We were in need of a new roof after the last monsoon season, and due to needing some additional work done on some upper siding related to the leaks, numerous roofers turned us away saying they didn't have the license to take on the full project. I had been searching for a contractor for about a year to get my 1990's master bathroom remodeled.  I had received six different quotes, all of which were way overpriced (in my opinion).  I received a referral and met with Andrew.  After speaking with him, and viewing his previous work, I felt I could trust him to do a good job.  He was helpful in getting me thru the permit process, as well as helping me with changes the Village required due to a change in ordinances.  I am extremely happy with the outcome and am enjoying my new master bathroom.  I'll be calling upon Green Home for additional work I need.

Had a busted pipe in between my bathrooms right after Thanksgiving 2022 which was a disaster to get back home to. After water damage repairs I had a few different contractors quote for repairs. Mario was quick to respond and eager to get started even though the insurance haven't gave me funds yet. We went over the job in detail and what would need to be done along with materials. He helped pick up items that were needed from flooring stores or Lowe's without an issue and completed the job within 2 weeks time. Very happy with his work ethic and attitude so I would recommend Navas Remodeling.

Q is literally the best handy man ever. Ever since the first day I hired him, he has tackled all of the crazy random jobs I've thrown at him quickly and professionally. I don't even feel right calling him a handy man as he is way more than that! On top all of that, he's super sweet. I will miss him and all of his amazing work when he leaves California. Damn you Arizona for stealing Q from us!!

I messaged this business on Yelp to find out how much it would be to install a door knob...a standard door knob installed on a standard door...and he said to call a number to schedule an appointment.  I thought ok....  So I called the number this morning during their business hours and it just rang and rang.  I messaged Doug back about the unsuccessful phone call and he just responded must've dialed the wrong number thanks.  This is the service I got.  Don't believe me?  Look at the picture of the message thread I posted on here.  His reviews on here are really good, so I'm really confused as to why I got this half-ass response.  I must've caught him on a bad day I guess?

Elvis did a fantastic job on the work I wanted done. I tried to get in touch with four other handymen and no one but Elvis took on the project. We recently moved into our new Toll Brothers home and had a challenging time looking for a good contractor that will design my entertainment wall at a reasonable and fair price.  With the recent challenges we all face with contractors taking advantage of price spikes, and long wait time for a project to begin, Canterra Construction beat the competitor's reliability and price!  Initially, I contracted for an entertainment wall design with them.  Cathy took it to a personal level in designing my wall and brought samples of stones and tiles.  She factored in my interior designs, colors, and furniture to select the best.  And wow, my husband and I are so amazed with the professionalism, reliability, designs, and the material used for our wall that it became one of the wow factors of my home!  Because of this company's professionalism and awesome work, I continued to contract them for my back and front yard.  Again, Cathy understood our goal.  She uniquely put together another great design at an affordable price.  Next contract is for accent walls and designs for all my rooms.  I am excited for this project. I hired ABT after getting several quotes for my kitchen remodel.  This was the only company that came in with an estimate in my budget and I liked their process.  First, they came to my house and took measurements, next I went into the showroom to pick potential products, then after that I got a quote.  This was more accurate and easy for me to understand.   The products they use are of high quality, well rated, and there is a variety of price ranges.   They were flexible with the project; I could do the demo and most of the painting on my own to save some money.
When it came time to start the project, I had to wait a bit longer than I expected, but I think what is still considered normal. I made my initial payment to get products ordered on 2/8 and the construction started on 3/27.  There was a 3-4-week lead time to get cabinets ordered.  Once construction started, it went very quickly.  I was traveling, so Bill kept in touch by texting updates, questions, and pictures.  All workers were very friendly and skilled.  At one point, one of them even fixed something in my bathroom, which wasn't part of the project.  I have a dog and they were great with her.  The project was completed on 4/20.  
I cannot say enough about the integrity of this company.  When the countertops were being installed, a small area of the cabinet frame got nicked.  I would have never noticed this on my own, but Bill immediately called to let me know and arranged for it to be fixed.  Also, they worked with me to find options for drawer pulls when my initial choice didn't fit all cabinets.  They didn't sweat the small stuff and just worked to get it fixed.  They also cleaned up very well at the end of each day.  
I cannot say enough about this company.  I had a great remodeling experience.  I did not have to deal with unexpected delays or costs.  I am a single woman who does not know much about construction and at no point did they try to take advantage of that.  I would highly recommend this group and will recommend them to friends and family.  I will also use them again as the need arises.

