UPDATE TWO, March 2021

I thought potential customers of this company would appreciate an update to our shady and outright dishonest experience with Blue Sky in 2015.  So, for 5 years after we supposedly had a cracked heat exchanger on our furnace that needed to be replaced immediately, we continued to survive in our house, using the same furnace!  In fact, our son made it from 3 years old to 8 years old, without Carbon Monoxide poisoning!  Further, our carbon monoxide detectors never once went off in those 5 years.  SHOCKING!

We continued to have our furnace cleaned and serviced every year, and sold our house in November 2020.  The buyers had the furnace inspected prior to closing with no issues noted.

I find what Blue Sky did to us offensive, and so should you.  Blue Sky preys on homeowners and invents issues to sell new furnaces.  End of story!

I am extremely disappointed in our communication with Cooper Heating. I called today (it's currently 5 degrees outside) and needed an emergency hvac tech to look at our furnace. We called back several times throughout the afternoon to try and get an update on where the technician was at. They waited until 8:30 pm on a Sunday to tell me they weren't going to make it out. I shared several times that we have a newborn baby and our home was continuing to lose heat (currently 50 degrees). I'm incredibly disappointed in the lack of communication and over promising on a frigid cold Colorado night.

Needed a new sink and an overflow put in my kitchen so I went ahead and looked up faucet installation in my area. Went forth and picked this company and everything turned out perfect and I was very pleased with the professionalism and how smooth the process went. Discovered leaking supply valve in master bathroom and needed plumber expertise to install owner furnished faucet replacement. They canceled on me 3 times then tried to set up another appointment 5 days later. Told them I didn't need this kind of service.

Rip off company.  Michael -- and his diamonds, it's all diamonds assurance he could do the job, quoted $2400 to hook up humidifier (which a different licensed contractor installed for $300) and clean relevant area of furnace (which was already included in job being done by separate duct-cleaners, so Nick's add was nothing additional).  Told me the quotation was from a book that never showed me.  An executive (Kevin?) called me to discuss and did not dispute the 8-times mark-up to fair market rate; told me they have a lot of expenses because they stock their trucks with parts and tools.

AAA came out after we thought we just needed a main line clear, and it ended up being our whole line that needed replaced all the way through the yard. Dustin, the technician that first came out tried everything he could to get our main line cleared out the day before Independence day so that we could have at least partial service, and although he was unsuccessful, he tried everything he could. With the holiday the next day we couldn't get any work done but I got a call from Andrea at the office on Friday going over all the options and pricing for the work after another technician had gone in and tried to scope the line, but wasn't able to clear past 45 feet. Today, Manny came out and had our yard dug up and showed us exactly what was going on with our piping and was transparent throughout the entire process. He let us know of all the possibilities of what we could be dealing with and made sure we were well informed before making a decision to move forward. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a company, from first to last contact they have been nothing but respectful, courteous, and extremely helpful. I would absolutely recommend them to do any plumbing work - I feel comfortable that I know I am getting the best service and not getting scammed price wise. Absolutely amazing service from an outstanding company!

OMG tipping hat to the rescue.  We've used them over and over, this is our go to company.  My kitchen sink stopped up,  my first and last call was to tipping hat.  Joey came out to see what our problem was, very kind, knowledgeable and helpful.  He came back  with options  to blow you away. His information was exactly what I needed.  Scheduled an  appointment to have our problem fixed tomorrow.   This company is my Knight in Shinning Armor.  Thank you Joey for your wonderful input and assistance.  It's totally my pleasure to work with such a great, talented, and caring person, I really appreciate all of your input.  Tipping Hat is my kind of company.  In all the projects they have done for me I'll continue to use them and they are number 1 in my book.  Thank you Tipping Hat.

DISAPPOINTED - I will give them a few stars because they are timely and efficient when it comes to getting someone out in a day or two/their prices are predictable being a big brand company but they told me I needed a full sewer line replacement so I had another small business sewer company come out and check out the main line and they not only quoted me a more reasonable price but actually helped us find a solution that is not a full repair (we didn't need to do a full repair). Plus our technician couldn't even clear the drain which they have a note on their website saying If the drain technician cannot clear your line it will be FREE. it was not free - we still had to pay for them to snake/pull the toilet which was $168 and we had to pay another $260ish to have them scope the drain + we would have to pay even more to get the scope video? (Dig It Sewer Repair scoped our drain FOR FREE) ... hear me out if its an emergency I guess they are okay to use since its timely but if you can wait and call around, reach out to other companies in the Denver area like Dig It Sewer Repair or Colorado Plumbing - GET MULTIPLE OPINIONS ON ANY BIG REPLACEMENTS SO YOU DON'T GET RIPPED OFF!
