Alex and his brother helped me with a railing for an outdoor staircase and ledge. He let me know when we started working together that he was really busy but they seemed like one of the best so I was determined to work with them. Even though it took much longer than I would have liked I was amazed with how it turned out. They achieved exactly the look I was going for and the install was a simple one day project. No fuss. I would recommend them to anyone.

As an update to previous review, I called for a warranted issue (lock didn't seem to be working the way I expected).  Natalie called the day before the appointment, concerned about my previous 3 star rating, asking how they could improve.  I outlined by appointment setting issue, and her response was that people were complaining if they set a time and didn't make that timeframe (call and advise of delay?).  She also told me for my door installation and this lock maintenance, I didn't need to be home.  Would have solved a lot of consternation if I had been told that initially, but the appointment setter for the original installation never mentioned this to me.

So we set a window of 8:30 to 11:30 the next morning for my lock issue.  Tech showed up at 9:45 AM.  Good deal.  Very happy over all, but can't get all the way past the initial install appointment issue.

Our house has a nice entry space that is covered before you enter through the front door. We wanted to have a screen door placed on the front opening so that we could leave the front door open and still have security and safety. First Impressions was listed in a home mailer we received. Chris came out and showed us door options and went over the entire process of how the door is built and installed. We were hesitant about which color we wanted until we decided on the color for the house. Chris came out another time to go over colors with us after we decided on the house color. Next the framer came out, removed our old gate and welded a frame for the new gate. An independent contractor was sent out to install the finished product. Sadly the gate was welded backwards and did not fit. First Impressions rebuilt the frame and screen vs altering the original frame. The install was smooth though. The independent contractor ensured no gaps and that the gate fit properly so it can be used as a screen door as well. One thing I noticed that was not the independent contractors issue is that at the top left where the gate closes the door is not flush. That however is not due to installation. Overall we are pleased with the door. I was not thrilled with the customer service when I called to discuss the improper fit of the door due to them incorrectly making it and also the top of the door not being flush. The sales rep Chris and the independent installer were wonderful to work with.

I am above and beyond impressed with this company! We have been a repeat costumer but I had no idea that the doors could get any better. The service was also amazing. Shawn Frazee was the sales rep that came out to meet us. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and diligent. The installation process was also very top notch. Matt Bennett came out to install three doors. He was professional, kind, and respectful. The doors were installed perfectly and they look incredible! I would highly recommend this company. Thank you for such a great experience!!!

We LOVED the pool fence company when they did our pool fence and front courtyard gates back in 2010.  They had fab customer service, gave us a great price, rushed our order so we didn't have a toddler running around w/o a fence  They also color matched our fence to our pool deck paint, fixed our RV gate while they were here, custom built a part of the pool fence that they noticed was a hazard, and came back the following week to touch up.  Then, a few summers ago, when we found these metal rebar poles in the backyard, behind some trees, I called them to remove them, as well.  They charged us $10/pole and fixed that for us as well, even though it really isn't their job.
 Then, last summer, the latch on our RV gate broke in a major monsoon.  So, we called them again.  They came to the house and fixed the latch the next day.  I didn't even need to be home... just came back from work and it was fixed perfectly.  We have recommended Custom Fence to several friends and all have been happy with the work.  Fabulous company!

Would you just look at how beautiful this gate is??  I highly recommend  JM Custom Ironworks, they are professional, communicative and the price & quality are outstanding. My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner

Arizona Ironworks has been a nightmare to deal with. They replaced the gates at my house. Not happy but the real issue is the lack of communication and poor workmanship. When they installed the gate to the park at my home they secured the bottom of the gate to the left by adding in a metal plate to secure the fence where the gate was. I asked them if they can secure the rest 10 posts of the fence. They sent me an invoice number 202412 for 608.06 on 8/7/22 he send email asking to fix posts on back fence. At end of job I paid it as they said they could secure 6 of the 10 posts and 4 were good. They did not do an adequate job and I called the next day asking them if they actually did the work? They said they did and I paid that invoice when I paid all the rest of the invoices. Then after multiple calls and an email on 9/6/22 to Tyler Arnouldsen and finally an email back from him. He told me they could NOT secure the fence the 6 posts so I requested my money back for that additional work in amount of 608.06 with no response. I've reached out 3 times. No response. He said the owner BRENT came out but he didn't call me either. I asked them via email on 9/6 to please refund it since they can't fix it. NO answer No response. They kept my money and won't refund it for work they didn't do adequately.
