These guys suck! Spent over $40,000 on The last roof you'll ever need - lifetime gaurantee!. Now I have 7 leaks in my roof. Some new, some of the same old leaks. I can't even get a return phone call! Alex came out promptly after I contacted them to view my damage and provide an estimate. Once we decided to move forward, he maintained good communication. This company has to have the worst service I have ever encountered. I decided to get an estimate with them based on prior reviews. I am buying a home and needed a full roof inspection per issues that arose during the home inspection. They offered to complete this service this morning. Yesterday the office lady advised she would give me the time they would be there in the afternoon. She never called. I called in the afternoon and she told me she would have the time at 7am this morning. I called at 7 this morning and she said she would call back in 10 mins with the time. No call. I called an hour later and she said '9:30ish' so I agreed to be there from 9-10 so that I could allow them access to the garage and the attic space to review the subroof. I waited there for an hour for no call no show. I called and she advised me the contractor had to go to another job...no call? She could not give me a new time. I advised I needed to know if I should wait or go back to work and she said she would call me back. Yeah right! She never did. Two hours later (now that I am back at work) the contractor calls me to tell me he is there, but has no idea he was supposed to go inside or do a full roof inspection. I apologized but told him due to their service I would not be moving forward. Do yourself a favor and skip this headache and go with a professional company. Jared from Elite Roofing has already had more contact with me in the last 30 minutes than I did with TRC in the last 36 hours. Eric, the Owner and CEO did a roofing inspection for us.  We recently replaced our roof with another company and had a leak right after.

There has been some confusion as to who needed to take responsibility, our roofer or HVAC.  Eric was hired to come and give his professional opinion on how to move forward to address the leaking roof.

Eric came out quickly and made a very thoughtful and thorough inspection.  He took time to explain it to all of us, as well as the two contractors.  I was beyond impressed by his patience and care.  He communicated clearly and helped us all understand the situation.  He communicated well with us from beginning to end; both in scheduling, inspection, and his thorough email.  This was most impressive.

Kyle and his crew were a pleasure to work with.  We received a total of six bids, and Kyle did offer a competitive bid.  Kyle went over all the work needed which we already knew would be a roof replacement and a new gutter system.  Our home is a Santa Fe style, flat roof home so the roof is a bit tricky.  They nailed it!  Roof is properly sloped, and now there is spray foam for insulation, and two coats of elastomeric.  The new gutters look fantastic as well.  I couldn't be happier with the results.  They were always on time, and respectful.  It was great to work with a company with such great values and high standards of work.

We needed our patio roof repaired. The folks at Spearhead showed up when they said they would, did exactly what they promised to do and for the amount they quoted. They were wonderful.

Jose and his crew have serviced my roof 2 times now and always do a great job at a more than reasonable price.  While several other companies wanted me to pay upfront just to come and do an inspection of the damages, Jalisco showed up the next day to assess the damages, gave me a very reasonable quote and had the leak fixed the same day....I didn't even have to be home as they sent me all of the before and after pics.

Joe/Tony/ Showtime Roofing just got done with putting down a new roof for us in Pleasant Valley. It looks better now than when the home was purchased. Underlayment and broken tiles were replaced. Leaks in 2 areas were corrected. Will be glad to provide an update in 6 months,
But the job looks exceptional, both from the ground and drone views.

We called AEL Roofing because we had a roof leak that was fixed by another company and was still leaking.  AEL came out quick, within 10 minutes had the tile off showing me what was wrong and why it was still leaking.  Had a plan to fix it and just had to get his crew and materials.   They showed up within 4 days tore the roof apart and had it back together within a few hours.  They sent me a bunch of pictures showing me the work they did and for the same price that I paid for the previous repair and they replaced a lot more of the underlayment than the others and covered over the problem area so that I will not have the same problem again.  I highly recommend them.
