I, like too many of us, have had contractors seem so sweet before the job and become a nightmare when things go south.

Ryan is wholesome, caring, and true. A gem of a person and company. Before the job, during the job, and after the job.

I'm thinking the only downside is once they are finished, you won't ever get to see them again, because the work is solid and you won't need to.

They responded to my Yelp request, and setup an appointment through that message. The technician came in, provided a very nominal estimate. Theirs was the best estimate I got between 3 providers. They scheduled the work to re-coat the flat roof. Arrived as planned, providing me updates throughout, completed the job as promised. It held after the small storm that hit us a couple of weeks ago. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

We just had our home painted and it looks absolutely fantastic. We selected our painter from the recommendations on Nextdoor and Yelp and also my community prepared a list. We live in Westridge Village in Fountain Hills . Adam came over the very next day he gave us an exceptionally great price and  he was very prompt. His crew was clean, efficient friendly and knew what they were doing. Now we're going to  have him paint the inside. I got an estimate on Saturday and my new roof was installed the next Tuesday! Wowza!  Super fast process identifying our roof issues and competitive pricing.  We are looking forward to a leak free monsoon season this year.

After trying to coordinate a roof repair with my HOAs preferred vendor who took a week to call me back and then said their first available date to do inspection was two weeks out, I found Armoured Construction on Yelp.  I requested a quote and got a call back within the hour.  They set up an inspection for the next day.  Robert came out and identified the issue (time for a recoat of flat roof) and pointed out the deep crack responsible for the current leak.  He did a temporary patch (no charge!) on that crack due to rain in the forecast to help prevent further damage while waiting for recoat estimate.  EXCELLENT customer service and response time.  Friendly, professional and informative inspection team.

I was told they were going to call back I ten min. Then never called me. Left 3 messages never got an answer. Guess the have enough money don't need mine...
