Needed one room of carpet done that was previously destroyed by my dog... messaged a lot of places. Jerry wrote me back immediately and gave me a FANTASTIC deal. He was so nice in making sure I was taken care of. This morning when I went to pick it up it was just a bit too short for my room but they gave me another option at a great deal as well. Everyone was friendly and helpful in getting me taken care of even though I wasn't making a huge financial purchase! I will definitely be calling them when it's time to upgrade my house. Excellent customer service!  It was time to replace the carpet, so I asked my handyman if he knew of a good company.  He referred me to Gary at Bentley flooring, and ai can say they were so easy to deal with.  He came out to measure, and I picked out the carpet I wanted. A couple days later, I received a proposal.  Within the week, he sent out a couple of workers.  We really got lucky!  Gary sent out a father and son team.  They were prompt and so very nice.  They completed the entire job in just about three hours.  Yes, furniture moved in and out.  Carpet and pad removed, and freshly vacuumed carpet so quickly.  They were very professional.  Will definitely refer this company to anyone looking to have flooring work done.

If you need new flooring you've got to go here. They have a large selection to look through. Doug and Andy will do everything they can to ensure customer service and satisfaction. I've been so impressed with the friendly and professional service. I had bids from all sorts of places, and as soon as Doug started to talk about carpet, I immediately knew this guy was well educated and passionate about flooring. He conveys his knowledge in a way that makes sense and helps the customer make choices that fit their needs and wants. I've learned that the flooring business is competitive, you can buy cheap from big box retailers who care little about you, you can buy expensive from places trying to run up their profits, or you can purchase smart and between the two from Doug and Andy and walk away feeling you did it right. You can't go wrong with these guys, and if a mistake happens, I bet they will go above and beyond to make it right.

I was out looking for a new Yelp adventure in Surprise. Something new I had never noticed before. I found Henley Floor and Home Pros.

Whaaat? We have been looking for flooring everywhere across town and  there was a flooring business right here in the City of Surprise! I took a peek at their showroom really fast. So many options! We were looking into luxury vinyl and tiles that look like wood. Something low maintenance! I can't wait!

We plan on installing ourselves. The gal in the store was super friendly and answered all of my questions. They even offer cabinetry! We are busy this holiday weekend but have a date planned for this week. I can't wait!
