Best Lighting Repair in Denver CO
I used Fixer for the first time and Ben (the person they sent out) was completely professional, competent and successful; I'll be using Fixer again!

I had a very good experience with the repair person who came to the house. He was early (but called to make sure that was OK), explained things well, and worked quickly. He explained I needed a new dual capacitor for my AC unit to get the fan running again. He offered me a flat rate that included labor and the part, but did not explain things beyond the flat rate. It seemed high, but I work on the 2nd floor, the AC was not working, and he was there with the part and ready to do the work. I agreed to the work.
While he did the work, I went in to check online to see how expensive a part it was. Turns out I could probably have bought a part for $20-$30 or around $60 at the high end. The total price, from Save Home Heat, was around $300 which included the part, labor, and the $75 travel fee. For the five minutes I was inside, he had finished the work and everything was working with the AC unit.
I realize that companies like this have overhead that needs to be covered. But, this was possibly a 5X markup on the part and minimal time diagnosing and making the repair. To me, this seems exorbitantly high and a pretty unsavory business model.
If the price had been much more reasonable, I would gladly call this company again since they were otherwise prompt and professional. I can not recommend them for a small repair and I will not be in touch when we replace our furnace in the next year or so. I wish all contractors would adopt practices that cultivate trust and a longterm relationship!

Called Eric on a Sunday morning about frozen water pipes in the house after we had been out of town for a week. He was able to come right out and inspect the situation. Very friendly, polite, knowledgeable, quick, and reasonably priced. He was able to thaw the pipes out, get the water going, and even though none of the pipes had burst, he brought tools and materials to fix them incase they had. Great service, definitely recommend Everyday Solutions for any household needs!

I've had Plumbline out a couple of times now. Last time was 2019. When my garbage disposal leaked everywhere last night I was able to get an appointment next day. I do like the fact that they text you who's coming and a picture. They're really great at keeping you apprised. Today Wyatt came out he was very helpful. Everything is up and running. He even checked the sink for me that was slow. I highly recommend!

My AC died about a month ago. Unfortunately it was not repairable (tried that and it didn't work). I called 3 AC companies to get estimates for repair vs replacement. Ultimate Heating and Cooling was the most professional, took extra time to discuss changing some venting to improve airflow, and thoroughly looked over my existing furnace as well.
The representative didn't try and talk me into a model that was overpriced, offered suggestions to try and prolong my existing furnace (ended up replacing that as well), and took time to go through my old house to examine all the vents and airflow.
The gentlemen who did the work were fast and efficient - new furnace and AC in one day! All mess was cleaned up and the new system explained. The whole process was seamless. I would highly recommend this company.

I hired them since they were associated with Home Depot for furnace maintenance and repairs - thinking this should be okay if they are associated with Home Depot as I've had bad luck with contractors before. Their repairs and their workmanship caused more problems for my furnace including three months later, a no longer a working furnace. Here are photos of their work since I had to call someone else to come fix it. They taped metal to metal, caused a burn through the printed wiring board, and also a hazard for a potential house fire as it shorted and burned through. I called them when things stopped working and their 24/7 policy is not accurate, nor did they offer any compensation or refund for this. They don't stand by any of their guarantees. I do not recommend them. Please, go somewhere else.

WOW - AAA Service Plumbing, Heating & Electric just tried to gouge me on price! I had a bathroom sink faucet that had the clips that hold it break. Technician told me the easiest thing to do is to replace the faucet...at $1119.00. WTF! I looked online and the faucet that he recommended cost less the $200. I had him speak to his manager and he could get the price down $50 and that I was already getting a loyal customer discount of $200.
I am not a loyal customer anymore....after ten years, they lost a client over this mess. AAA you should be ASHAMED OF YOURSELF.

while bidding out a new furnace and central a/c system- i got a recommendation from homeadvisor for Plumbline. Rep spent approx 2 hrs at home and very knowledgeable about systems, etc. Received bids ranging from $13.3 k to $14.6 k depending on models and efficiency etc. Asked him to break down bid for equip vs labor; rep was hesitant to do but finally agreed. For the 13.3 k bid it was approx $4900 for the equipment and over $8300 for labor and overhead- 2 men @ 8-10 hrs for install. This was so outrageous i didnt even respond. Got another bid from an Angie's list recommended contractor (A+ BBB) and total including labor for same system was $6600. Wow could not believe difference. I believe every company needs to make a decent profit but here Plumbline was way out of line. so beware and get multiple bids.

Eric did great work on several plumbing projects, fixed several leaks, moved a gas line and found a leak at my water heater that I didn't know was leaking when he went to check the gas was back on so I could have hot water tonight. Very professional company, I have had Eric come out twice in the last couple of months.
