Wow!

Excellent customer service.  I called for help with an issue in my home.  They answered my call and had it repaired the next day.  The gentleman who completed the repair were efficient and professional.  The cost of the service call and repair was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

I needed some smart switches to be installed and after a couple of attempts I gave up and started looking for someone to do it for me. I started looking through yelp and CCE was only one which said 24/7. I gave them a call and spoke to Rodney, who was there within the hour (at 8pm on a Thursday) and helped me get my smart switches together.

He was very helpful and even walked me through the process. He was quick with his quote and the job which was really impressive. Though the job for which he came took its time, he got it done cleaned up and was even kind enough to hook up one of my pendant lights. CCE would by preferred electrical company. Thank you so much Rodney! Wish you more happy customers! :)

We turned to this fan company (an authorized service center for Casablanca fans) after Lights Fantastic on Greenville refused to honor the lifetime warranty on fans that we purchased there. After dealing with Lights Fantastic, the people at Cool Breezes were a godsend. They were responsive, responsible (returned phone calls, did what they said they would do), friendly, and helpful. In particular, we found Chad Blain to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He gave great advice and was easy to work with throughout the repair process. We now have a new store to which we will turn for our fan and cooling needs.

If you want a friendly, effective and reliable electrician, look no further. I was placed with this company though my home warranty after the initial electrician gave me the run around for a month. Within 24 hours of being assigned, my original job + an additional job was completed. Jonathan immediately diagnosed the problem and gave recommendations for some other problems I had with my home. The OWNER then called me to discuss the project and we ended up adding a new job. The owner stayed in the phone with me to discuss my options, we exchanged pictures back and forth and came up with a game plan for all my electrical / lighting projects inside and out. He was very patient going over everything and the quote was excellent. I could tell that he was an overall good guy and he hires  good people. If anyone asked me for a recommendation I would not hesitate  to provide his contact info.

Barney's Electric is the best. It was so easy to schedule an appt. and they even called to come 30 min earlier which was a plus. They explained everything and even gave us rationale for all the work that was completed. You couldn't have asked for better service. I loved the fact that you can pay by using PayPal. The owner even came out and gave us a quote for our next scheduled service. They will be our 1st choice anytime we use an electrician in the future.

Unfortunately they were not able to help with my issue (apparently MASSIVE issues far beyond the scope of their manpower) however Larry & Ricky are no doubt stand-up guys. I've no question they worked to the best of their abilities (free night call, trouble shot twice, communicated perfectly and reasonably educated me).

Larry handled my stressful situation like a TRUE BOSS!! I only wish the problem was solved but still ... great team.

Be careful.  These guys are a complete scam!!! Dont believe anything they say.  Had an ice covered limb fall on my line to the house but we still had power to the house.  Called them and they came out said they would have to rebuild everything and rattled off all these things I would have to have totaling over $7,000.  They said if I signed the agreement right then, I would never be without power and they would have it done in one day.   From what I was seeing I could not believe it was that expensive.  I called a second company and they had a guy out this morning at 7am, (2-8-23).  He looked at it and said it would be $1,500 and he could be done by noon.  It is now 11:33am on the same day and he is all done and he called PEC and they already turned me on.  Malco, Greg and Randy, will try to fool you with their good ole boy , home town, been here for ever  schpeel with self inflicted  bad grammar & forced accents but dont be fooled.  I certainly dont mind people making money, even slightly exploiting a crisis like this but to try to charge me over 500% than what it took is almost, if not, criminal.

My family was having problem with a GFCI in the garage that kept on flipping, and later on flipped another GFCI. They asked Texas Electric Services to evaluate the situation, and found that there was a short(nip or so?)  in the garage light switch.  They repaired the short, and proceeded to change all the GFCI's in the house, as they INSISTED that ALL of them have to be changed for new ones, which they did.  
An electrician that my family had called to troubleshoot the problem came afterwards, and determined that there was no need to replace the CGFCI' as they were working properly.  This shows the lack of honesty and integrity of Texas Electric Services of Austin, TX.  
Stay away from this company.

I was initially very worried about choosing this company after some contact with the owners. the electricians they sent out to me made it 100% worth it. I have never felt more safe or cared for. they went above and beyond to make sure our home was safe for our family, and I am so grateful for all they did for us.

The best electrician! They are punctual, neat, thorough and extremely conscientious. We have had them for several electrical jobs including replacing an entire panel, changing out cans to LED,piggybacking some old wiring and some outdoor lighting. We will continue to use them and so glad we feel confident about our wonderful electrician!

These guys are pros and my go-to for any electrical needs.  They've done several jobs for me over the years and I've been happy with their work and prices every time.  100% recommended.

Home Depot installed a new washer/dryer unit wrong, breaking some breakers in the process. I used the online contact form to get in touch with Megawatts, and Dustin got back to me ASAP. Ezekiel and Marquel were out the next afternoon. They arrived promptly, did great work, and were very friendly. Highly recommend.

The guys from Brightside were awesome.   We replaced 4 outdoor fans and installed a new kitchen light.  They were on time and went to work immediately.  I have another light that we will install in a couple of weeks and will definitely use them again.

Great job and great pricing. We used them to do some side work while our pool was being built and they were great. Beth was a real delight to work with.

Messed up one of my sprinklers and ghosted me. Definitely not professional and reliable as he states. Avoid at all costs!!
