When I used to own rental properties all I did was call Eddie & give him the info about the particular problem &  the contact info on a tenant & Eddie would take it from there. Michael is a lifesaver.  I just moved into a new rental and had the gas turned on but the gas company employee couldn't start the water heater.  He incorrectly stated the thermal coupling needed to be replaced.  Mind you it is a brand new water heater. Michael came over immediately after I reached out and was able to light the heater within minutes.  My issue was resolved in less than an hour.  Michael is a guy to have listed in your contacts.  Amazing, top notch service!
