I first came across SDGF on Thumbtack when I needed a new garage key pad installed. Last summer my garage opener was malfunctioning and since Frank was so helpful the first time, I called them back again for my opener repair. I had another issue just recently with my garage springs and he came to fix it the same day with the appropriate parts on hand. SDGF's customer service, punctuality and reliability is above all the rest. Highly recommend!

Jason came out to my house, fixed the gate, installed a couple of stops to prevent the gates from opening in the wrong direction as promised.

We he arrived, we noticed the wall the gate was attached to, was separating from the house, he was able to straighten out the wall and installed a bracket to the wall and the house.

Everything is working great again.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Alpha again if needed.

Just had the springs on my garage door replaced as one snapped.  I called 6 or 7 places and they had the best price plus a Yelp discount on top of it.  They also have  the longest warranty I came across (lifetime parts, 3 years labor).  They were able to provide same day service and were polite and professional throughout the whole process.

I have had both my garage door motors replaced as well as the door gaskets by Grease Monkey. These guys are great. Prompt, professional and responsive. I had one service call on the equipment installed. Same excellent customer experience. I wish all the contractors I have dealt with were this good.

I sent photos to Joshua to see if he could repair a broken weld joint on my fence.  He stated that would not be a problem.  He attempted to weld the fence on October 5, 2020.  The weld joints failed that day when I returned home.  He already collected $175.00 dollars for the job.  I called him immediately and notified him that joint failed that he needed to correct the problem.  He agreed that he would come back on October 7, 2020 to repair the weld joint.   His second attempt also failed.  The pictures indicate his 1st and 2nd attempt to repair the weld joint.

He left the job site without contacting me telling me and telling me that he was not able to correct the problem.  I spent two days trying to reach him and he stated that I friend would repair the fence for him since he was working in the area.  His friend never contacted me.  Joshua also stated that his other machine to repair the fence was at another job site.  This statement turned out not to be true.  He did not have another machine.  In addition, he stated that the machine that he used was too small to do the job.  As a professional who does this a living you would think he should have known this prior to accepting the job.

Joshua never returned my phone calls or text.  I gave him an option to refund my money of $175.00 dollars or take a bad review on Yelp.  He chooses to take the money and the bad review.  He did honor his word or the warranty that he committed to.  I would not recommend them.

I called 8 different places and no one answered. The debit was a Sunday so I let that go a bit !
But these guys answered and responded immediately.
The price was fair and the job was done quickly and correctly.!
