I called twice and sent texts as the message suggested and never got a call back. They may do good work but my project must not have been big enough to warrant their attention.

This company is very expensive and if you do decide to use them on the bid they still charge you the $60 for the trip charge which most don't. they're just as bad as brothers Plumbing I recommend using a smaller outfit all I wanted was my heater and air conditioner cleaned he was going to cost me  $359 plus another 60 for the trip charge I can get it done for $150. If it cost so much for the cleaning what if something was really wrong with it?

In January of 2020 Cooper sold us and installed a Daiken HVAC unit. Later that summer the unit stopped working in the heat of summer.It took days and multiple service calls to finally fix the unit. Two years later the unit had another failure. I called and was told it would be about 3 weeks before they could get out there. I called back weekly to move up the appointment. I explained this was a unit they installed a little over two and a half years ago and this was the second major incident. They eventually made it out replaced another part which was under warranty and charged me a trip service fee. I called the customer service manager and the maintenance manager to complain about being charged a fee to service a unit which had broken down twice. All I received was excuses about sometimes these parts wear out (in two years) and It doesn't look like you bought our maintenance service to check on the brand new unit. In my experience over many years with Cooper and multiple households is when you need them you won't be able to count on them.

We have used Save Home Heat for service on our furnace for about 10 years, and they are great. Service people are always on-time if not early, are very straightforward about explaining things in a way that a layperson can understand, and best of all *are not pushy* about selling products or services. We have the original furnace in our 1958 home, and the technician always gives us the pluses and minuses of replacing it, rather than simply trying to sell us a new one. We pay about $115 a year to be in their maintenance club and they call us to schedule the yearly cleaning and inspection. A very honest business and highly recommended.

Needed a new sink and an overflow put in my kitchen so I went ahead and looked up faucet installation in my area. Went forth and picked this company and everything turned out perfect and I was very pleased with the professionalism and how smooth the process went. Dehn was great! He arrived on time, was very professional, and cleaned up before he left. As many others have commented, his pricing is very fair (and he gives you an accurate estimate before he comes out to do the work so there aren't surprises). I will definitely use Urban Handyman next time I need things done (or if something comes up) around my condo!

Plumbline called me at the time my appointment was scheduled  on Friday afternoon and said they couldn't make it til Monday.  I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said they would call me. No Call or anything.  POOR service .

I would give a 0 if I could; would not trust this company to look at a toaster.  Repairman came out, said he was a supervisor with years of experience.  I described the problem that the furnace would not go on.  Said he knew what the problem was before he inspected the furnace.  He did look at the furnace and said the A/C coils were dirty causing the furnace to overheat and shut down for three hours due to the cold weather.  Said the furnace was worn out and needed to be replaced.  He said they were the installers for Home Depot and would give me an estimate for replacement, but don't run the furnace too much due to the overheating.  I didn't trust his evaluation and declined the estimate. I called another company, the serviceman inspected and cleaned the heat probe.  I asked about if the furnace was overheating due to the A/C coils and he said the furnace was pretty clean and the overheating switch was working and did not need replacing. The furnace is now working fine and the weather has been colder.

so first off they are very friendly and professional, the tech I got was extremely nice and knowledgeable. BUT, you may have noticed the pattern already, the estimate I got was INSANE. I mean like sitting in the corner eating your own feces insane. I did my research on the project, he was even surprised how much I knew. this was to run a very short gas line for an appliance. I talked to some people who literally paid half to have a 120' 1 line trenched to another building than they wanted to charge me to run a line within a room that would maybe be 6' said and done, that's zig sagging around my heater otherwise its way less than even that. afterwards I researched the parts cost now that I knew every single thing it would entail and the only conclusion I can draw is their labor rate must be like $1000 an hour. I say that in a joking way but that's pretty much what my estimate was saying. and you have to pay for the estimate so its basically a waste of your time unless you do want a real good evaluation of a job, make sure it will be up to code, so you can then pass on to someone cheaper or do it yourself.

I had someone come out to fix a dripping shower head. Charged $379 to fix it. One month later, had to call them again because it was leaking. They did the same repair (for free since it was something they'd worked on), and less than a week later the shower is not dripping when turned off, it's flowing a steady stream.

Their hours say 24/7 but don't believe it. They haven't answered calls or sent them to an answering system to call me back so I have to live with their work that's left my shower in a worse condition after hours of appointments and trying to schedule.

These guys are top notch, their slogan is old fashioned customer service and it really shows. We reached out to them for some help with our heating (old furnace) and evap cooler. As we worked with them on these devices we discussed the options of getting a air conditioner and new heater in the near future. They looked into their offers and found us a phenomenal deal to get all of it done, electrical included and helping us get rid of the old Evap cooler as well.

They did a phenomenal job installing it all quickly after we agreed to move forward (same week even!) and they explained how the new Thermostat worked along with our new AC and furnace. After the installation there were a few sounds some of the old air return made and these guys came out and on another day to repair it and make it right. This is top notch service in regards to ensuring the customer is getting taken care of. The package deal that was offered to us was an outstanding deal and the service was top notch, I recommend this group to anyone needing any of their specialities but the best part is their expertise I all the areas backed by wonderful customer service

DO NOT USE. They quoted us $26,000 for a job another company did for $4,000. They are a bunch of salespeople that claim they're master plumbers. Pay a little extra for a sewer line clean. Don't be tempted by the cheap sewer cleaning. They will get their line stuck and threaten to charge you $500 to cut it and leave it. Other companies don't do that.
