Do not call this company! I'm a Realtor and asked for a quote on a pool crack repair for my client this past Friday and they said sure no problem. So I proceeded to send them pictures of the issues we wanted a bid on and they said they would contact me to set it up. Several days passed and no one had called to arrange it. When I followed up the following Monday the admin girl said she had given the info to the owner, but would follow up with him again to make sure he contacted me. I let her know we were in a rush and asked if he could meet us at the home on Tuesday morning. Tuesday rolled around and no surprise I still hadn't been contacted. So again I followed up to see if they were going to show Tuesday or at least just call me back. The girl (not the owner) called back and said sorry about not contacting me back, but they are going to be booked up until later next week! It would have been nice to have been told this at the outset and not 5 days later! What a waste of time with these guys. Save your time and energy and look elsewhere for a more attentive company that cares about new business.

I've had the pleasure of working with this team extensively through and office and clubroom renovation in 2019. They've been exceedingly responsive, honest and transparent. I messaged this business on Yelp to find out how much it would be to install a door knob...a standard door knob installed on a standard door...and he said to call a number to schedule an appointment.  I thought ok....  So I called the number this morning during their business hours and it just rang and rang.  I messaged Doug back about the unsuccessful phone call and he just responded must've dialed the wrong number thanks.  This is the service I got.  Don't believe me?  Look at the picture of the message thread I posted on here.  His reviews on here are really good, so I'm really confused as to why I got this half-ass response.  I must've caught him on a bad day I guess?

He came to my home assesses the situation and said he'd have an estimate in a few days.
I received the estimate and was most pleased.
May I add that Alex is so friendly and knowledgeable. Explained everything that would be done and the time frame.
Today is the finished product.
Excellent job. Done right on schedule.
Professional workers and great work.

Keith and his crew were awesome from start to finish. I worked with Keith to complete a kitchen and master shower renovation. The tile work by Carlos is simply the BEST I've seen. The guy measures twice and cuts once and it all fits perfect. Paul the plumber knows his job inside and out!! The electricians used were great as well, despite the spray foam insulation they were able to put in new outlets and move others.

Keith is a hands on GC that goes above and beyond to make you happy as a customer. His easy professional style  is beyond his years in the industry.

Stan did a great job with putting up our Courtyard lights. Had a great sense of what we wanted he was knowledgeable and professional. I'll hire for anything I need done home improvement wise.

I needed walls and floors replaced from an old roof leak.  He was also skilled to handle a hidden water leak in the laundry room.  

Come to find out, George is more than just a handy man.  He's a professional contractor with lots of experience building houses.  

Extremely impressive with how quick George responded to my request.  George is assertive, responsive, friendly, and knows what he is doing.  He is accommodating and helpful.   He also helped me move some items in my house.  Just an overall great and trustworthy guy.

Another great job by Andy.  My partner and I had to find a quick solution for enclosing a couple of exterior water heaters at my ancient property downtown.  It was affecting our ability to run the units for hot water and cooking.  Andy proposed a couple options and costs via text, came out a couple weeks earlier than his busy schedule would have otherwise permitted, reevaluated the proposed enclosures onsite, then provided refined recommendations.  It was all completed within a few days of contact.  Very pleased with the promptness, workmanship, and look.  Will rehire Old Reliable in the future.

Had a busted pipe in between my bathrooms right after Thanksgiving 2022 which was a disaster to get back home to. After water damage repairs I had a few different contractors quote for repairs. Mario was quick to respond and eager to get started even though the insurance haven't gave me funds yet. We went over the job in detail and what would need to be done along with materials. He helped pick up items that were needed from flooring stores or Lowe's without an issue and completed the job within 2 weeks time. Very happy with his work ethic and attitude so I would recommend Navas Remodeling.

I contacted Geremey due to an aging roof that was in desperate need of repair. I contacted 3 different companies, all who wanted me to wait for a few weeks just for them to come out. With the rain we've had, I couldn't wait that long. Geremey was very responsive and understood my needs. He came out that afternoon and had the job done quicker than I anticipated. My neighbor is a home inspector and he even said this is one of the best roofs I've seen. Needless to say, if you need a roof and need it done correctly, Geremey with Elite Construction Services should be your go to!

Rosa came out for a property tour. She was a much better talker then she was a listener. She talked continously, speaking over us as if we weren't in the room. She was rude to say the least. I believe that she does not like men because she constantly spoke over me. She knew how she was going to remodel my home. She didn't care for any input.
She said she would get us an estimate by Friday, October 15. As of October 18 we have not heard from her. Not a very good business practice but probably a blessing.

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.
