Shane is very professional and always on time. He came and fixed our patio door glass. I highly recommend him. He knows what he is doing. I'm super happy with his service and will always call him for any future issues.

Affordable Windows of Arizona (AWOA) replaced our outdated and worn sliding glass door with a Simonton Patio door.  The appearance, quality and functionality of this door is second to none. Jason AWOA Sales Manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful in facilitating our selection of a door suitable to our tastes, needs and one that would best serve us here in the warm Sonoran Desert climate of Central Arizona.  I must add that their installation team was very professional and efficient in the installation of the new door.  They estimated that it would take approximately 3 hours to complete the installation and did so within 10 minutes of the estimated time, including their cleaning up afterwards leaving everything in total order. Want to fix a broken window in a timely way? If so, go elsewhere. Called to fix this window. Came for estimate pretty quickly; that was the good part. Getting this done is a joke but not funny. First, the estimate given was half the real price they charged. We paid close to $100 more than was necessary. Then the stories; we have a big job, we;ll try to fit you in but there are priorities in front of you. So now you pay top $ + and have to beg for installation.They took a deposit and got lost. I told them to return deposit or give a firm installation date. We finally got this installation. An awful lot of aggravation and really Fric & Fac service. Don't call these people ever. Especially if its raining.

I give Lee Cook and the Window World team 5 star service from initial call, field measure all the way through the installation. This team is wonderful. I learned so much about windows and glass.

Initially I signed up with Renewal by Andersen. For 7 windows my quote with the home show discount was over $18K. So as soon as that sales rep left I called Lee from Window World to cancel because he was my next appointment. He said I was paying way too much and to give him a chance. I said if he could get to my house by end of day I would give him a chance to sell me. He came out and I got 7 windows PLUS a 3 window panel front door for less than $8K... that is a $10K savings plus a front door for free basically if you compare the quote to Andersen.

Lee Cook is great to work with and has always been responsive via text or call. I will most definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone that lives in the valley for a great quality window and best value.

BTW... my utility bill went down significantly... huge bonus!

I sent them pictures of a broken mirror which I wanted to replace the glass in. They said they could do it, so I drove 45 minutes to drop it off. I got an email back later saying that they were having trouble finding a backing that would work. I made a suggestion that I thought might work, but I never heard back from them. After a month went by, I sent another email. Two days later I got an email back that they can't fix the mirror. I totally understand if they can't do it, but its not great customer service.

I needed two old doors removed in a sunroom and replaced with windows and to be trimmed out to look like the other windows. Rick came out and gave me an estimate right away and ordered glass.

Once the glass was made, he showed up and knocked it out on a Saturday.  Once done it looked like the doors weren't even there which was the goal. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any window and door repairs to my home.

Chris and his crew did a fantastic job installing 13 large New Milgard Ultra Nail Fin Windows and Converted two Large Milgard Ultra Arcadia Doors from Flush Fin to Nail Fin.

Unfortunately, we had a horrible experience with another Window Company we hired to install 14 Windows and two Arcadia doors two years ago (Milgard Ultra windows and doors). That company measured ALL the windows wrong and destroyed our home installing them improperly. They refused to correct their mistake and make it right.

We recovered some of the money from the ROC although the final awarded amount was short many thousands of dollars needed for a proper fix.

We interviewed over a dozen window companies to do the job right. No one was comfortable taking on our job because of the damage that was done from the previous company.

Chris was concerned too but, he was willing to take on the challenge. He went above and beyond to research what was needed to do the job right which required properly sized windows, removing all the retro fit windows, cutting out the old damaged window frames,  repairing the damaged/missing moisture barrier as well as cutting out two Large Arcadia Doors and convert them from Flush Fin Doors to Nail Fin.

This all required cutting out Stucco and Drywall. Although his company did not do the Stucco and Drywall repair, he helped us find someone that did a good job.

Chris sized all the windows correctly and his Crew took great care with the new windows. They were very careful removing the old windows so not to cause a lot of damage, very carefully installed the new windows, making sure EVERY window and DOOR was installed level and square. They cleaned up each day before leaving so they did not leave a mess behind.  They were very kind and respectful. And the price was very reasonable.

We wish we have found them the first time and we will be hiring them for more work in the near future.

I cannot recommend this company enough.  Through the entire process of having the salesperson come, explain my options and provide a very clear outline of next steps, right through supply chain issues that they communicated clearly and, ultimately to the fabulous crew, led by Edgar, who did the installation, Cougar did exactly what you hope your contractors will do.  And, by the way,  their pricing was far more reasonable that 3 of the other bids I received.  The workmen just left my house and I couldn't be happier.   If looking for a one-stop shop,  just call Cougar Windows and Doors.  No sense wasting time elsewhere

You shouldn't waste your time. Called and said they would come Saturday.  No show, no call. Came another day 30 minutes early, because it was convenient for them. Said they would install Saturday.  No Show, no call. Called and they said they were busy finishing another job. Would come Monday. Monday came- no call,  no show.
I give up. Must be a side job because they really don't care about their customers, or their business.

I wanted to warn everyone about Bright lite home exteriors LLC. This company is very unethical and unprofessional business in so many ways. It's really sad when a Company has no pride, or care in the services they offer.
As a customer you would  think when hiring a company to do the job  that your special dream protect  will be completed soon.  But Not with Bright Lite Home   Exteriors LLC. The contract you must sign is a joke.
And the verbiage only pertains/ and it protects the contractor from none payment from the job and protects them if there's a delay in starting  and finishing the job. They also require 50 % down.  So with that being said please tell Everyone you know not to Hired this company you could be waiting six months or more before they evening start the job.  I Do not know how people get away With doing business this way , and then go home and  Comfortable and lay their head on a pillow and sleep at night., If you the consumer are looking onto hiring this company I beg you please save your money it will save you headaches and a lot of pain.

Met Brian the owner and had Britt (one of the employees there) help us with setting up for a project.  I spent a lot of time working with Britt on deciding on the options, estimate, etc.  At the 11th hour, Britt jacked up the estimate by 20% and refused to explain why.  Brian would not return our calls.  If this is how the business deals with you before they get your money, don't walk, run away!

The owners followed up on my issues and took care of everything promptly. We are happy with the finished product and enjoying the kitchen remodel.
