They responded quickly, provided an excellent quote, and completed the work quickly and with quality. We were extremely pleased with the work they did and couldn't recommend them enough! So glad I took a chance with this company I found on yelp.   Great communication and customer service.   They were able to get me on the schedule quickly which I appreciated.  The electrician who handled my service call was polite and knowledgeable and took time to explain what he was doing.  He even made a recommendation for a repair on some outside outlets that we should be fixing to properly be used outdoors.  The owner also called to make sure the work was completed to my satisfaction which was impressive.  Definitely a company I will recommend to family and friends.

If you want to find electricians who will get the job done in a professional and honest manner, GRAF Electric is the company to go with. Fielding was able to give my husband and I a detailed assessment of what could be accomplished and what would be the most affordable option along with other options. He also checked in to see the progress of the work and was accommodating to any changes or additions that were asked for. Orlando and Johny were excellent in installing all the ceiling fans and fixing the electrical issues found in the house. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to investigate the unique wiring to the house in order to do their job correctly and safely. They always cared about the satisfaction of the customer and doing a great job. They explained in detail the issues found and how they would approach the issue to resolve it. They ensured to keep the area as clean as possible and were methodical in how to do the various tasks around the house without much disruption. This is an amazing and reliable company. I had to have my electrical wiring looked at and they gave me honest and thorough answers. They installed a few GFI outlets and a ceiling fan for me as well.  The work was done quickly and the electricians were very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again for all my electrical needs.

My wife was helping out the family and ran the laundry and vacuum at the same circuit and for some reason it killed the entire circuit in our house. I thought it just tripped the breaker but nothing in the panel tripped. This is when I knew we had a bigger problem. Unfortunately it took out half of our plugs in the basement. I facebooked Fielding with Graf electric and he scheduled a technician to come out the next morning. It was amazing how quickly they moved to resolve the issue. Turns out there was a loose wire somewhere in my outlets. Mike (the technician) was extremely courteous and professional and checked out every outlet. Fortunately for us because of his diligence we found a number of outlets that were wired backwards. This most like caused the issue. Graf Electric found the issue and resolved it quickly. I will certainly be using Fielding and his team again. In fact I'm going to schedule them in 2 weeks to add an outlet above my mantle. It's hard to find good help these days who are reasonably priced and after 10 years I believe I have finally found my Electrician. Thanks Graf Electric for the service.