I had a leak in the wall between my closet and shower for an unspecified amount of time that caused one whole wall of my closet and a part of another wall to need to be replaced. Vlad came out to do the estimate and took the time to understand the whole issue and make suggestions of opening up another wall to see if the water seeped over and also to setup a fan to help dry things out. My dad was able to open up part of the other wall and sure enough the insulation was wet so we were able to get that replaced and fixed. I really appreciated the time he took with me looking over all the potential issues.  I felt so comfortable I asked for an additional estimate to finish some painting 2 other contractors had failed to finish. The estimate that I received was very reasonable so I went ahead and scheduled the work to be done.
Eddie was amazing! He worked very efficiently and did an amazing job. Within a few short days my closet was back to pre-leak status and you can't even tell there was an issue. Additionally, all the painting is now complete and I finally don't have all those unfinished touches staring at me anymore.
I would recommend Dynamite to anyone (and already have been recommending them) and am already planning on using them for another upcoming project.

The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

Jorge and Armando installed hardwood floors in our den this weekend. We were very pleased with the work and attention to detail. At one point, they offered to re-stain our baseboards so that the fluidity of the color scheme would not be compromised! They have a great eye for detail and are honest and fair, we will definitely be calling them for future projects!

We are very pleased with the work Rodriguez Remodeling did today repairing drywall damage done by a plumbing repair. The two workers were masked, very polite, showed up on time and did a great job. Thank you...we will refer others to you when we can!

We were in the middle of a tragic bathroom remodel in which the previous contractor took the money and left. We had previously received a quote from Ellen and after coincidentally running into her we asked if she could help. She was willing to help even after we did not choose her for the job due to the competing quote being a little cheaper.

She and her team came in and repaired many errors that the previous contractor made. They did a phenomenal job and we are thrilled with the way that our bathroom came out in the end. Her team showed up when promised and worked very carefully and precisely. They did not leave a mess as the previous contractor did.

I recommend White Builder for any project that you have in mind, keep in mind that many parts are delayed beyond any contractors control at this point. (it took almost 3 months to get a bathtub).

Ellen is great to work with And keeps you informed of any setbacks or unforeseen changes throughout the process. Her team is great to work with and we thank them for fixing the absolute mess that the previous contractor got us into.

Gilbert, from Royal Construction Services, was great to work with. He helped me replace 3 wood porch and carport posts at my older home.  Unlike the old posts, the new posts have been installed on post bases, which should help keep them dry and secure for years to come. Gilbert was fast, flexible and affordable.

We inquired for Michael regarding various items for repair at our rental property. He went out to the property and then charged a ridiculously high amount before clarifying with us first his charges. He did not properly fix everything on the list and the painting was sloppy. That was disappointment because we had used him two other times for smaller projects. Every time we used him he was prompt to respond however then he would be really pushy to get paid immediately and he would never clean up after himself and said that wasn't included in his quoted rate. I do not trust this guy, he is in it for a quick buck, not for doing right for the customer for the long haul. Be careful if you don't get a clear quote with him ahead of time or he is then says the project turned out to be more complicated so tries to charge more. And you have more than a couple of items needed be careful because he is very disorganized and gets sloppy trying to be really fast all of the time. He does not have a form receipt but just texts or emails quotes only.

Jeremy and his crew performed an office upgrade for us this summer and everything went great! He installed a slider door, replaced the existing carpet with tile and installed some TVs. It was all within the budget he provided and was done in the timeframe he estimated. The guys did a good job keeping things clean and taped up. I would call him again for a project for sure and definitely recommend him. Everything looks great and I'm super happy.

Our experience with PETRUS Countertop and Remodeling was beyond expectation.  We consulted and visited with other similar businesses in Phoenix and decided to go with PETRUS.  There was not a single person connected with this company that was not friendly, welcoming and well informed about the business.  From Jennifer who was the first contact at the showroom (excellent  business phone skills) who opened the door to their office and showed us the area where stone slabs are on display.  We met Luiz, head of showroom sales and estimates.  He set up the visit to our home to measure our the countertop which needed replacing.  When the day arrived for measurements, it was the owner who appeared, Fabio Silva.  Friendly and reassuring.  We had a situation where the vessel sink could not be separated from the top and the entire counter with sink attached needed to be removed, one piece!  We found a beautiful quartz remnant but in the stack was not fully exposed to see and Luiz arranged to have it pulled out for us to view.  Not only was the work done very quickly, they had it fabricated and installed days before the original date, then they showed up an hour early : )  The installers were so pleasant, quiet and professional throughout the entire procedure.  Our job was a very small one but no one projected that because it was evident this company values it's customers.  PETRUS is the company you want to think of first for any remodeling.  480-281-2675, 1437 N. 27th Lane, Phoenix 85009

Ericka was amazing! I had to re tile my shower walls, and put in a new shower pan. They were booked a week or two out from when we first spoke (sign of a solid business), but Ericka was up front with me from the beginning on time frame and pricing. Got several quotes, and was very competitive with pricing, and did a fantastic job.

Follow up - some of the grout was loosening up (because of the schluter board I chose to use behind the tile), but she had someone come out and fix at no cost.

Would recommend 10/10, and I am completely satisfied. Thank you for a job well done.
