Ruben is such a great guy! We had a big repair needed for our Air Conditioner, and it was late at night, and he was able to come and help us and fixed the AC with like 1 hour notice. He saved the day!! It was super hot that night (it was this past Thursday night) and he was able to get the AC back and running. So we were able to survive the Phoenix heat!  Thanks Ruben. Highly recommend Sigi and his crew! Super easy to work with. His pricing was very fair. I had an entire 2nd story deck rebuilt and house leveled by replacing the support beams in my carport under my master bedroom. The work was top notch. Every question was answered and the crew even made suggestions to help save some money. Special shout out to Tim and Adrian who worked their tails off to make sure everything was right. Wonderful experience working with Jerry and his crew start to finish.  They are true artisans and care deeply about their customers and the finished result.  Jerry was extremely helpful with the design processes and provided the right level of input for features that give you a custom look and feel. Excellent work, knowledgeable, and responsive! We virtually rebuilt our 35,000 gallon pool -- new equipment, tile, decking and interior. Blue Dot Pools did an amazing job. Highly recommend this company.

Brad quickly responded to my project quote request and was able to come out immediately to look at my door. Pricing seemed fair when compared to other estimates I got. Everything from the quote to the finished product was professionally done and appeared of high quality.  Would definitely recommend!

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

Have known the owner for a while, but this was the first time I've actually used his business for handyman services.  The project was a dishwasher installation (remove old, install new).  It was completed without a hitch!  Eddie was on time, did an excellent job, verified everything was OK, and cleaned up afterward.

Please do not hesitate to use this company!

We had to terminate the Good Guys and hire another contractor because of their Substandard work and for charged services not performed. We were overcharged $3,231 for work not performed. We had the following issues:
* Our new contractors had to re-paint rooms and garage;
* We were charged for plumbing parts we never received;
* We were charged for disconnection and installation of plumbing parts never disconnected  or installed;
* We requested in writing, detailed invoices which were never provided;
* They left messes inside the house, and left oil on the driveway;
* We therefore had to move in two months late which we then had $3,172 in carrying costs for our other house.

We withheld $500 for the plumbing issues, and emailed them with the explanation. Our new contractors can substantiate all of the problems upon request.

In summary, DO NOT hire the Good Guys unless you like substandard work, and being charged for parts and work never received or performed.

After several tries at scheduling, the rep came out to look at my master bath remodeling project. She promised to get back with an estimate but never did. Even after several messages between me and the owner, I never got a response. It would have been courteous to at least let me know they didn't want to bid the job.

Update:

The owner Brett Buckner told me on the phone he would personally come out to get to the bottom of the "miscommunication" by his "designer" Colton and put me on the phone w/ a girl to make an appointment. Not only did he fail to show up, he failed to even make the professional courtesy to call and let us know. He failed to respond to multiple calls that we were told would be returned. Now we are even 4 more weeds behind schedule and have to move in to an uncompleted home. Not even the courage to call or the decency to explain. Very disappointing and huge waste of time and resources.

Ellen was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Not only was she the only company that gave us a quote. She also was the only one that was willing to work within our timeline. We had three other companies come out and none had a "yes" mentality like Ellen. I would definitely recommend her company and we will use her again in the future.
