They called when they were running late and called before they came.  Each team specializes in HVAC, Plumbing, backups, etc. which makes them experts in there fields.  They are professional, clean and kind. I highly recommend this company!  Be sure to check out the discount coupon on their website also!  I wouldn't use anyone else!

Don't go with Cooper Heating and Cooling. They came out in February, completed a full site evaluation and quoted us around $6000 including the crane to put the unit on our roof. When they came to do the work they said getting a ladder up to our second story was too dangerous. So, we played phone tag for two more months trying to get an answer from them on next steps. They then said we need to pay another $2500 for scaffolding. We told them the install was included in our quote and so they responded they wouldn't do it. Funny enough, we are having other electrical work done today and they have a ladder safely in the exact location that Cooper refused. Additionally, we have to go through Costco to get the $6000 we paid them four months ago. We also have to start from scratch again to find another company while temps are quickly heating up. I wish we would have known Cooper was a bait-and-switch company.

For close to 20 years now, this has been my company of choice for anything to do with our home's HVAC and plumbing. They know their stuff, their techs are professional and knowledgeable, and their prices are reasonable. We just had our HVAC serviced today, and as usual, Save Home Heat did us proud. Daniel and Francisco were very professional and knowledgeable. Daniel even found an incipient issue with our water heater and our main water pressure valve, which he was not even required to look at. I asked him how he found the problem, and he said he just always looks at everything when he's in someone's mechanical room. Nice touch--he prob. saved us a burst pipe or worse down the road because he went above and beyond.

Call this company first; you will not regret it.

Needed a new sink and an overflow put in my kitchen so I went ahead and looked up faucet installation in my area. Went forth and picked this company and everything turned out perfect and I was very pleased with the professionalism and how smooth the process went. Ok, this is long story of a company that wanted to charge me the book price of $700 to change out a sprinkle value. Even after I called the manager and had a discussion about the price, he said that was the standard book price. I gave them my standard answer on out of my book of pricing, NO.

Oh, by the way I'm a VIP member after having more than $2,000 in electrical work done by Plumbline earlier in the year. I see the TV ads about 100% customer satisfaction, I don't think so on this interaction.

The Plumbline team that came out to provide the estimate also said my VIP status had expired, but when I called in to check, it had not expired.

The results ended we me going to Home Advisor and hooking up with GM Earthscaping, I sent them a photo of what I needed. They provided a firm price which was 50% less than the Plumbline Services estimate. They showed up, did the repair, sent me a photo of the work and an online invoice for exactly what was promised. Just found my new irrigation/plumber.

Worst customer service, giving evasive answers, right out lies. Kept us 5 days waiting to finally say they can't service a 2 floor townhouse!

APPLEWOOD PLUMBING SCREWS CONSUMERS!!!  These guys are OUTRAGEOUSLY over priced and SCAMMERS.  I paid $5k to replace a commercial water heater in my condo during one of the coldest snaps last winter.  Applewoods plumber told me he hadn't seen too many of these units, that they weren't readily available and only replaced two or three in the last several years, BUT was able to find one (ONLY ONE) in a Denver warehouse.  BS - I was totally screwed.  Several neighbors recently replaced identical water heaters for $1200.

This company is a scam, we called them to get a second opinion as another company said we needed a new furnace immediately. Turns out, they conveniently agreed and have us a $10k bid for a new system. Luckily a friend of ours knew an independent HVAC guy and he was able to fix our system for $300. Don't let these predatory companies take your hard earned money.

When I scheduled I was given a window from 2-4 for the technician to arrive. I called at 1:10 and was told the technician would be here right at 2pm.  At 2:40 when he still hadn't shown up I called the company and was told he was still at another appointment and would be calling when he was on his way. I received a call at 3:10, telling me he was not on his way AND that he wouldn't be here until after 4:30. When speaking with the office manager he had nothing but excuses. What a waste of time!!!!!

My grandson's hot water tank finally gave up the other night.  Being an older home and not well maintained by previous owners there was no choice but to replace the old beat up thing.  I went to Home Depot, found a tank, paid for it and Plumbline was calling to make an appointment even before I left the store.  It was great.  After Mike Quarry came to the house, looked at the mess, he told me what I should expect, etc.  Changing a hot water tank isn't just that simple.  Codes changed and I could see why some of the changes were needed.  Either way I wanted everything up to code for 2023 and spanking new things.  It couldn't be done that day so he came back the next day bright and early with Cameron.  I had a problem with my bank but while I was out getting that straightened out Mike and Cameron were plugging away.  They finished way early, got everything looking really nice and boy am I happy.  The best of this transaction is I had gotten some summer crude so that I was so sick that Mike just guided me through what needed to be done and why and what the solution was.  I was so happy with that.  Since I live down the street from my grandson's I asked Mike if he would mind if I went home to sleep.  He said I should probably do that.  My grandson's who are 24 and 19 were home so they didn't need me.  Mike and Cameron finished up early and called me.  I'm telling you I was so happy but still sick.  Mike was patient with me and explained as much as my mind could handle in a way that was not threatening, not condesending and truly was a help.  I had to return the other tank but that was nothing compared to having a new working tank.  And they cleaned up like a champ.  They came to a mess but left it all cleaned up.  I liked Mikes work so much I invited him back this coming Wednesday to repair something that needed to be replaced.  And I have other stuff for him to do.  Thanks Mike and thanks Cameron!!!
