Found them on the internet  Called them, and they came out the next day.  They were thorough, professional, and I would call them again!

Shane is FANTASTIC!  I called him on Friday morning and he fit me in on Monday afternoon.  One of my windows was off track and I couldn't open it.   He fixed it in minutes.  He is fair, honest, nice, efficient, and knowledgeable!  Great customer service, you could ask for nothing more!  Everyone else wants to sell you new windows and Shane will fix them.
Thank you Shane for getting my window working, so now I can enjoy the fresh air!!

Affordable Windows of Arizona (AWOA) replaced our outdated and worn sliding glass door with a Simonton Patio door.  The appearance, quality and functionality of this door is second to none. Jason AWOA Sales Manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful in facilitating our selection of a door suitable to our tastes, needs and one that would best serve us here in the warm Sonoran Desert climate of Central Arizona.  I must add that their installation team was very professional and efficient in the installation of the new door.  They estimated that it would take approximately 3 hours to complete the installation and did so within 10 minutes of the estimated time, including their cleaning up afterwards leaving everything in total order. DO NOT even think of using this company unless you want to pay for poor service or no service.  They claim that they are so busy that they cannot schedule installs less than 3 weeks out.  So you will have to wait for factory to make your door (understandable for custom door) and if the door arrives, you will have to WAIT for install or hire your own. Our door came in the wrong size as verified by owner and sales agent after I notified them that door was short.  They did not want to refund us our money or order a new door even if wrong size door was received.  They claimed that they could fix the short height problem by ordering a threshold part to go at the bottom of the door.  The part took about 2 weeks to get to them but I had to repeatedly call to try and get the part installed.  Again, they were so busy that they could not set a definite date.  When they finally installed the part, they did not finish the job properly.  The door was not cheap...about $2000. Order from anyone else because you will have to wait for these guys anyway.  And then get a good professional installer who has pride in their work.  In the end, you will have less stress and save you time from chasing this company for service!!  How would you like to pay $2000 and have your door/frame look like this?  Ordered door 9/1...still trying to get job completed properly.

5 Star!! Everything down to price, communication, delivery time and install was top notch. Ryan, Jesus and  their team were amazing. Had 22 windows replaced. They look amazing! I'm so happy with them and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for new windows.

For my company I always have to get bids before any work is approved.  Demer's gave me the lowest bid.  When my window was originally put in it didn't have the reflective tint that I expected it to have.  I actually didn't notice it until about a week later so I expected to have all kinds of problems when I called up Demer's including a higher price.  Not the case whatsoever.  They were super nice over the phone, about 30 minutes later they had somebody come out and look at my window then the next day it was replaced with no extra charges. I would absolutely recommend them, I was really impressed all the way around.

My parents recommended we call Vinnie when we decided to order a new door so we did. He was great to work with came right out gave us some different options and waited patiently while we awaited hoa approval. Miguel came and installed our new door and we love it. He did a great installing the door and all the finish work.

I've been in the market for new windows to replace the windows my house was built with (very thin late 80s single panes) and got three different quotes before I contacted Tracer Window. When Chris from Tracer came over I knew immediately he wasn't a typical sales guy telling me what I wanted to hear. I can smell b/s from a mile away and it does nothing but drive me to find someone else.

Chris was objective and honest and gave me a good list of pros and cons and enough information to decided not to install a $10,000 three pane sliding glass door that I thought I was set on. That alone sold me that I could trust Tracer to do the job.
The quote came out very fair and Chris gave me the confidence that they would be installed professionally and meticulously.

I just had the windows installed and completed this week and couldn't be happier with the job. The team of window installers blew us away with their customer service and professionalism. They respected our property by taking great care to protect anything that might have got damaged during install, they ensured all their work space was spotless upon leaving and they didn't try to rush through the job to get it done it one day. On top of that they adjusted my patio door to swing more freely without me asking them and did it free of charge. Their work was meticulous, every joint and corner of the window trim inside and out was perfectly sealed and trimmed and they cleaned the windows leaving them spotless.

Through the finish walkthrough they pointed out a very discrete scratch on a window pane that I wouldn't have ever seen and they insisted to take care of it through the Milgard warranty. Just another huge plus.

To say the least I'm very thankful I hired Tracer Window and Door to take care of this big project. I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their windows. I believe Tracer is a team of honest, hard working people that want to exceed 100% customer satisfaction.

We had a small order for 6 new windows and a Slider for a new Casita.
They kept us informed on delivery date. When the installers arrived, they were very thorough and cleaned up everything when they were finished.

I contact Mountain View Windows and Doors via the Yelp page giving them all the information about some replacement doors.    Measurements, photos, detailed information etc.  I get a reply with a notice they will give me numbers the next day.  Well, that never happened.  I waited a week and then contacted Mountain View Window and Doors AGAIN asking about my quote and they just ignored my message.  Not a good way to do business if you ask me.

I wanted to warn everyone about Bright lite home exteriors LLC. This company is very unethical and unprofessional business in so many ways. It's really sad when a Company has no pride, or care in the services they offer.
As a customer you would  think when hiring a company to do the job  that your special dream protect  will be completed soon.  But Not with Bright Lite Home   Exteriors LLC. The contract you must sign is a joke.
And the verbiage only pertains/ and it protects the contractor from none payment from the job and protects them if there's a delay in starting  and finishing the job. They also require 50 % down.  So with that being said please tell Everyone you know not to Hired this company you could be waiting six months or more before they evening start the job.  I Do not know how people get away With doing business this way , and then go home and  Comfortable and lay their head on a pillow and sleep at night., If you the consumer are looking onto hiring this company I beg you please save your money it will save you headaches and a lot of pain.

These guys are the WORST! Order placed in April, salesman (Jeff) required 100% of $ up front (the only contractor to ask that in our substantial remodel) and said delivery will take 6 weeks. 12 weeks later it finally arrives. Then, it takes two more weeks to install. (Says the dismissive and rude secretary was when scheduling, It's only two weeks...). When it FINALLY arrives for install its the WRONG COLOR!?! How does anyone stay in business like this? For us, they've been non-communicative, dishonest, terribly slow, and failed to deliver what was promised -- that's our lasting impression. We'll see next how they are about returning our money...

We hired One source remodeling to complete a full remodel of our shower and 4 restrooms. Our experience with Ray (the owner) and his crew of subcontractors was terrible. Once source remodel utilizes a different  unexperienced and unprofessional subcontractors. We had multiple issues from our shower glass ordered incorrectly, resulting in us not having a fully functional shower for weeks, plumbing issues, and extremely poor communication. Ray the owner leaves everything in hands of his subcontractors who show up late, or don't show up at all. Once our remodel was completed he never came back to do a post sale inspection to check on the work.

We had to call him multiple times and we received excuse after excuse and months later we still haven't had all the issues resolved. His subcontractors talk about how bad One source remodeling is and how Ray is unexperienced. For example he measured our glass incorrectly, left our faucet unaligned, made a mess in our ceiling, didn't caulk several areas of the restroom. When brought up to Ray he said he was in Florida and would take care of it personally. Six weeks latter he's still on vacation and he cant take care of it.

I had to dispute the last payment with American Express as he never took care of the last details after he received payment 2 months in advance. Do not hire this company unless you want a bunch of excuses and lies. He comes in his van and presents well but  hands off the work to sloppy subcontrators.
