We hired Jesus to replace some very old lighting fixtures in our home. The price was affordable and the work was exceptional. We have more projects to do in the future that we will definitely have Jesus do for us. We highly recommend him to anyone that needs electrical work done.

I received numerous bids that seemed pretty high for what work I was looking to get done. I got referred to Mark by another gal in the neighborhood and decided to have him come out and give me a bid. He actually beat the prices of the other bids and offered to rewire a few old plugs I had for free. I needed two ceiling fans put in and some outdoor lighting for my walkway. I am very pleased with his work and my entrance walkway looks amazing. I was going to go with some regular lighting, but Mark showed me the new lighting that is more modern and I am very pleased! I've gotten lots of compliments in the neighborhood. I don't have to worry about my old plugs while plugging in my hair straightener now. Since there is no AC in San Diego near the beach, the ceiling fans are perfect in this heat. Thanks again Mark & I would refer him.

I needed a ceiling fixture installed, and it was done in a matter of 20 minutes. The light looks amazing, and, he was able to put it on a dimmer. Our two outlets stopped working so I called E.R. and from the beginning, the customer service was fantastic! They were so nice and got somebody here the morning after I called. Romo also checked some extra things, which was really great because we had just moved in here. He fixed the problem in 20 minutes. I will definitely be using E.R again.

Chris is here as I write, hard wiring two lights in each of my daughter's rooms and already installed the canned light I wanted in my shower. This is not the first time we have used him. He is so reliable and does great work! We have a baby and he goes out of his way to work as quietly as possible while she naps. He's just a good guy. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of electrical work. The price is always right too!! I can't say enough good things about him! Lucky to have found him on home advisor a few years back.

This company was great. I had an outdoor motion detecting floodlight that needed to be replaced. They arrived on time, and took care of it in about 20 minutes. I am very satisfied with the service and I would recommend them to anyone.

I'm military, was on work-travel when my wife had an issue with the air conditioning. Based on yelp review, I'd recommended she call Point Loma Electric & Plumbing.  BAD DECISION.  Simple short between 240v air conditioning wiring and air conditioner unit. They ran conduit on the OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE (from the front of the house all the way to the backyard) and charged us more than $4,240.  See the pictures.  Our home is the only house that looks like a Frankenstein, with conduit running outside and right above the front door.  What a shame!  When I returned home from travel, my wife was in tears....she was so embarrassed and ashamed!  Knew that she'd been taken advantage of....I won't say more, except WHAT A SHAME!  Now I'm going to have to remove all of the conduit myself.  I called Point Loma Electric, basically they said TOUGH LUCK.  Now I'm considering pursuit of a small claims court suit to try and receive some sort of remedy.  Pics and price say it all, STAY AWAY FROM Pt. Loma Electric & Plumbing.  SHODDY WORK and Look at the Price I had to pay, more than $4.2K!!!

I've been using Luke now for the past four years. He's very reliable, does good work and I believe is reasonably priced.  I don't think there's a job that I've given him he could not complete. I've referred him to many of my real estate clients and all have been more than satisfied - they've come back with raving reviews.  If you're looking for an electrician who knows his stuff inside and out, you've found your man!

I wanted to give a shout out to James, Kyle and the rest of the team that installed recessed lighting throughout our home. The team was efficient and courteous.

James was great to work with throughout the process from the initial quote, design ideas and his follow up after the job was complete to make sure we were happy with the finished product.

Their pricing was reasonable and competitive with others I reached out to. I have to say one of the things that stuck about Custom Electric was that they came out to the house to discuss our project and design ideas. Other companies simply wanted to deal with us by text or email.

I highly recommend James to anyone needing work done at their home or apartment. Luckily, when we needed an electrician, I found his service through reviews here on Yelp.

From my first call for an appointment, James was helpful and direct. When he came to our home, he fairly quickly fixed a problem on one of our kitchen circuits that had been overlooked by previous workers and was a potential safety hazard. His work was efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. I would definitely call him again for future upgrades or repairs.

I needed a new breaker, some conduit, and some wiring to the new little shed I built.  Green responded to my Yelp request, showed up a day before they said they would, beat the nearest price by $300, did the work the same day, and cleaned up fairly well.  They ran the conduit in a mostly hidden manner as I had requested.  The only issue we had with them was the hole they put in the building didn't get caulked to seal out any possible rain intrusion.  I asked the crew about that when they were cleaning up, but they said the caulk was in the other truck.  So we had to call again to get that done.  To their credit, they came out again a couple of days later and did the caulking; but I don't think they would have done that if we had not called.  I know it's a small thing, but it's the difference between 4 and 5 stars this time.

Greg was very professional and efficient in figuring out the problem with a flakey circuit breaker. Parts of those circuit were powering a microwave, a refrigerator, and several outlets. He responded quickly to the Yelp request, took key information, asked for a photo of the breaker box, and was all set when he got here. He confirmed the problems and swapped out the breaker quickly. And that fixed the problem. I would definitely call Greg with any home electrical problem in the future.

Great quality at a good price.  I had David re-wire my entire 1925 house over 8 years ago and I have had no issues over those 8 years.  David was great about working through my job changes and always explained my options and the pro/con of each option.

Ramon did a fantastic job installing an outlet for our dryer and an ev charging outlet. His professionalism, attention to detail and communication were all superb. He will for sure be my go to guy for all of my electrical needs.

I recently had my existing EV charger removed and replaced with a newer machine. My previous installation which required a receptacle showed considerable wear and tear and needed an upgrade. Edward diagnose the issue as a loose connection but more importantly pointed out that through no fault of the previous installer, EV chargers are best with their hardwired due to the heavy usage with expansion from heat/cooling through the connection. Throughout the installation, Edward was very thorough, provided detail and walk me through the entire installation. The work was and results are super, check out my pictures of the existing receptacle in my newly installed EV charger; highly recommended!
