Ace Fence installed our pool barrier. They did a superb job! The quality of installation and materials is top notch!

I called for an estimate and they were able to come out the next day to measure everything. I was on a tight schedule and needed the fence posts installed in the next couple of days since my decking was scheduled in 3 days. Ace Fence was able to come later that same day and install the posts, then came back in a couple of days after the decking to finish installing the panels.

I'm very happy with the outcome it looks really nice and feels solid and sturdy. I would highly recommend this company and their products.

We cannot rave enough about Gate Repairs and Mobile Welding! They were not able to order the slats in our original size so instead they improvised and had to strip our gate frame down to a blank square and removed all of the vertical frame bars just to make the smaller slats/panels fit. They welded new support frames horizontally across the gate, repainted our old hinges and frame and even relocated the latch and lock for a smoother fit. On top of that, they helped clean up and remove yard debris which prevented me from opening the gate fully. Adam and Michael were so kind, caring and very talented and they obviously take pride in their work. The cost was very reasonable considering the extra labor involved. It's hard to find decent, honest, trustworthy and fair contractors these days! And they also guarantee their workmanship for a year. If you are in need of a new gate or a refurbish, give them a call you won't be disappointed, highly recommend! We chose composite cedarwood for the win since there is no maintenance and the composite should last a lifetime. I never thought I would be so excited about our new gate. Thank you Gate Repairs and Mobile Welding for doing such a fantastic job!

The wrought iron fence that we had installed was done well. However, the painting of it was not. I am doing my 2nd major touch-up in less than 2 years since it was installed in May of 2018. They also came back once to touch it up after 10 months of installation, which makes 3 times. However, there is only a one year guarantee. I am going to have to have the fence completely repainted in the near future and it is not a small fence. Buyer beware.

What a fabulous experience.  Kevin came and gave me a quote, no pressure, just a great salesman.  When I finally de died to move forward, he came back, at my request so that I could check once more if I made the correct choice.  Today, Richard came out, called first with time frame and then right before arriving g, just as I had requested.  He was detail oriented, took his time and did a wonderful install.  Needless to say, the opening wasn't even and it took time and patience and he did it to perfection.  Great experience and I would highly recommend Kevin and Richard who represent First Impression ironworks.

We needed to get a fence installed since we are going to start having children around the house, we are foster parents. I probably had about four different companies come in and gave me an estimate. We decided on Pool Barriers of AZ based on the Life Saver fence. I did not want a iron rod fence, I wanted to be able to remove the fence myself if we no longer needed the fence. I was original worried how this fence was going to look? However after it was installed, it looks great! Now the only reason why they did not received a five star rating, I had to call them back to look at a cut on one of the panels, and a couple of holes on another panel. They sent someone over right away to replace the cut panel. We are very happy with the service from Pool Barriers, very happy with the product. We had the house painted and I already had to remove the fence. It was very easy to remove and re-install. We have had a very positive experience with Pool Barriers.

The salesman disappeared after closing the deal and handed us off to production. Everything seemed to be going well until they failed to show up to install the door on the day it was scheduled. After some negotiation they agreed to send the installer back first thing the next morning. The door he brought was missing a wreath hook that was on the original order but we elected to overlook it. He installed the door but left a mess behind. He could not rekey the locks to match our house key so we had to schedule yet another appointment and wait through a 4 hour window for them to arrive (even the cable company gives 2 hour windows...). On the third trip the tech arrived and installed incorrect door hardware (it was supposed to be upgraded hardware with a rubbed oil finish). When I contacted the service manager she tried to tell me I must not know the difference between cheap painted hardware and the oil rubbed hardware we ordered. I demanded that it be replaced and she finally relented. On the 4th appointment the installation was finally completed. I tried on 2 occasions to contact Tim Bartholomew, the owner, to express my discontent. He never returned a call.

We made the mistake of paying in advance since the company seemed reputable. DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE YOURSELF! if you choose to deal with this company make sure you hold back some money to retain leverage. It may keep you from getting the same poor service we received. While I am satisfied with the finished product I would not recommend the company.
