really needed guidance about what to do.

1. The stairs originally had carpeting with a skirt. Where the skirt was, the drywall was damaged from pulling the carpet off. They told me to replace drywall and THEN they would do stairs. I did that for $500 and then when they finished the stairs, they left the drywall completely damaged again (see pic) the risers were also left completely unpainted, saying they don't do drywall or painting. I ended up paying $470 more again after the project was complete to finish paint and drywall. I later learned that a stair skirt would've solved my issues. I was never offered that and now it's too late. Why was the job not finished??? Why wasn't I given my options of a stair skirt?
2. My initial project start date was pushed out over two weeks because the installer had a family thing. When they gave me notice, it was for the next day at 7am. I WFH and had to move a lot of meetings (which is okay! I would rather get this project done). Well at 12pm I had an important meeting that could not be moved, I asked the installers to take a 1/2 hour break. I got a scathing email from Marilyn basically saying "you don't tell our workers to stop working!" -- how do you let your installers work partially outside in AZ without a break....
3. I had to bring my own materials to their office (40 min away) and had to get things measured 2x. I also ordered a doorway reducer which was completely left off the project and never made. When I asked about it, they made me try and measure the doorway and bring them materials--isn't that a contractors job? How am I supposed to measure the height of tile vs vinyl in a doorway (which is millimeters) isn't this part of the service?
4. Installers were not made aware of a specific area to do, so when I said "yes that part is included" I got yet another scathing email from Michael / Marilyn saying that I was telling the installers to do extra work. They clearly have communication issues.
5. When installers came back to redo some vinyl that was lifting, they tried to guilt trip me, saying "we did this area and didn't know we were not supposed to do it so we never got paid" -- sounds like their employers problem.
6. When I tried to get them to come back and fix that spot, Michael called me and absolutely BERATED me on the phone. I'm not kidding-- my whole family witnessed it. He yelled at me saying I was trying to cheat them out of the project. What I was simply trying to say (and could not get out because the owner Michael was literally SCREAMING at me. ) was that I was not going to pay until they came back and made a reducer and fixed the lifting vinyl. They wanted me to again run the materials up and measure myself for their communication lapse (I have emails to prove I included a reducer). He stated he would send his lawyer after me if I didn't pay ASAP --again project was not complete.

To the installers: please create your own business on Thumbtack so you don't have to work for this company. You work hard and seem to not be treated as well as you could.

Overall, if you are a women or someone who does not know a lot about Millworking, please please look to book elsewhere. I am traumatized from Michael screaming at me and the communication between multiple family members and installers for this project was an absolute mess. I ended up letting them know that I could only email from them on. STAY AWAY!!!!! Get everything in writing!!!!!

We just completed recarpeting 2000+ sq ft of our home with Shaw carpet and padding provided through the friendly staff at Custom Floor Covering. The installation team was exceptional! They took their time and methodically moved some pretty large pieces of furniture out of the rooms, ripped up the old carpet and pad, cleaned up, laid down the new carpeting and moved the furniture back. 6 bedrooms, family, living, dining and complex hall area was all handled very smoothly.
The attention to detail was very good. The quote by our sales rep Doug LaRue included planning carpet nap direction and overcomming unnecessary carpet seams we were having problems with as part of taking the measurements.  With all that, the pricing was competitive or significantly better than the other quotes we received for the identical carpeting and padding.
