Thomas was great -- he came over after hours to ensure that my house was not going to burn down. He checked all the outlets on that circuit and replaced my GFI. I plan to do more work with them in the future.

Similar experience to Victoria.  Derick makes an appointment quick, shows up on time, lets you know fees up front, works quick, and was very professional.  Highly recommended.

Brad and I scheduled an appointment 1 week ago. When the time came for him to do the work we discussed he never showed up or gave me a call to say he would not be able to make it.

I've used RAD Electric several timess over the past 2 years from installing a switch to updating my electrical panel and everything in between.  Randy is always very responsive to my calls and able to schedule an appointment soon.  Whether it's Randy or another electrician I can always count on them to show up during the time they state and to do the work quickly for a fair price.  Thanks so much for being a professional and reliable every time I need a good electrician.

Derrick was great from the start. We had a couple of electricians come out to bid a couple of added outlets. Derrick understood what we wanted and quickly described what was needed to accomplish it. We went with his bid and he was able to start and finish the work the next day. He spent more time than I would ever want in our attic, and despite running into some bad work done by the previous homeowner Derrick was able to give us a great result that we are very happy with! Our outlets work perfectly and if we ever need anything electrical Derrick will be our first and only call.

I contacted four different electrical contractors. Only two returned my calls. Louis Lucero with High Caliber Electric and Jason Quynn with Quynn Electric both came to my house to give quotes on the work that needed to be done. Louis left a quote with me before he left. Jason said he would email the quote to me the following day. After two days I called their office and was told that they were still waiting for pricing from their supplier before giving me a quote. After a week I didn't hear from Quynn Electric and had High Caliber Electric do the work. Louis replaced all the circuit breakers in my box, after 40 years they were starting to fail and not trip. He ran a new line into the living room and installed additional outlets. He also ran some new outlets in the garage. He also diagnosed a rather serious problem with the wiring in our living room where a neutral wire wasn't installed correctly and we had arcing issues. I was very pleased with his work ethic, professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. Any problems he found he took the time to show me and explain what he was doing to correct the problem. He also patiently answered any questions I had. I felt what he charged for his work was more than fair and reasonable for the time he invested. I highly recommend High Caliber Electric. They do honest, excellent work for a fair price.

I recently had the pleasure of working with T2 Electric, a family-owned electrician company and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've had with a service provider. From start to finish, this company was a joy to work with.

First off, the communication was excellent. Tyler, the person who answered my initial call was friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to schedule a visit for me within just a few days. When the electrician arrived at my home, they were punctual and professional, taking the time to explain everything they were doing and answering any questions I had.

The quality of the work was top-notch. The electrician was clearly very experienced and knew exactly what they were doing. They were efficient and thorough, and they took care to clean up after themselves once the job was done.

But what really stood out to me was the level of customer service. This is a family-owned company, and you can really tell that they care about their customers. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work they did, and they even followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was still working properly.

Overall, I can't recommend this family-owned electrician company highly enough. They were professional, friendly, and provided excellent service. I will definitely be using them again for all of my future real estate investments.

We highly recommend Josh as a capable, qualified electrician who takes pride in his work and is truly committed to safety. We needed a certified electrician ASAP to fulfill the objections by a buyer for our house. The Inspector ID'd 4 outlets that required CGFI units. Josh found the upline unit for the first two, saving us expense and saving the new owners the potential problems of over-installation. No charge. He then spent time searching for a CGFI connection for the exterior outlets. When he then went inside the exterior plugs, he found serious problems of weather damage and of incorrect original installation by the Builder. He worked very quickly to correct our wiring and properly seal the exterior outlets so that the new owners will be safe for years to come. Along the way, he educated us about the house and about safe electrical wiring. Thank you, Josh!

To their credit Kimberly called my wife today to deduct $50 from the bill. Her rationale was that she wants happy customers. I commend their behavior and appreciate this.

I stand by my original review. The addition of one light switch did not cause any of the problems that Tru Craft workers had. They caused their own problems. Just avoid these guys.

Honestly, we had a great experience with this company for our kitchen remodel.  They were reasonable priced and timely on all their work.  In addition, all work was performed with professionalism and care.  Our plumber had been working with them for 8+ years and was not only knowledgeable, but friendly and even confirmed a few things before performing the work.  

At the rough-in inspection the inspector advised a change needed to be done before we passed and our plumber came back out the next day and corrected the issue.
Final plumbing was great, everything was connected and we passed.

We also used them for our new a/c unit a few years back and did not have any issues or concerns.

One thing I would add is that their quotes need to be more detailed.  Although we paid for and received all the work performed, we had to have them make the quote more detailed to ensure there were no issues in the end.
