We used IMS to add decorative iron gates to the front courtyard of new home. We got a couple of quotes, but IMS was more competitive.  They were completed and installed just as estimated. The finished product is beautiful!  The gates really add elegance and character to the front of our home. Alex was super nice and very professional. We are very impressed with the quality of the gates and their installation. Highly recommend.

WOW!!!  I had a custom gate built for my new home from a different company and it has been wrong since day one, I had to constantly adjust the hinges.  Finally the weld stopping the gate from opening inward completely broke off, I wanted it fixed right so I did not call the company that built it 2 years ago.  Here is where I found Sebastian at Gates the Right Way.  He was responsive, kept in touch fast, reasonably priced (actually cheap but I don't want to tell him that :=)) and fixed the problem fast and right.   The gate has NEVER operated as well as it does now! I will never call another company for any gate needs.

Our gate is very solid and beautiful. He paid attention to detail, and did not leave until we were sure every keypad work properly, along with the wifi controllers.  Then they carted away our old, ugly gate, and we were left with the beautiful finished product for our home.  They even included a free magnetic locking system!

Recently widen our RV gate and Ron followed up when he said he would and got the stucco guy to come out (even though it was a new contractor for him) when planned and he did a great job on the stucco.  The gate looks great and Ron's pricing was very fair.

We just got our new RV 10 ft wide gate installed yesterday July 14th and could not be more pleased ! From my initial contact for a quote the staff was awesome to work with,  they came out exactly  when they said. Salesman  Mike who provided the estimate  was professional  and not pushy but the quality  of  product sales itself. They provided  drawings and samples for HOA approval. They also provided  a temporary gate after removal of existing  gate.  The customer  service  throughout  the process including  accomodating us with working around pool construction was impeccable. The craftsmanship  of our gate and the installation  of it was 100 % the definition  of perfection!  I highly and sincerely  recommend Steel  Creations  & Fabrication.

Like most home owners I had a vison of what I wanted done at my home but did not know how or where to begin. I came across Gabe Castle, owner of Sacred Steel AZ's work on Offer Up and was intrigued by the many unique projects Gabe completed. Gabe's labor cost was fair in relation to the type of work he performed. (I later learned he was well below the average cost of his competitors.) When it came time to compensate Gabe for his work I had no reservations on the price as I felt it was deserved based on the wonderful outcome.

Each time I pull in my driveway and see Gabe's work it brings a smile to my face. I have had countless compliments on my projects originality and coolness and feel that others should give Gabe an opportunity for their projects, you would be in good hands. A week after we met it is installed and done. There is nobody in this business like him. Very prompt, honest and quality work. I wouldn't even waste my time with anybody else. I even got proposals or tried to get a hold of everybody in Phoenix that does RV gates on Yelp. Thanks again Larry.

I went through Adobe Blinds in Maricopa and they set up Steel Shield for my security door. I am so pleased with the installer, a very professional and polite young man named Buzz. He arrived promptly and explained that the installation was going to be a bit noisy and that he would be done in 2-3 hours. I let him do this thing and in 2 hours, maybe even a little less, it was done. Buzz had me inspect the door and it was absolutely beautifully installed. It was squared up, solid, and sturdy. It was obvious that he took time at every step to make sure everything was done nicely. After the install, he explained to us how the door works (very different than the old screen doors of my youth) and how to operate the door in different situations (i.e. if we needed more than the 90 degree opening). Buzz was very patient with our questions and me reiterating everything to make sure I got it all, especially the grease gun part. Then he went through their checklist and everything was perfect. No gaps of light anywhere, everything was level and the caulking was so even that I wished Buzz was the one who did the interior of my house.  So I'm really glad that the installer who came yesterday made up excuses to not install my door - I had someone pressure washing my roof at the same time and he didn't want to get sprayed even though I told him I had gutters that would solve the problem and it was obvious that the drain spouts were doing their job, but I guess he didn't feel like working. So happy now about that because we got a great install with Buzz.   Oh, by the way, I love my new door too!  Thank you Buzz and Steel Sheild.

Our garage door was slow to open and making a strange noise. I called Frank with SGD and he was very nice and helpful over the phone. He was able to come out the next day and had the issue fixed in no time. He was onetime for the appointment, professional and efficient. He even followed up next day to thank me for choosing him and to make sure everything was good. A+++ service.

Mike is a true expert in his field. I've had him build me a few custom shipping and work tables. They have all turned out exactly how I wanted them/exactly what I asked for. He's accurate, quick, and easy to work with. If you need any kind of metal fab work done, Mike is your guy.

Or, better yet, give them a call to discuss your needs.  I promise, you won't be disappointed.  Remember, they might be based in Gilbert, AZ (with multiple showrooms in the valley), but they also have an active business and large clientele in northern Arizona.  

Oh, for those who think I write reviews for businesses for pay, I don't!  I just believe businesses who offer superior products and services deserve to be recognized!

Do not use this company! The quality of the door they made for me is not worth the price at all. Dealing with them has been a nightmare. The sales people are great, but then the circus begins. The subcontractors they hired to install the door were sent to the wrong address on the day of installation.  Then they showed up without the proper tools and had to use mine. Once done, I pointed out all of the issues I could see that needed to be fixed. They said they would get back to me. The only person I heard from was the guy who wanted to collect my final payment. When I said I would pay when the door is fixed they put a pre-lien on my house for the full amount of the door and I have already paid half.

This was 5 weeks ago and they have been back 3 or 4 times to fix all of the problems, and they still are not fixed. Where do I begin? Two knobs were dented and scratched, the door, which cost me around $8,000, is bowed at the top and does not sit flush with the frame or the inner glass. The leading edge of the door was hitting the frame when I closed the door (how did the install crew think that was acceptable?), I can see light between the door and frame, the screen didn't fit so they took it back and never returned it, I can see the red shims between the sidelights and frame, and there is a pile of extra metal sitting on the side of the door. I understand there might be an issue or two, but this is ridiculous for the amount money they are charging.

Each time they come out they don't have the right tools or they need to take pictures and call the office and they will get back to me, which only happens sometimes.  Two of their employees have told me that they believe the company is growing too fast and the customer service is suffering. The last service manager who tried to fix some of the issues with his spray paint and nail file told me that since it's handmade it will have flaws, but I think that's just a good excuse to produce poor quality products and get away with it. My appointment today with another service manager just got rescheduled for two weeks from now. They are in no rush to make things right. I have lost my patience and I'm filing a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors.

Still very dissatisfied and getting nowhere fast with this company.  Last week, the installer ruined the z-bar by cutting it incorrectly.  He was told by his supervisor to install in anyway, which I refused to allow.  I sent him and the door & screen back and said to reschedule another install date.  A follow up phone call with Bonnie, who was at least trying to be helpful, was unsatisfactory also.  All she could tell me is that there is a re-work order on it, but the z-bar has to be re-manufactured and she had no way to tell me how long this will take or when I can expect a finished installed product.

Update: 9/27/17.   The third installer returned and completed the install.  He (Brad) was very professional, competent, and handled the installation beautifully, even though it had become dark by the time he finished.  The door looks great and I am finally satisfied that I got the product I purchased.  The company really needs to improve its customer service with the telephone system (get a live person, not a recording) when you have to wait sometimes several days for a call-back.  Bonnie was very helpful in trying to get the door installed after the two failed attempts.I believe she worked on my behalf behind the scenes to get this done.  She returned phone calls, and was trying to deliver good service.
