Best Water Heater Installation in Denver CO

Integrity Electric & Home Improvement Services Electrician
I hired Bob after moving into my first home. I had a few wants and a few needs when it came to getting work done on the condo-- adding an outlet, changing some sconces, and some highly questionable wiring in my kitchen. He had amazing depth of knowledge and helped me with my entire list. He then went a step further and helped me hang curtains in rooms with plaster/concrete walls that I couldn't drill through on my own. He also walked through my condo and identified that I had mice (eep!) that I wasn't aware of and he told me all of the tools I needed to buy, where to get them, and how to use them so I could plug the hole that they were entering from.

Bob's services were really reasonably priced and he went above and beyond the actual things I hired him for. I would absolutely recommend him!

Blue Sky Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric Electrician
We had Blue Sky come out and turn on our swamp cooler. I'm from the east coast...so I have no idea about the operating of one. They were very helpful, had parts that I needed with them, and the swamp cooler was on in 30min. He had to install a belt, drain stand, and pump. He did not charge for the pump which was awesome. Easy breezy!

Cooper Heating & Cooling Electrician
I was so impressed with Alejandro, He recently came to inspect our heater, filters and humidifier. As well as so much more. Alejandro went above and beyond to answer all questions and explain everything. He did it in a way that was understandable and very professional. When he came back to repair the small items, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. I found him to be very thorough as well as pleasant to work with. I felt very comfortable having him in the house and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing quality and professional work done.

Save Home Heat Electrician
Furnace went out during cold snap last week right before Christmas. Tried tirelessly to get someone from the company I bought it from 9 months ago to come out and service it through their emergency line. To no avail. Excuse after excuse. Snow, 2 wheel drive vehicles, Christmas, etc.. after I had a pipe burst due to no heat I Finally punted and called Safe Home. They called me back on Christmas Eve and tried to walk me through a fix with a technician. When they came up they were super friendly and knowledgeable. Got it working.  Will always call them from now on.

Plumbline Services Electrician
My elderly parents were bamboozled by this company.  My mom called Plumbline because she thought they looked so nice on the television commercial and on the trucks.  They were having a very minor problem with one of the toilets (A) that was running water after being flushed.  She called Plumbline and they sent a plumber who introduced himself as Brett but had on a nametag with a different name.  During the course of his visit he inspected their plumbing.  He said he was unable to replace the fill valve and the flapper because after testing their water pressure he said it was way too high.  It is important to note that he tested the water pressure by holding the gauge under the water heater.  He told my mom that he couldn't fix anything until they repaired the water pressure and the old gate valve.  He gave them an estimate of over $1000.00.  Luckily my mom had the sense to decline the service.  She then asked him to look at another toilet (B) because it was not flushing completely and needed to be flushed several times.  He went there and opened the tank and fiddled a bit and appeared to have fixed the problem as the flushing was now completing on that toilet (B).  They paid the service fee and he left.  Soon after he left the second toilet (B) began to make a whooshing sound every 9 minutes (she counted!).  She called his cell number because that was the number on the business card.  He said it wasn't his fault and he didn't have time to come back.  She said it was most definitely something he had done because it never did that before and only started after he had fiddled with that toilet (B).  He said he might be able to come by the next day but that he was really busy.  He said he would call but he never did.    I am not a plumber but I have replaced the fill valve and the flapper many times and it is quite simple.  (I volunteered my services to her for free.)  A few days later her handy man came over to look at it.  He informed her that the way the Plumbline technician tested the water pressure was not correct and entirely unreliable.  He replaced the fill valve and flapper (with the Kohler parts that are unique, which the Plumbline technician never mentioned) and both toilets are now working fine.   I also confirmed this information with my cousin who is a certified master plumber in Ohio.  He agreed with what the handy man told my mom and in addition he sent me the protocol for testing water pressure because he had never heard of any one testing it on the water heater.  I read the protocol to my mom and she said that the Plumbline technician did none of that.  My mom followed up with Denver Water and asked about the water pressure.  They informed her that her pressure was a little high but was average for her neighborhood and that if she wasn't having any issues with pressure than there was no need to do anything.  She told my mom that this was just a ploy that plumbers use to make unnecessary repairs and jack up their prices.  I usually try to be at their home when repairmen come just for this reason but I was not able to be there that day.  It makes me so mad when businesses take advantage of the elderly.  One final point.  It is also apparent that my parents have a difficult time with stairs.  The Plumbline technician left all of the lights on in the basement and the panel covering the main water valves was left on the floor.  This is just poor customer service.

Fix-it 24/7 Electrician
I should have updated this long ago.  Fix-it 24/7 has made up for the initial issues and gone above and beyond to keep my system running at peak performance.  Sometimes bad things happen, and it's how a business handles that and moves on that really says something about them.  Despite my negative reviews and probably some salty language when I called, they've been there for me since.  Always promptly and always professional.  To me, that's the kind of business I want to deal with.  I would gladly recommend them to my friends and family.

Applewood Plumbing Heating & Electric Electrician
Very, very professional behavior and appearance. Nicest plumber truck I've ever seen. But the plumber spent 45 minutes writing up everything he wanted to fix and never looked at the toilet!

I called to have a wax ring replaced and he wanted to do about $3500.00 worth of work on a variety of things. Roughly $700.00 to replace the ring if thats all I was willing to do.

Not for me thanks, I declined. Its kind of like having a Formula One team come over to give your 30 year old Pinto a tune up. Its over the top as is the selling! I do not want to join a plumbing membership club...I'll get some grimey, late, Joe Plumber to do it for a quarter of that.

AAA Service Plumbing, Heating & Electric Electrician
I called to have a hose bib replaced as a result of frost damage. They charged $49 for a service call and said the cost of this minor repair (true, it would take about 1/2 hour plus a $50 part) would be $862. I declined, as that is egregiously overpriced.

Tipping Hat Plumbing, Heating & Electric Electrician
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We're currently in legal proceedings with them when they came out to do a routine maintenance on our boiler (that they suggested while giving us a quote for an AC replacement) and then broke our fully functioning boiler and then requested additional funds to fix it (which we paid and they DIDN'T fix it!). The person that performed the service is also no longer with the company but they refuse to give us our money back and their only additional resolution was to purchase an entirely new boiler from them for over $20K!!! SCAM ARTISTS! There are plenty of other reviews here and elsewhere that confirm what I'm saying and I only wish I had done more research before even agreeing to a routine maintenance with them. We luckily had 2 other trustworthy and reputable companies come out and they fixed the problem. We're out the money that Tipping Hat scammed us for and the money we had to pay the other company to actually fix the boiler that Tipping Hat broke and our legal fees. Don't make the mistake that we did!!!

Plumbline Services Electrician
I had a backed-up sewer drain and I thought I would give Plumbline a try. So I scheduled an appointment and Noah from Plumbline called and let me know he was on his way. Noah arrived and listened closely to my comments and then made his own inspection. Noah decided on an entry point for his drain cable machine and then methodically ran the cable in and out until the blockage was cleared. Noah tested his work by running extra water down the drain and there was no longer any backup. Thank you Noah !!!
I recommend this company.
