I called after hours today and the owner called me back , first time I called my client bought a home with a gate that was installed almost 2 years ago a slat was broken (please see attached photo) owner actually gifted my client the slat ! Super super nice guy ! I will definitely use them in the future !

Super responsive and awesome work. Called Ron on Monday gates installed and done before noon Wednesday. Gates look great and seem heavy duty. I would absolutely recommend Ron, he's friendly and fast. Truly WOW!  What a beautiful door.  I was originally hesitant about spending the extra money versus a cheap Home Depot solution but I'm so glad I invested in a quality door.  My door at my old house allowed bugs to crawl underneath but this door is sealed bug tight even at the bottom.  Words can't do it justice you need to give these guys a call from the initial sales call with Mike to the install everything was superb!

A swivel base for one of our nice patio chairs had a broken weld, and the good Doctor did a nice job cleaning up the surface and laying down a nice clean weld for a reasonable price..  The chair is solid again and I didn't have to purchase a replacement base.  Really friendly shop too.

I am above and beyond impressed with this company! We have been a repeat costumer but I had no idea that the doors could get any better. The service was also amazing. Shawn Frazee was the sales rep that came out to meet us. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and diligent. The installation process was also very top notch. Matt Bennett came out to install three doors. Got our front court yard door and they did a awesome job!! Nice people came out in under a week after we called them. Installer was done in under one hour. Reasonable price !!!

After my first discussion I came to the conclusion they are not trustworthy. More so as the discussion continued, it became clear to me that their intentions were not going to work with what I wanted in a metal courtyard gate. We concluded the discussion. The conclusion was, best that we not do business together since I didn't trust them.

In my experience, it's a waste off time to schedule an appointment with First Impression Ironworks. My First Impression was a BIG BAD Impression.

I first came across SDGF on Thumbtack when I needed a new garage key pad installed. Last summer my garage opener was malfunctioning and since Frank was so helpful the first time, I called them back again for my opener repair. I had another issue just recently with my garage springs and he came to fix it the same day with the appropriate parts on hand. My fiancée and I decided to use USA Fence when other fencing companies didn't show up to scheduled appointment at our house.
USA fencing was affordable and came out the next day after calling. They did the fencing in a quick couple of hours and it looks perfect! Would highly recommend to anyone looking in the North Phoenix area.
